Great service the menu selection is out of this world. I had a cold sub Ave 3 combo with 3 meats so yummy. Will be back soon for pizza next time

Terrible! I ordered a medium pie yesterday. Cheesy sloppy mess. The cheese came off the crust. Sit down restaurant with no bathroom in Cerritos. Whatever this place once was… it’s gone. I’ve had better pizza in Mexico at 3 am.

Salad great pizza is a 7 out of 10 service is crap the tall guy was complaining and making lame comments About almost closing in 30 min and about who is going to get a bigger portion of the tip jar arguing with other employees sending the customers to voice mail all this in front of customers we thaugt he was going to throw the pizza at us his body language said I hate this job leave me alone and his service was just bad. Customers saw this you get 1 star just because the salad was good.

I had burnt lasagna here. I was expecting ground beef and cheese but this one was different, it had canned olives, mushrooms and sausage. Gross. What I originally came in for was an eggplant sandwich, but they were out. My next choice was the lemon pepper chicken sandwich and they were out of that too. I settle for the lasagna thinking that couldn’t go wrong, but somehow it was terrible. To top it off they were out of ice. Two stars for Avenue 3.

Chef salad was amazing. Supreme pizza was delicious as well. Not the best pizza I’ve ever had but it is in my top 5 ever.

The Good: Pretty good pizza, if you are eating on site it’s fabulous, hot and deliciously cheesy! Love their lasagna, baked fresh on site. The bad: They deliver but they have declined to deliver past 7:30(they close at 9) so that’s a huge bummer. Closed on Sundays so if the craving hits you, can’t get your fix then. Delivery is slow if they do deliver… Perhaps only one driver? Space on site is super limited… so if you are looking to dine in it’s a gamble.

I love this place — they know what they’re doing and they do it well and the food is good. But, they almost always screw up delivery/take out orders. and i am not exaggerating — my work patronizes them at least twice a month and we have taken to having the orders picked up so we can check. It is not an hyperbole to say that at least half of the orders are in some way incorrect. last weekend I placed and order to pick up and didn’t check until I was down the road so I had to go back. the guy was nice enough until I asked him to replace it — it was ranch salad dressing and it was warm to the touch and I didn’t want to add food poisoning to irritation. He looked at me mutely, walked to the back and didn’t even look at me when he came to give me the replacement, nor did he acknowledge my thank you. not cool.

We ordered the chicken alfredo pizza that was suggested on Unilocal. The pizza was yummy but we would prefer more tasty Alfredo sauce. We liked the crust a lot!

Absolute best pizza place in town. Unfortunately delivery does take awhile, but if you know this place, it’s well worth it. Great prices for the quality and quantity. Chili Cheese fries are absolutely amazing. My dad has fallen in love with their wings! Everything on the menu is good! So don’t even question any cravings, just get it. You won’t be sorry.

Staff better. Every time we call they say delivery will be at least 1hr 30 minutes. Hire more drivers or something! We don’t order from here anymore because of this. Just called and they said the same thing.

I always order from here but the last three times I get the rudest phone service when I call in. Great pizza, if you like being treated poorly on the phone. Perhaps they’ve been short staffed? My review is for the service, not the pizza. And did I forget to say, their delivery drivers are great!

Best pizza in town. The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. Try the Godfather or the Italian Stallion sandwiches, Salads are pretty good sized portions and all the ingredients taste very fresh. The dining area is small so maybe just pick up if you are worried about that, but I like to just eat there and relax in front of the TV.

