Baskin-Robbins 31 Ice Cream Stores

Ordered a red/​yellow father’s day cake and received a blue/​red cake w/“happy father’s day” spelled wrong. Not the end of the world… nobody died, cake was still happily eaten by dad.
The receipt came w/​a phone # to alert the store of any order issues so I did. The rep there said «we did the best we could’ and HUNG UP ON ME!
Epic fail on so many levels Baskin Robbin’s!
*EDIT — the store owner just replied back to me saying I should’ve checked the spelling before leaving so too bad. Just when I thought the customer service couldn’t get any better!

Avoid ordering a cake at this location. Placed an order for an ice cream cake and the person working the counter used short hand for the message. We asked for «Happy Birthday» and he wrote down Happy B-​day on the order form. I pointed it out and I told him I want «Happy Birthday» and he told me Thats what we will get. The day of the party went to pickup the cake and guess what they wrote on the cake… Happy B-​day. I pointed it out to the cashier and was told sorry. Whoever does their cakes only works in the morning and they couldn’t and wouldn’t fix it. Wow! I’ve seen better piping of the decorations at the grocery store and it would have been ¹⁄₃ the price. Emailed the corporate office and was told sorry the owner of that franchise will get back to us. Received an email from The franchise owner and his only response was that their baker/​decorator was new. Come in for a free scoop of ice cream. No apologies. Wrote it as if he was doing me a favor by giving me a free scoop of ice cream

I ordered a cake and they charged my twice on my card ! I told them they said they could do anything about it and we’re really rude !!! The cake was for a birthday party and they wrote it so sloppy you couldn’t even read it **********AVOID ************

They always make my 2 scoop sundaes perfect! No complaints here

This place has ‘The Amazing Spider Man’ flavor! The one by my house used to have it but got rid of it shortly. This store has all the flavors I love in contrast to the ones in my area. Also, I’ve noticed that this one is alot cheaper? Not sure why. Even tho its a bit far from me, I think I’ll stick to this one.

Yesterday i was with my children and the manager very rude person to attend when asked about the flavors his answers were very bad, i will not return to this place ever again

Came here to redeem my birthday freebie and the manager (or at least I assume) was quick, polite, friendly, and not judgmental that I did not make other purchases. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would come here again, and oh I should mention the rocky road was super creamy and chocolate-​y. A+.

I go here all the time! The staff is friendly and you get what you pay for. Also, no sticky tables.

You know what you’re getting with 31 flavors, but the management here is great!
Seems like everyone really enjoys their jobs here.

The owners/​employees here are always friendly and never seem to have an «ugh» look on their face when I ask for multiple samples. We came in recently on ³⁄₃₁ for their $ 1.31 per scoop deal and the guy was very helpful. There are never any lines. The parking in this plaza can be a bit tight. Their ice cream is delicious although a little pricey for me… but, this is our go to location if we want to spend the extra bucks!

Over 31 flavors with a wide variety of cakes and beverages, how can you complain? The employees are really friendly and you can totally feel the family vibe. They have a bunch of specials (see photos) and really cool flavors of the month. Yeah, it’s a bit pricey but with everything else going up, it’s reasonable and you get what you pay for anyway! Try a rootbeer float or the $ 2 mini parfaits, or mix different flavors in a shake!

Baskin-​Robbins holds a lot of memories for me: my kids enjoying their first ice cream cone, our first ice cream cake to celebrate a birthday, and the Triple Treat. Oh, my goodness, the taste of chocolate chip/​bing cherry/​vanilla ice cream topped with hot fudge, pineapple and whipped cream makes my mouth water.
YUM!
Over the years the ice cream has maintained its richness and flavor. As I get older I try to limit over indulgence. But every now and then my resolve wanes and i must have a single scoop of Baskin-​Robbins chocolate chip.
So I stop at the Buena Park store. It’s a bit further than a couple of other ice cream shops but the first that comes to mind when I’m in an ice cream mood because of the cleanliness of the store and the great customer service.

If I can give zero stars I would. I was looking at cakes with a group of friends and the owner said she was closing and kicked us out when it was only 8. Never coming back here again.

The best place to get ice cream on Saturday night. Friendly staff.

Love supporting local business when I can but this place must hate their customers or something. Slowest, grumpiest people working here ever. If you’re craving some Baskin-​Robbins, head over to the one on Lincoln in Anaheim. Not too much further and much nicer.
You won’t be glared at for using a coupon.
You get 3 stars because despite everything, you’re still serving yummy, amazing ice-​cream… that you don’t make.

We always go to 31 cent scoop night but this year was a different experience. Good ice cream but employees were rude to the customers (especially the filipino girl) and should not have jobs dealing with customers. She is always rude whether it be this promotion night or other nights. Other than that, we loved the reduced fat almond butter crunch ice cream and snickers ice cream. We will not buy from this store while this girl still works here. The lady owner was nice though.

Ice Cream, Ice Cream cakes, banana splits, milk shakes, cappucino drinks. Ice cream.what else can you ask for?
Came here to get a ice cream cake for Fathers Day. wanted a vanilla with oreo ice cream unfortunately they didn’t have it. Sunny the owner offered other options but really didnt want to go for a bigger one being that it’s only a few of us who were gonna eat it. he also looked in the back to see if they had it but they didn’t.no biggie. ended up getting the Chocolate with Oreo cake. The other day my mom went here to check out the cakes and the owner Sunny was so nice he gave her a $ 3.00 off coupon. Ended up using it today and got a nice cake for my dad… Sunny said that I can keep it and use it anytime even if it’s expired.sweeeeettt.:) Oh and he even was nice enough to write Happy Father’s Day on it for me.
Gave it to my dad for Father’s Day. he LOVEDDD the surprise and really enjoyed the cake. In fact all 5 of us did. the chocolate and oreo combination was better than I expected. and still have a little bit left.

It’s nice to walk in to a store where the people are nice and pay attention to you as a customer. Sunny, the owner, is always smiling and remembers me when I come in. He’s also started a promo for his regular customers that for every 7 cappucinos/​drinks bought, you get one FREE! What other BR does that?! None. and especially not with a smile.
And really, who doesn’t like BR ice cream? So many flavors to choose from. Every time I go, there are new seasonal flavors to sample, and I LOVE when they have strawberry shortcake! YUM.
Check out this location. You may get the same menu at other locations, but you definitely won’t get such great service.
