Very rude staff i asked what condiments they offer(first & last time there) and the young blonde said«we have alot» then continued to stare at me like i was crazy/stupid and did not proceed to tell me what they had so i had a very dry sandwich which tasted horribly.

I ordered a catering box($ 66) for a lunch meeting for about 15 people and I’m very satisfied with the packaging and the presentation of the sandwiches in the box. I chose 4 different sandwiches and got them in the giant sizes, which they cut into 6 pieces for a total of 24 medium-sized sandwiches. They were helpful with making sure to give me enough condiments, paper plates, napkins, etc and even helped me with carrying all my stuff to the car. It was an easy choice for me and I’ll be back when I need to order a catering box again.

Reasonably priced deli sandwiches. A tastier version of subways. For a deli sandwich it’s made quickly without frills. Fresh cuts, fresh bread. 4 stars. Word of caution, if you don’t want a messy oily sandwich skip the oils.

Since it’s Easter Sunday, I understand it being closed today. But when we pulled up to the location, we were surprised to see the“OPEN” sign ON. So we thought«awesome, they’re open». Nope! They were closed… So we ended up eating at the Habit a couple of doors down. When we were leaving, we saw a couple of people try opening the doors and getting upset since it was closed… Please guys, remember to turn the sign off…

We have been here twice and both times I was left with the same impression… pretty good, but not worth the price. We get the regular — sized subs and they feel too small for the price. Customer service is good, both times a diminutive Asian girl w/short hair has helped us and she is on top of things. This is a pretty popular area with a Starbucks, Habit, Yogurtland, etc… so parking can be difficult.

I don’t mind paying a little extra, if it’s worth it. I’m no cheapskate. But $ 16 for a large sub and a small drink? Ay caramba! The subs are fresh and delicious no doubt. Better than Subway? Yes. 3 times better than Subway?(Bleep) no! It’s a sandwich shop after all, not an upscale restaurant. There is no excuse for a $ 16 meal at a fast food joint like this.

Cool spot to get a quick bite to eat. My wife likes the Original Italian done Mike’s way. I prefer the hot subs like the big kahuna or the meat ball. Yes the sandwiches are pricier than the other places but the portions are larger that the others. Make it a combo and save a few pennies.

Of all the Jersey Mikes I’ve been to, this one is by far the best. Not because the food is any better. Honestly the food is pretty good across the board. But the service… loved how these folks had it together. What I absolutely hate about most JM’s is when the meat/cheese & veggies person tries to take everyone’s order at the same time then forgets. Here it appeared they took 2 – 3 orders at a time and had it down! The line was pretty long during work week lunch hour so I had an opportunity to stand back and watch for a good amount of time. The only negative would be parking. Since there are other restaurants in this lot, parking tends to get a little cramped and not uncommon to have to circle a few times before finding someone pulling out.

The 4 star rating is for their sammies only. For some reason, each time I come here the service has been spotty. There was some confusion during the assembly line of sandwiches, which caused a lengthier wait. Now, when you come to JM’s, they make each sub to order, and instead of having the deli meats and cheeses already pre-sliced, they are slicing them for each and every order. So naturally your sammich is gonna take longer. But I think the fresh sliced items taste better. I always get their Italian Sub. Subs come with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, and can come with mayo, red pepper relish, pepperoncini peppers, and oil & vinegar. They have a «Mike’s Way» option which is with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, oil and vinegar, and their italian seasoning sprinkled on as well. The bread here is good — has substance and doesn’t fall apart under all the fillings, and yet stays soft. Gets crowded during lunch time, and the parking lot can be a pain.

Probably the closest experience to being back in the womb, only with a hoagie. Great authors would be far better equipped to describe the feeling of entering Jersey Mike’s than I am but I will try. The freshness of the air, and the scent when you enter will take you back to a place in your childhood you both wish to remember and forget. You will feel a nostalgia in your heart and not know why. The staff will feel… welcoming. You’ll go in with your books, or your paperwork, your court documents if you are under indictment, and set them on the cold Formica table. Then you will approach the counter, feeling a nervousness that you can’t explain. The server behind the counter will listen patiently as you rattle off your order. Something about roast beef and cheese with no onions, extra dressing, no salt but extra pepper, bread extra toasted, and pickles… You’ll trail off. With soft eyes and a hint of a smile the sever will say, «Would you like a turkey sandwich instead?» And in your heart you’ll know she is right and that your life up to this point has been a lie. Your throat will fill with bile and your eyes will brim with tears and you won’t know why. You’ll be angry with yourself for feeling this way. You’ll find yourself homesick for a home you’ve never had. Other guests will watch you try to chew your sandwich in between sobs and smile as they remember their first time. One guest(we’ll call her«Mommy») will give your shoulder a squeeze of encouragement, and you’ll know you’ll be back. As sure as bats can fly, mister. You’ll be back in the flash of a heartbeat. At Jersey Mike’s your life won’t be perfect. But it will be better.

I am not a fan of deli meats. But there’s just something about Jersey Mike’s that completely changed my mind. In fact, the only time I ever consume deli meat is when I go Jersey Mike’s. I usually order the Number 7 on wheat(turkey with provolone). Everyone in my family loves their sandwiches too. The bread is good, the meats are delish, and the ingredients are fresh. I have ordered party platters on a number of occasions and it’s always a big hit. Make sure to join the rewards program to score yourself a free sandwich!