Whenever there is a lunch meeting or a working lunch we end up getting pizza from Avenue 3. It is close to our office and almost everyone is a fan of their pizza’s. We generally get two large pizza’s($ 18.99 each) which are enough for about half a dozen people. Over a period of time I’ve tried their BBQ Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken Alfredo and Veggie Pizza’s. My take is that all are good but not great. The pizza is baked Ok, toppings are fine but the sauce is generally light and not too good. The worst part is the crust, which is almost inedible and stretches to almost 30% of the size of the pizza. They also carry subs, burgers and pasta which all seem to be reasonably priced. As I’ve never tried any of them I can’t comment on their quality. I guess I’ll stop by for lunch to try some other stuff out and update my review at a later date. Ordering is straightforward. Call, place your order and pick up in 30 minutes. Avenue 3 is located in a small strip mall next to a liquor store so parking at peak lunch hours is tight but I’ve never had a problem. Avenue 3 falls into the category of a large number of restaurants in LA that are A-OK.

If it wasn’t for the food being quite good, I would turn people away simply because of the crappy service. It would be nice and appreciated to at least be acknowledged when walking into the location. Show a little courtesy to the Patron that has other options. The tall bearded guy with his back to me, was on the phone(I think) taking an order. I stood there at least 3 minutes before he looked at me and walked to the back, without so much as a «just a sec» gesture. All I wanted was a salad. I finally placed my order and was told 5 – 10 minute. A while later my order comes out. Fine. Btw, if your cooks have long hair, isn’t it supposed to be ALLCOVERED in a hat or something. In all fairness, I will say again that the food is really good. Your pizzas are the bomb. Expensive, but good. Please reconsider the image your employees project on your brand because your service is not impressive. One last dig: my wife’s company orders your take out often and says you F*up their orders all the time. How appropriate.

Customer service via telephone is so horrible I’m literally never spending another dime here again over it. I wish I could take Back the last time I spent money here, but I let the guy continue to be an asshole because i was that hungry and i thought maybe he was just having a bad day, but nope here I am not even a week later trying to order delivery again and this dudes still butthurt over something with his attitude. I’d rather take my money elsewhere, like to fucking McDonald’s, Atleast there customer service is decent. Whoever the probably 25 or older receptionist is with the deep voice and the sarcastic attitude is, pep the hell up bud. Don’t take your issues out on me because you decided to skip college and work at a pizza joint the rest of your life. You’re making your job of writing down what I want to eat waaaaay more complicated than it is man. Hopefully management can change his tampon for him so he can stop making this pizza place look terrible.

Ah Pizza, one of the essential food group in a kids diet. As if you didn’t know, kids diet comprises of: Pizza, ice cream, hot dog, and french fries. Our kids are slightly different, they would crave ramen, shave ice, fried rice, and cheesy eggs. That being said, they would still eat pizza whenever we buy it as in the case of last night. This was our first time here and we ordered a large pepperoni to go. If you go on their website, you do have to WATCHOUT not to click on the wrong coupons. You want to click on the right side,(which will give you a scanned image of the coupon) not the left side which will basically give you another pop up screen of junk. So since I didn’t have time to print it out, I told my wife to show the coupon to the person over the counter. There is a $ 3 off coupon for a large pizza but sadly the guy over the counter took off the wrong one and charged us $ 14.99 for a one topping. That’s just not good business practice, in my opinion, to charge your customer the higher price if you have a coupon. As for the pizza, I think it was okay. The kids like it but then again, they like Costco $ 10 pizza also. The dough is not overly chewy and the crust is is not overly crispy. So in my opinion, the pizza is overly exciting. For $ 16 after tax, I think I would rather get something else.

Great pizza but the delivery service was slow. Took an hour to get our pizza and when we got it, it was barely warm and slightly soggy. I think if the service were faster, there wouldn’t have been any issues with the product.

Another lunch provided by my job. They brought in one pizza with Canadian bacon, pepperoni, and sausage. The other pizza had sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions. I tried both types, and I thought they were both bland. While I liked the texture and consistency of the dough and crust, it tasted like nothing. The cheese and sauce were also pretty flavorless. The sausage was okay, but everything else just sort of tasted the same. If I were blindfolded I wouldn’t be able to tell you what kind of pizza I was eating. I cannot see myself trying this place on my own and if my work brings it in again, i’ll probably go out to lunch.
