I had lunch catered by them last month and just picked up a family sized pan of Penne Chicken Alfredo yesterday. Very pleased by Benny and team. These guys work hard. This no nonsense Rosati’s gives you great food, on time, and at a great price!

Must be something wrong tonight. Crust was chewy, like raw dough & did not taste like a Rosati’s pizza. This was my first time at this location, so perhaps this is how this facility makes their ‘za. Tried eating leftovers — no go. Usually pizza is great as a leftover, this stuff — no way. Will stick with the Lake Zurich store.

After getting more Rosati’s mailers than I care to count I decided to give the Buffalo Grove location a try. The guy who took the order could have been friendlier, the delivery person almost forgot my drinks. Had I not asked her about them they would have stayed in her car and the pizza was just OK. In the future the mailers are going straight into the recycling bin. There are too many options in the area to pay for ok pizza and ok service.

I have lunch here about 1 – 2 times a month(sometimes more). Their pizza is really good. I like the sausage and pepperoni thin pizza. I’ve also tried the double dough, but not a big fan of too much dough on my pizza. I tried as a coworker absolutely loves it. I do, however, love their house salad with grilled chicken and balsamic dressing! The chicken is perfectly seasoned and the balsamic is the best I’ve had. And the guys that work are nice and polite. :)

Their pizza is some the best I’ve ever had. The non-pizza entrees are disgusting. Make this place«pizza only».

I have a Love/Hate with this location. First, let me start off by saying that I LOVE Rosati’s pizza. Their pizza is usually pretty consistent across locations. I absolutely love the cheese they use, and their thin crust is perfect. Muah, bravo –bravo. My problem with this location is two things: 1) This location in particular doesn’t seem to have a deep-fryer. So things like say, FRENCHFRIES that are supposed to be deep-fried, are not! So they get to your house in the form of little rock-like missiles that are completely inedible. Disgusting. Now, I’m guessing that anything else that is supposed to be fried also has that general problem — not tasting the way it was meant to because these items are expected to be fried. 2) The customer service here is usually borderlines horrible. There’s usually a couple young guys working in the back, a couple delivery drivers hanging out, and a teenage phone-girl or two. None of them are very welcoming, friendly or well-mannered. One even went so far as to ARGUE with me when I called back because my order was wrong. Since that, I haven’t ordered in probably a year. But these are the type of people who would mess with your food if you piss them off, so I’m super-friendly whenever I go in regardless of any thoughts I’m thinking :) BUT, regardless of my qualms above… here’s the thing: they have some GREAT food. Their pizza I’ve already told you about, but their Italian Beefs are OMG good. In my book, they top any other famous chicago-land«italian beef joints»(i.e. Buona or Portillo’s). They’ve got great beef, get it on garlic bread, and WOWSERS!!! You’ve got yourself a party in your mouth. So, although this place annoys me, I am giving-up my year long hiatus from this place because I’m downright craving one of their Italian beefs on garlic bread(with mozzarella of course).

Love the lunch slices. We always order Rosatis for our kids’ birthday parties. They have a pizza so big it barely fit in my front seat!

Very delicious. Tucked away in a strip mall, I’m not even sure they have a dining area. We got take out. Toppings were fresh, crust was delicious.
