The customer service at this Subways restaurant is poor at best, starting with the owner. Each and every time I walk in she makes eye contact with me without a smile or a «welcome to Subway!» She then looks over to her employees as if to see if they’ll greet me instead. Good customer service should be modeled. I suppose the next time I walk in their store I should give them a «welcome to Subway!» greeting. I have experienced on a few occasions limited supply of toppings. They need to ensure they’re properly stocked at all times, particularly on their tuna. Twice within a week I’ve ordered tuna only to find them scraping the bottom of the tuna to fill my bread. A Subways regional manager needs to audit this site and get it running in tip top shape.

One if not the unhappiest, no smile, not friendly service you can get! Kassandra a worker there needs to smile and needs training on helping customers out in a better way… She looks mad that she is working at Subway. So if so. Get another job! The area/city this Subway is in is nice but service. Wow! Need some training asap!

I swear they’re hiring middle school kids now. The girl put the sauce on the bread before laying down the toppings. STRIKE1. There was a fruit fly and the girl crushed it into the bread. Gross. I’m sure she saw it, but she was too shy to say anything. STRIKE2. OK two strikes, but someone needs to send out a health inspector STAT!

Its Subway… Not much else to say. I eat at this one quite often as it is close to my house. The food is what you expect and I’m happy with it. The customer service is also what you would expect. The reason I am writing this review is because I decided to eat here last week and I noticed a huge cockroach running around under the drink case. My friend and I saw it right as we walked in and we almost left after seeing it. I decided to eat there anyways because I’ve eaten here hundreds of times with no issues. My problem today is that the employees there(2 ladies) both saw the cockroach and saw my friend and I looking at it and didn’t it even acknowledge it was there. There was no attempt to shoo it outside or get rid of it. There were no other customer’s in the store. I don’t know if this is because they were too«scared» of a dirty cockroach, but come on… The last thing I want to see while eating my sandwich is a cockroach running around and employees that don’t seem to care. In my opinion, the staff here should be re-trained and/or replaced OR this location should be shutdown. I’ve been coming here for quite some time, but not anymore after this. Its quite a shame.

First of all, Subways is Subways, so the food doesn’t change much between each chain unless you make a wack sandwich combination… then thats your fault. Therefore, this review is meant solely to evaluate the customer service. Now let me tell you how it is. ITSHORRIBLE. Its very simple to give good customer service. You smile, welcome your guest, be polite and if you’re in a bad mood you suck it up and help your customers til they leave. I was welcomed with a grimace(not even pretending to be nice), straight flat face, glaring at me with the power of satan himself. Seriously all I want is a sandwich, I did nothing at all to you! Also, the person before me asked for his sandwich to be cut, and they didnt even take his sandwich to cut it for him. They gave him a fork. WTF. Then they said its already cut, when he obviously openned it and found to his surprise its NOT. SERIOUSLYJUSTCUTTHESANDWICHFORHIMWTFFFF. Anyways, if I want subways ill go to the other one down the street cuz these people are just A**H**** Pz.

Went in to get some cookies. Anissa was friendly, but was not given any napkins so I went up the counter to ask for some. I was told by Noelle that cookies don’t come with napkins. I thought this was absurd. I was given some, but the attitude that Noelle gave was such bad customer service that I will not be returning even for a cookie.

meant to post this sooner but I’ve been busy Graduate student struggles The Parental’s love subway like we normally go to this location four times a month despite my opposition but like they say when you live at home you have no choice where the fam eats. On this particular occasion the service was horrible I mean dastardly. The posted hours of the Location are 7am — 11pm we walked in at 10:45pm we get to the counter and were rudely(I took down her name but thought it be rude to post it here) informed that we must give all our orders at once because they are closing(funny because we got there 15 minutes before closing). We had not even had the time to look at the menu and decide on what we were ordering. The same girl than directs the other worker to begin closing he starts moping the floor around us with pine-sol and the smell was nauseating I had to step out and catch my breath. We give our orders and are ready to pay my dad asks what type of dressing they have b/c if they don’t have the type he eats he didn’t want the salad she then instructs us that she will figure out what type of dressings there are after we are rung up. At this point my dad is pissed and visibly agitated so I explain that if they don’t have the certain dressing we would not like the salad she continues to tell me that she will check after we pay and he told her that we no longer want the salad. Customer service was clearly not a priority that night, they were more concerned with closing early. I did file a complaint through subways website, the owner of the location sent an apology for the situation and said they were more concerned with closing and that it would never happen again. Although I appreciate the apology the parental’s are wary of the location since the incident. Unfortunately as a result they lost a customer who frequented their location for many years like seriously my Parental unit would go there on average 5 – 6 times a month spending no less than $ 25 each time. So lets do the math if a patron comes to your location 4 times a month and spends $ 25 dollars each time that’s $ 100 a month multiply that by 12 = $ 1200 a year. Even bigger is that they have lived in the area for 10 years and have exclusively visited this location thats a lot of money they will no longer be getting.

The service at this place is horrible. Employees treat very badly especially recently they have two girls in late evenings, they behave as if they do favor on customers. I would never go back there again.

