I come here quite often, not sure why I never wrote a review until now. I am not a drinker, sorry for those who come here for happy hour and late night. I only come for the food. They have so many happy hour specials on the food, and daily specials like $ 1 burgers, it is hard to ever really pay full price for food here. I have loved everything I ate here but some of my favorites include their quesadillas, nachos, tater tots, spinach dip and buffalo chicken flatbread, I like the atmosphere here, even though the service sometimes inst so wonderful, I do enjoy most of my dining here.

My friends and I came here after a long day of shopping and we are so happy that we chose this place. They have really cool cellphone offers that you can sign up for to get free appetizers and other special promos. The waitress was at our table very frequently, she was absolutely incredible! The staff was very knowledgeable about the menu, ingredients, and they also accommodated all of our picky dietary restrictions. Plenty of options for each one of us.
I had one of their flatbread options and it was loaded with delicious vegetables. They brought some sauces out so that I could dip it as well if I wanted. I also had a side of their mac n cheese and their beans and rice, both of which I would highly recommend.
Gluten free folks: they do have an entire separate menu for you!

We came here around 6:30 and happy hour was until 7. After ordering one round of drinks, we tried to get the attention of our server for some time and it took her over 20 minutes to come back. It was minutes after 7 and we could not get happy hour prices. It seems like it was done intentionally and it completely ruined my mood and experience at this location.
Two stars because the atmosphere was nice and the drinks were not *terrible*.
I ordered a mango margarita which was very, VERY weak, and essentially just an overly-​sweet mango mojito.

This place was really deserves five stars for its gluten-​free options and vegetarian options. I would recommend the hummus plate and substitute vegetables instead of pita. Our server Amber was amazing, she went above and beyond with our table.
I will be going to other locations to see how they are in comparison to this location.

Overall our experience was pretty good! We went on a Friday night during happy hour and was seated for dinner right next to the crowded bar which was a slight turn off since people were bumping into us walking through when there were lots of open tables far away from the bar. However our waitress was very good and nice, the food came out super quick, almost didn’t finish the appetizer before the meal came out! The loaded tater tots are amazing, if you sign up for their texts they’ll send you a free app coupon which is worth it since they are sort of expensive, but the apps are really big! My boyfriend and I were glad we split one and we both couldn’t finish our meals! We both had a burger, they were huge and pretty good, the fried onion strings weren’t fried enough though and just tasted like raw onions, but the fries were awesome. Definitely would go back for drinks and a couple appetizers next time cause that’s all you need to be full for sure!

Bar Louie has a massive bar, far too big for only one bartender, especially on a Sunday, a football Sunday at 1pm. Tons of televisions lined one next to another around the bar, big cocktail and food menu. I am ridiculously picky about my Bloody Mary’s so I was doubting whether or not I should order one from a chain, I envisioned tomato juice with loads of celery salt and I was proven very very wrong. Their Bloody Mary was AWESOME and MASSIVE. I was almost embarrassed when the bartender brought it over to me because it was so big. It was garnished with olives, cheese and bacon. I wish I would have known there was going to be bacon in it because I don’t eat it and it was already soaking into the Bloody Mary, oh well. It was spicy and delicious. Apparently they use Guinness in there too, whatever they did, perfect. It took a long while to get drinks, like I said there definitely should have been two bartenders. Finding something on this menu that’s healthy is nearly impossible. We ended up ordering Nachos and they came out very quickly. Too many chips, not enough stuff. I needed some more chicken, guac and salsa. The bar crowd was mostly football fans, I liked the atmosphere. I would definitely go back if I was shopping at the mall, but wouldn’t go out of my way to come here.

The service suck and the food is average. Its cold ass Shit in there. You will need to wear a coat while you eating. Like who does that! The floor is always slippery and its annoying. I ask our server is there a way that they can turn up the heat. She said that they have to alternate cause of the floor. Wish I think is dumb but whatever. I order a burger and it was okay, it was nothing to go crazy over. The only thing I like was the drinks. Other than that I won’t go back there again

Came here with friend after our first Bills game. Only few people there when we first arrived, but more people started coming in shortly afterward. I’d say it is more of a laid back type place, which I prefer than a packed bar. The servers/​bartenders were all friendly. Not big on bar food in general, but I had the barbecue burger and it was good. Would definitely return again.

How can you go wrong with dollar burgers on Tuesdays! Get any burger (regular, turkey, portobello) for a dollar when you buy a drink! Toppings are extra, but works out to be such a great deal. Ordered the portobello burger and it was delicious and nicely sized. Drinks were also good! Huge bar area with lots of TV’s. Other good apps were the flatbread pizzas, which are included in the happy hour deals. Would return on a tuesday for this great deal: P

Stopped here for dollar burgers on a Tuesday. I don’t usually come up this way but decided to give it a try. Up charges for toppings which is to be expected, and a drink order is required to get the dollar burger, which is fine, I was most likely going to get one anyway. Glad to see portobello for an options for the burger (veganize me captain), portions were quite small but for the price was fair.
For our party of three, each one our burger orders came out incorrect. One had incorrect toppings, one was missing sauce, one was missing toppings. This was corrected but still annoying. For a dollar, you might get what you pay for. The basket of tots which on the menu is listed as ‘a little more’ actually cost $ 4.25, which was more than my mushroom burger.
The server was very nice and understanding and the food was pretty good so I’ll give them that. They have a good beer selection which allows me to forget about the disappointment of an underwhelming meal.

