Hubs and I both got the hamburgers. I ordered mine with fries, he got his with the kettle chips. I didn’t like the fries, but we both loved the burgers. Nice and juicy with a crispy toasted bun. Yummmm. The wait staff were all very friendly and service was very quick!

Sunday morning breakfast — when entering the restaurant the gal said«come on in!» — a great welcome. The service was prompt, the coffee great and the food was outstanding. Will go back again next time I’m in Buena Vista.

I got into Buena Vista at around 8:30 at night and it was surprisingly difficult to find a restaurant open late enough for us to eat! The Buffalo Bar and Grill was a very cool spot to sit down and enjoy some homecooked food. There was live music in the bar, which was actually pretty good! It was freezing, so I ordered the smothered baked potato complete with butter, sour cream, bacon, jalapenos, green chiles and loads of cheese. Delish. I also tried one of the ribs — perfectly cooked, the meat fell right off the bone. The service was a little slow, but friendly.

Buffalo Bar & Grill is a good lunch time spot offering burgers and ribs. They seem to offer lean beef, possibly grass fed, which means you really should like your meat medium… more than that and expect it to be a bit dry. The shoestring fries were a delicious surprise with a bit of diced garlic added for that bit of extra flavor. Other side options were onion rings and sweet potato fries. I don’t know if I would visit for dinner after looking at the limited menu… pretty much burgers and ribs, and the rib portion didn’t seem large at all. If you’re a light eater you may appreciate this, but I like a full rack myself.
