One of the worst run subways I have ever been too. Two people working on a Saturday who were incompetent … Line out the door… No system. Avoid if at all possible

Came here 2⁄17 at 8 pm. The two of the workers were extremely rude! First me & my boyfriend were sitting on the chairs looking at the menu when one of the workers said in a rude tone«are you guys gonna order or what» I asked for half toasted/half not toasted and he made it seem like it was the end of the world. He was rude to the guests after us also. Not going back to this location.

Subway offers a choice of several different 6 and 12 inch freshly baked bread rolls. My wife and I like the Herb and Cheese. Lately, I have been ordering the Teriyaki Chicken Sub for $ 7.95. It is very good. Good service. Plenty of parking.

The crummy part is I really like this subway, and I frequent it because it is very close to a friend’s house. The issue however comes with a sandwich maker I encountered today. I’ve attached an image of my receipt that verifies her name as Emily. My advice is if you ever get Emily, is to ask for someone else. I had two sandwiches made today, and my friend had someone else working with him who was really on top of his game. Really nice guy, and it wasn’t an issue. Emily however refused to make the sandwiches the way I asked. I normally get the same sandwich every single time for myself. A spicy Italian with a bit of marinara sauce and with cheese. It’s a very simple order. When I asked for this, Emily told me no, I couldn’t do this at all. Some subways charge for the sauce, most do not. She just flat told me no. I was a bit taken back by that and didn’t argue because I was hungry and told her fine and asked for guacamole on it instead. I figured it would be a good change up with veggies. I asked for all the veggies, because I’m a veg lover and she put three on and said, «Is that it?» I again told her I’d like all the veggies on it. She put two more on, and said, «Is that it?» I again said I wanted everything on it. She rolled her eyes and finally put everything on it like I had asked. This was just my sandwich, we had to do this same thing all over again with the second I was ordering. We were FINALLY almost done, my friend was already done with his order and sandwich making for over 10 mins and was already eating without me. I asked for oil for both subs, and Emily literally poured oil onto my sandwiches. I’m not exaggerating, both subs were so covered in oil that the bread was soggy and dripping when I went to eat mine later. I’m going to also be reporting this to subway itself as well, as this is a waste of time and money for a ruined pair of sandwiches.

Don’t go there if you don’t have $ 20 bill. I went there and they refused to take my $ 50 bill. They dont take bills more than $ 20 bill and told me to get a change at Walmart. The manager didn’t explained why they dont take $ 50 bill. The cashier who seemed like a high school kid does not know how to appreciate their customers when i said ‘thanks’ after paid. Go to other subways!

I stopped eating at subway a long time ago because I don’t care for the quality of their cold cuts. I was in a rush the other day moving and lunch was bought at subway. My bread was stale. I wonder if they no longer bake bread daily since they were caught not using yeast in their bread. My bread fell apart due to how stale it was. I was very disappointed.

With all the chaos of moving to La Palma, it was nice having someone else make me a sandwich. I was dressed horribly and the workers didn’t even bat an eye. After reading reviews, I was slightly weary of the service but the guy that helped me was cheery, upbeat, patient, and most importantly generous with toppings. I didn’t even have to ask, «Can you put more spinach on that?»

I thought you make your sandwich how you want it at subway? I guess not. They put very little vegetables and when I asked for more they gave me a dirty look then finally said, sorry we can’t. Really? Ok I won’t be going to subway anymore, much rather spend my money at jersey mikes from now on!

Went to this location for lunch today and I was told they charged an extra 40 cents to make the sandwich toasted. Huh? Not sure if this is for all locations or this one specifically. I haven’t been to subway in a while, maybe this is new. The idea of putting a sandwich into a toasted oven for a minute and then charging 40 cents didn’t sound right. Other then this issue, the sandwich was fine; typical subway with fresh bread and fresh vegetables.

There is the SUBWAY! I was so happy to see this subway open! It is very convenient and there is NEVER a huge line! The people that work here are really very nice and friendly! I am always AMAZED when employees that work with the public are friendly because now a day there are soooo many rude people out there! It gets pretty exhausting! But I have NEVER had that problem here! I’m ALWAYSGREETEDWITH A SMILE! I like that the bread is baked fresh! There is something about fresh bread that makes a sandwich taste that much better! I really LOVE that they NOWHAVESALADS! Basically it’s your same sandwich without the bread. I REALLYLIKEHOWEVERYTHINGISALLCHOPPEDUPNICELY so you get some of all your chosen ingredients in a bite! They also have breakfast at this location. I don’t know if all locations do breakfast but on Saturday mornings when I running it’s nice to start my day with a hot breakfast sandwich! I REALLY Like the egg white and steak with chipotle… YUMMY and filling as well! As long as the SERVICE and FRIENDLYEMPLOYEES stay the same they will get my business!