I LOVE Bar Louie! Awesome burgers, yummy calamari, and amazing fries!!! I would highly recommend the queso fries which are EXTRMELY delicious. The calamari app is very tasty… I just wish you got more for the $ 10.00. But they do have half priced apps at certain times.

I’m not usually a fan of chain restaurants. They’re impersonal and usually overpriced… and they have huge menus with lots of choices, none of which taste particularly good. Well, last night I met a friend at «Bar Louie» for dinner and, while I wasn’t totally overwhelmed, I was pleased with the food and the experience.
I think a great part of it is because we arrived when it was still Happy Hour (up until 7pm and we arrived at 6:30). Glasses of wine were only $ 4.25 and many appetizers were half price. Now, I don’t mind paying a bit for good wine… but I do not like paying $ 8 for a glass of wine when the whole bottle costs less than $ 10 at the liquor store. Just over 4 bucks I can handle. In fact, I «handled» two glasses before the clock struck 7.
We each ordered a flat bread: Roasted Vegetable (spinach, artichoke sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms, basil, balsamic onions, provolone, and mozzarella) for her and Verde Chicken (grilled chicken, house-​made salsa verde, red onions, jalapeños, queso fresco, and fresh cilantro) for me. They were surprisingly delicious. The crust was thin and had just the right amount of char. And, the toppings were generous and flavorful.
Next, not because we were hungry, but because we still had lots of catching up to do and didn’t want to sit with nothing in front of us to munch on, we ordered the «Hummus, Pesto Hummus & Tzatziki» which was served with warm pita bread, cucumber slices, and carrot sticks. The regular hummus was fine (supermarket, not freshly made, fine), but the pesto hummus was watery and the tzatziki was flavorless. The pita was nice and warm though… and the veggies were replenished at no cost.
The service was friendly and helpful… and the setting was warm and inviting. Noisy enough, but not too noisy. Dim enough, but not too dark. All-​in-​all it was a pleasant experience (for a chain restaurant). I can seeing coming back (during Happy Hour).

I am between 2 – 3 stars for this place. We came with another couple for dinner and probably will never return again, for dinner that is. Definitely more of a drinks and appetizer restaurant. The bar is really nice and has TVs all around to watch sports. We all agreed that our meals were just OK. We did get the buffalo chicken flatbread for an appetizer which was super good. Besides that, not impressed. Kinda wish we went to the Cheesecake Factory instead. We all wanted to stop somewhere on the way home for food because that’s how dissatisfying our meals were. Will not be returning here ever again for dinner. As for drinks and apps– maybe if I’m in the area.

The $ 1. Burgers are awesome but We are very disappointed that they are like forcing us out! They brought the bill and took away our appetizers while still eating without even asking. Ver rude. So now we have been sitting here for a half hour and nobody is asking if we want a drink or anything. It’s very weird. Not the least bit crowded either.
I was contacted by Bar Louie with an apology and some appetizer coupons to come back and give them another try. That is good management. I will definitely go back again.

I love everything about this place. The food, the crowd, drinks everything is so great here. Prices are reasonable. Service is great. Specially i love their chicken flatbread and nachos with the dip. This place is awesome! Love to hangout here with my friends.

I was a little dicey about this place looking at the ratings but thought I’d give it a shot anyways. To my surprise I was very pleased. Came in here with some colleagues from work for happy hour.
The bar service was impeccable. The bar men were quite efficient in their service and conjured up some really crafty cocktails. I never had to wait more than a minute for my drinks. Even with the crowd during happy hour. The food also was quite delicious with so many options for me as a vegetarian.
The atmosphere is perfect for an after work drink and given the beautiful summer we’ve been having, sitting outside was a no-​brainer.
Definitely coming back here again!

For being a chain restaurant, I give this place props. My friend and I showed up on a rather warm Saturday in March. We were seated within 10 minutes, without reservations.
We ordered drinks, I had the Peach Lightening. It was amazing. Not too sweet, just a little sour but very well made.
My friend and I couldn’t decide on what to order so we got three different plates and shared. We got the trio dips, spinach artichoke dip and hummus plate. Everything was very tasty, except the cheese that came with the trio dip. Neither my friend or I like queso, so I’m attributing it to that. The salsa was a bit watery but good. The guacamole was tasteless. The hummus were all good. They even gave us more veggies in substitute for pita bread. The spinach dip was great. Obviously it’s not mine, but for a chain it’s really good.

Love coming here for $ 1 burger night (Tuesdays). Their burgers are delicious, they have a great beer selection and their staff is always friendly. One of my favorite places to go for happy hour!

These wieners poured a beer into a cracked glass and when I asked for a new one in a proper, non broken glass, the poured the old beer into a new cup. Boom. Clap. Wtf.

The food was actually way better than the last time I was here.
I came with some friends for a local dinner out. We started with a vegetarian flatbread and artichoke and cheese, they were both really good. Actually, very good.
As an entrée I had the fish tacos, those kinda of dry. My girlfriend had a Brie salad, she it was very good. She was also surprised on how much better food had gotten. Drinks were also very good. My choice of the night was the Peruvian martini. Not sweet, not dry very lemony. For dessert our waitress recommended the s’mores martini. That was an excellent recommendation! Sweet and creamy, just what you would expect a liquid alcoholic s’more should taste like.
By the way, services was excellent! I would recommend asking for Jackie next time you visit. I know I will.