I would actually give it 3.5 stars if I could. We got the pastrami(note: they put thousand island dressing on theirs version; I asked for mustard instead and it was very good that way) and the Super Sub, both«giant» sizes. $ 13 each. Pros: 1. For a place that actually slices the meat with EVERY order, I was very surprised how fast they got our orders to us. 2. Nice customer service: greeted at the door, immediately took our order, said goodbye to us on the way out. The cashier was VERY friendly and it wasn’t even fake. I think she actually really enjoys working there. 3. The meats were very good, very fresh. I didn’t feel like I got jumped with the quantity or quality. Cons: 1. It’s a little pricey for me. $ 13 for a sandwich? Ok, granted, it’s like over a foot long, but still… 2. Why are you cutting through the bread? Subs are supposed to be like SUBS, not sandwiches. 3. The tomatoes weren’t really all that fresh. This is the oddest thing, the meats were REALLYGOOD — very fresh tasting, I didn’t feel like they skimped, so imagine my surprise when the tomatoes tasted like they were cut from two nights ago. The bread wasn’t great either. For me, the best chain sandwich place is still Togo’s. But I’d definitely get the pastrami again from Jersey Mike’s. That was very good.

YUMYUM and YUM. Best JM around… freshest bread and nice size sandwiches, not skimpy at all. I am comparing to other locations that I have visited(Long Beach/Lakewood Blvd) and there is no comparison! Keep up the great job and call your DM to put the other locations in check!

Short and Not Sweet: Like the state of New Jersey, the sandwiches are small! However, like the state of New York – they are expensive! Bottomline: A little sandwich for a lot of money!!!

My husband loves their big kahuna cheese steak so we stopped here to get him lunch. I am not a fan of their food so I passed, but he loved what he got. Service is nice and the food comes out pretty quickly even though there was a long line. Joining their email club is worth it since the prices are kind of high. The quality is much better than other sub chains and having everything sliced and made to order makes a difference. Not my thing, but if it makes the husband happy its A OK in my book.

This location is smacked in a small plaza between a bunch of good places to eat. how do you ever pick just one?! haha. Staff was very nice & made us our sandwiches fairly fast. I got the tuna(as i always do) & my boyfriend got some sort of cheesesteak. Both came out great. Place is very clean — the only downside is the horrible parking lot.

I took the SUB-way in JERSEY with MIKE Once again it was that time. The time where I figure out what on earth I’m gonna eat for dinner and cooking is NOT an option. Cook is ALMOSTNEVER an option especially in this heat we’re having. So I fresh out of yoga and give GOTEB a call. She is ALWAYS up for food and suggest we go to the HABIT which is next door but once I drove up I didn’t want that. So after another bratty pouting session with her she decided to go to the HABIT and I decided to try this JERSEYMIKE’S place. It’s hot out and I want something COOL and SIMPLE! I don’t want to have to think too much about it and I want it to go! As I walked in they had a few peeps chowing down and ordering food. I pulled out my trusty Unilocal app to see what was good and peruse the pics so I could see what the sands looked like. One Unilocal’er mentioned a «Hidden Menu» so when it was my turn I asked to see it! Sadly they did NOT have it printed and when the young guy saw my phone he said he would take a pic of it for me! So now all Unilocal’ers can see it because I posted it on Unilocal! I told the guy I had never been there before so he made a few suggestions off the«Hidden Menu» and I decided to go with one of them which was the #11 with turkey instead of ham. It also had salami on it and provolone cheese! I got it on a mini wheat bun, because the regular looked like it would be too much and the large was about the size of my calf and there was no way I could finish that or wanted too. Once all the meat is freshly sliced on to your sand and the cheese they move you down to the condiments section, which consist of lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeños, pepperchini, oil, vinegar, mayo and mustard(honey, regular or spicy)! I went simple with lettuce, pickles, pepperchini for a little flavor and spicy mustard. Once I slid down to the cash register someone was there to ring me up. The guy preparing my sand remembered I was a new customer and offered me a FREE(my favorite«F-word») cookie! Since I had just gotten out of yoga I felt compelled to say«No Thank You» but grabbed one for GOTEB. They packaged up my sand and I was out the door. GOTEB was SUPERDUPERHAPPY with her chocolate chip cookie! Like a kid in the candy store. I swear she is the child I NEVER had! We went back to her house and ate and watched TV and vegged out on her couch. I really LOVED my sandwich! It was SIMPLE and to the point! NOFUSS! They must a NICE amount of meat on it and I was NOT forced to search the sand to find the meat like some places. The bread was REALLY soft and DIDN’T cut up the roof of my mouth. Another PLUS! And they cut it in half which was NICE as well! Overall a GOOD place for a sandwich! They DON’T seem to have a ton of bread or meat choices but if you’re looking for SIMPLE this is your place! I also saw the LARGE and it could be eaten by 2 peeps easy or one STARVINGHOSTAGE guy. The SERVICE was FAST and FRIENDLY! I got EXACTLY what I ordered with no problems! And all employees wore hats which is NICE so that I didn’t have hair in my food! DEALBREAKER for sure!

Orale güey! The Original Italian, Mike’s Way! It comes with provolone, ham, prosciuttini, cappacuolo, salami and pepperoni. If they ask you«would you like your sandwich Mike’s Way»? Just say yes! They’ll top it with onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olive oil blend, red wine vinegar and oregano.(FYI…It will be a lot of vinegar so don’t be scurred)! If you’re taking your sandwich to-go & you’re gonna eat it later, then I would suggest getting the oil & vinegar on the side b/c it will get soggy! One final touch, if you love spicy then ask for the Hot Cherry Pepper Relish! Damn…I’m craving one now!