Alright. Redemption. The bread was good this time as was the meatballs. Every worker in there were all smiles and polite… surprisingly. I was a little worried that my closest Subway wasn’t like the others.

I go to subways on a regular basis so I am no newbie to Subway. This particular subway is the closest to home. I went around 11ish and it smelled like fresh bed which was nice. Subway is Subway so same menu, same stuff. I happened to be there when there was a couple an asian guy and a white female. The asian guy actually started a conversation with me while waiting for his order. Couple of minutes later he was joking with the employee when she asked for ID saying«Come on, Im not Mexican» and they both LOL. While the joke itsef didnt offend me too much, what did offend me was the lack of cultual sensitivity from Mina the staff.(I may also mention that I am a very light complected Mexican and could pass for other nationalities, still though, its inappropriate) I shook it off, nothing big but then when another employee began making my sandwich and MIna began making another customers sandwich she said to me, my sister and my two kids“move” and signaled me with her hands to move down as she pushed my sandwich down the line as the girl was working on it. I had an akward sinking feeling and let her know that her customer service was not up to par. While there is nothing wong with asking someone to move down, the minimum you do is ask politely. She did apologize as she laughed but still, it was not a good or even regular experience. I lov subway, but Ill be making a bit more of a drive to the next closest one. This place needs to work on their customer service skills. Management: I advise you to work on your customer service skills with employees.

This happened on Sunday 12÷9÷12. I’m the second person to come in here in 20 minutes who they don’t know how to help… only the manager does. They say the manager isn’t going to be in today and the female employee doesn’t know if the manager is going to be in tomorrow. All I wanted to use is the Kennedy Card. She wanted me to eat the $ 2 difference saying, «It’s only a $ 2 difference». Honest business? No! Customer service is dead! She keeps saying the other male employee is new, but she doesn’t know how to do it either. After they helped 6 other customers then they called the manager. I talked to the manager after the female employee did and I told him how she wanted me to walk out without getting the discount, and I told him how they waited to call until they had helped 6 other customers. I told him that they need to train their employees to do these things. What did I get for my troubles? Nothing but an accidental free bag of chips that the female employee forgot to charge me for when she rung up the charges the second time. I told the female employee and she said to leave the charges as is. ~~I’ll be going to the Subway on South & Carmenita or on Orangethorpe & Valley View.~~

This is generally my go-to Subway location since it’s one light away from my house. I can walk to it, but… really, I drive there. It’s a very clean location, and you always get a greeting, no matter how busy. Sometimes it’s a miss, especially if I don’t feel like my sandwich is getting the love it deserves from the sandwich artist, really I think that’s what they’re called! I’ll usually ask for extra olives and pepperoncini’s, since they go light on those at times. Other than that, I’m satisfied when I leave :)

I use to come here quite a bit after school. It’s just like any other Subway based on menu items, and service has always been pretty good. A few times I’ve been disappointed however because they have been out of meatballs, and also occasionally out of tuna, and on those times it’s not like they had the little bucket that showed a few scraps, so you know they just recently ran out, but no they said there wasn’t any and didn’t have the proof to show that they had even made it that day… like they didn’t even bother to fill up on all their sandwich making items. Sometimes they don’t offer the specialty sandwiches either, such as when Subway did the different carne asada sandwiches. But all in all they usually have all the items. We’ve also used them to do a few sandwich platters for us and they have always turned out good, however they sometimes have skimped on the side items such as lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, peppers, mustard/mayo, vinegars/oils…so just make it clear that if you want that stuff that you speak up and make sure they give you enough.

Came to their grand opening this past weekend, Line was way out the door! It was beyond the normal extend! The special price was for a buy one get one free 6 inch sandwich, I took advantage of the deal and bought two to-go since I’m not rich, I felt a little rushed making my choices with people breathing behind me, It felt like the people working there were making food for the entire army, Upon checkout, I didn’t even get a scrabble piece for their online game, Next time I’ll spend a couple of extra dollars at a different location to save me from this pain
