In this particular subway, the associates were extremely friendly and it was a very fast transaction. This location is in a very small plaza with its own parking lot. If you are looking for a quick bite for lunch this is the place to go. The sandwich is relatively the same compared to other subways but the service is definitely quick and smooth. Definitely will go again for a quick bite

I find myself at yet another Subway. This particular one is pretty clean and the Sandwich Artists(aka S.A.) are all pretty friendly and don’t skimp on the tuna scoops(98% of the time I get the tuna sub). The layout is pretty streamlined so the wait for your sub takes approximately 57 seconds(87 seconds if you want it toasted). I’ve been to this location a few times now although I often forget to «Check-In» and so far each sandwich is assembled pretty consistently by the S.A.‘s I’m like a sailor in the Navy in that I like my submarines and submarine sandwiches wrapped up tight and… err… submersible? I know you were dying to know what I get the other 2% of the time… it’s lobster.

It’s like any Subway, but this one’s open early and has the wonderful Bunny working there. Surprised by the negative reviews. I just need it fresh, friendly, fast, and clean. Narrow parking? Noise levels? Are you expecting a handy from Jared?

do not go here because of the employees. I have been here on several occasions and if have been charged different amounts for the same sandwich. Either their employees don’t know how to ring you up when there are promotions or they just don’t care. I was charrged 6.5 plus tax for a $ 6.00 sub. My husband went in the next day and was charge the correct amount of $ 6.00 plus tax. If this was the first time then I would chalk it up as a mistake but it has happened more than once. I am now complaining to subway corporate.

Maybe they have a new crew and owner, my son and I stopped in for couple sandwiches. He got his usual blackforest ham, bacon and grated cheese ft. long. Most Subway’s give you 3 or 4 pcs. of bacon, the girl put 10 pcs. on his sandwich and it was only $ 6.20. Normally it’s $ 6.60 so it was .40 less and had 2 ½ times the bacon. Mine was a turkey ft. long, so long story short had no problem, now the parking lot is a different story, but Subway has no control of the knuckle-heads that use it.

Nope, nuh uh, not happenin. There are 2 subways equal distance from where I work, so I gambled and went to this one. Oops. I’m just going to quickly list the Pros and Cons, to let you decide whether you’ll come in. Cons: The parking lot is narrow and very limited. Exiting the parking lot is a joke if you’re headed West on Orangethorpe. The noise level in there is crazy. You can’t hear the people asking your order. Sandwiches somehow taste more bland at this location. Pros: Central location for people who work in La Palma

A free sub on veterans day mied with a coupon for 3 footlongs for $ 14 was enough reason for us to decide to go here before hitting up Knotts Berry Farm for the day. I was lucky and they were still serving breakfast which I think is a way better value for your money. Cheaper and more stuff, sweet onion sauce, yum! I had the multigrain sunrise with eggwhite and it was good, the service however very slow though we were the only ones there. RInging us up, even slower, seriously it took almost half an hour till we could eat. The guys had the same on herb & cheese and jalopeno cheese. We all enjoyed it, but this location is pretty old and run down. No bathroom which really sucks. There are too many Subways in the area to need to stop at this one. This one is open 24⁄7 though which is great and it is close to Knotts, if you are looking to save some money.

Most of the staff here is nice and greet you as you walk in, but man, the parking lot sucks. I work in the area and stop by when I am in a rush. I call my order ahead so that I do not have to wait in the long lunch line. You would think that if I call my order ahead and walk straight to the register as I enter, the cashier would ask me if I needed something. No, not this place, the cashier I dealt with was oblivious to the fact that I had been waiting for at least 15 minutes. I will drive down the street to go to another subway than put up with this tiny parking lot and oblivious cashier. The food is ok — what do you expect, it’s Subway. But c’mon — acknowledge people when they’re standing right in front of the cash register for 15 minutes. I thought that was extremely rude.

This Subway sucks! Go here more than I should. Management sucks all they are is money hungry! They skimp out on all the veggies except for lettuce you have to ask twice in order to get a decent amount on your sandwich BUT they never seem to forget to ask you if you want to add avocado on your sandwich because they charge an extra dollar for that. One time I went and I ordered a tuna sandwich and the manager lady pulled out a bread that had a glob of something on it, I meantioned the bread had something on it… she said it was tuna and continued to make my sandwich with a glob of tuna on it from who knows when unrefrigerated… disgusting! Oh and the last time I went I order the soup combo and got the broccoli cheese soup and it was watered down not creamy like I’ve had at other subways. Anything to save a buck!!! I’m now boycotting that subway.

I used to come here once or twice a week until I stopped working in the area… Well, I just started working nearby again and here I come again. Not much has changed. I actually remember couple of the employees that were there before. The others were new. Anyways, the staff is friendly enough and Subway is pretty much the same regardless of where you go(even though I’ve had exceptions, rarely better and some worse). I would even give them 4 star rating if they can manage to keep the tables clean during lunch hour… =(

The staff here is great… +1 for them… The management here is CRAP… utter CRUD. We ordered over $ 100 dollars worth of sandwiches and snacks here for our office meeting, plenty of people required plenty of food. We had a few simple requests… no mayo inside the sandwiches, and that they had to be ready by 12:00PM. I know, I know it’s a lot of sandwiches, but we gave them a week’s notice. That should suffice right? BLAHHHHHHH, the sandwiches weren’t reay at 12:00PM, we didn’t start our meal at the office until 1PM and it set back our meetings all day! What made the situation worse was all the condoments were already inside the sandwiches… including the mayo… sagahrhg! Haha, anyways, the owner, apologized to use… gave us 10 vouchers for footlongs in an attempt to smooth things over. We forgave him quickly, I mean, it’s easy to forgive when you get free vouchers! Of course we didn’t use our vouches that same day… why would we? We just had a bunch of Subway for lunch. The next day comes along and we dispersed the vouchers to our coworkers so they could use them. GUESSWHAT??? When they arrived at the Subway, the owners questioned their integrity… inquired if they were even a part of the office that ordered the sandwiches from the day before. When everything was straightened out the owner finally gave in… but as they were prepping the free sanwiches, he made a crude remark, «Those coupons were only good for the same day, but this time I will help you guys out.» Management can be such prideful idiots… this Subway is exemplary of the former. P. S. the sandwiches taste good depite all this drama, haha.

Standard Subway. If ya don’t know how it works, perhaps it’s time to stop watching CBS and leave the house every 6 or 7 years. Feel bad that they make them shout«Welcome to Subway!» to everyone that walks in. As if suddenly, this ray of sunshine and warmth let’s us, the dining public KNOW that Subway is happy to see us and is proud to have earned our business. D-bag vice-presidents that come up with stuff like this should die at 43 of heart failure while pursuing 4 year old children to steal their juice boxes, then awake in Hell to discover a very bored demon handing them a tiny shovel, pointing skyward to an endless mountain of wet coal dust and then telling them that they’ve run out of everything to drink. Except Sierra Mist.

wow. im the first one to review this subway. i come to this subway because my church is located nearby. therefore, usually when i come here, its with quite a few people. that said, the workers here are pretty efficient in making the sandwiches. there have been instances where there were a couple of workers that work very slowly but that doesnt occur often. this place is definitely a fresh alternative to the places around here like thai express, del taco, the teriyiaki place, and the pizza place nearby.