It’s a Subway. Nothing too crazy or new here. The staff at this location have always been friendly to me. The store is clean and right next to Ralphs.

I don’t expect amazing service from any Subway. However, I received horrible service from the manager. I walked in and she just dogged me until my order was completed. The employees had the same vibe, they don’t at all smile or care to make a partly okay sandwich. They just slammed it on, no matter how messy it was, which is huge because my sandwich was falling apart every which way. ALSO, most of the food was prepped incorrectly. My banana peppers had a stem apart of one, and had brown spots. In addition, there was several onion peels in my sandwich. I could go on, but I don’t want to type any longer.

I like the people works at this location. They all seem very laid back and helpful. They make my sub right. That’s all I am asking for. I frequently visit this location after my big workout.

Ate a tuna sub here on 12⁄20. Food poisoning sickness that night. The only thing I really ate all day. I couldn’t hold anything down, vomited everything for almost 24 hours. It is currently 12⁄22 and I’m recovered, but I had to call out 1 day of work sick. I eat at Subways often, but this is the 1st time I ate here, and this is the 1st time I’ve ever been sick from a Subway, so I will not be back at this location.

I haven’t had Subway in months since I got sick of it… but yesterday’s sub tasted pretty freaking good. The veggies tasted cold and crisp and even though there were a lot of people, the assembly line of 5 people streamlines the process. But damn. does the outside need remodeling. It’s been the same for decades. I’ve shopped the vast majority of my life at Ralphs and CVS(when it was still Sav-On) but barely notice Subway and whatever the neighboring business is.

Subpar Subway. The workers were being absolute a-holes to this lady in front of me. The guy who helped me wasn’t as much of a dick to me but the woman after him was. I got a footlong sub for the $ 5 February deal, I asked for olives and she gave me about 6 of them. I asked for spinach, she might have given me 5 leaves. So I asked for more and she gave me a nasty look and barely put any more on. I pretty much gave up on the idea of a veggie loaded sandwich like I usually like. The workers are whispering crap in Spanish and giggling amongst themselves after treating all their customers like all the trash on their floor. Needless to say, it’s still a subway and this store hasn’t ruined the brand for me. But I definitely will not be coming back to this location anytime soon.

All Subways are pretty much the same. Nothing really sets one apart from another, and this location is no exception. Customer service can be a hit or miss here. Although I prefer this location rather than the one at the Cerritos Towne Center. I’ve noticed if you come early in the mornings, usually before 10, service is spot on. Friendly sandwich«connoisseurs» who actually look happy while working. Starting around lunch time and through the rest of the day however, service is either lacking or just missing all together. I won’t really comment on the menu because they’re all the same, but as stated previously, if you come earlier in the day your sandwiches are made with just an extra touch of love :]

Pretty much just another Subway, however I find myself driving to a further location just because the customer service isn’t so great here. Every time I walk in the atmosphere just isn’t as inviting as others would be. Like I always say, YOUWON’T KNOWUNLESSYOUTRYITFORYOURSELF!

It’s pretty much a normal Subway, but there were two things to note: 1. The guy that made my sandwich was super crabby, no idea why. But the guy seemed like he hated his job with a passion, or just hated life altogether. He muttered all the time and pretty much never made eye contact. Communication was a real challenge. You know when food is made with love, how it’s supposed to taste better? Well this sandwich was made with an overdose of sorrow, but it still tasted fine. 2. The same guy also did a very good job making the sub. He laid each ingredient down neatly, deliberately, and extremely slowly. However, I couldn’t help but get the feeling he was just taking his time because he hated me and his job, but it didn’t work because I can be very patient.

i love subway. the girls here can be kindda grumpy but they’re all pretty fast and has a system to get us in and out quickly. Avoid this place at noon. Lines are super long for the lunch rush. Do a phone order & skip the wait.

Subway– you can’t go wrong– it’s everywhere and their menu is constant. Only difference is asking for what YOU want inside the sub and getting it HOW you want it– I ask for extra lettuce and green peppers and they have no problem adding a little extra —(I don’t think it’s extra) but anyways– sometimes they grab so little I have to demand«extra» — at least they don’t frawn at me when I do ask for these«extras» which makes me feel comfortable ordering here. Service– good good Speed– not bad Just gotta be careful around here driving on their LOT– not just this subway but the entire parking lot area(since this place is connected to EVERYTHING) — you will get a TICKET if you don’t stop on the stop signs for 3SECONDS and you ought to be careful!!! One of my co-worker recently got a ticket here for that reason and it was a whooping $ 300!(terrible)

This is simply a standard Subway location and it’s like any other you would walk into. It’s fine if you are starving and need to grab a quick sandwich on the run. Definitely a better choice than the horrible pre-wrapped sandwiches they have at Ralph’s next door. The crew who works here are are fairly quick though a little spazzy. I hadn’t been in here in quite a while and was disappointed that my sandwich bread(Italian) was hard and not fresh. The rest of the ingredients of my turkey-avocado-bacon sandwich were passable.
