Bianca’s Pizza Place

Great pizza, dicey wings. We ordered two sheet pizzas for a company party along with two buckets of wings. The pizza was pretty good; a sweet sauce and they didn’t skimp on the cheese. Our wings were another story. The ‘Hot’ wings were flavorful and different with what seemed to be a dry rub and sauce blend. The medium wings were practically bone dry. There was some color to them, so my guess is that they didn’t use enough sauce to shake the bucket and either didn’t check them after they piled them into the catering tray or didn’t care. To their credit, they gave us what appeared to be a gallon of blue cheese with our order instead of the average eight or nine one ounce cups that most places think will be enough for one hundred chicken wings. Once again, it’s difficult for me to find complaint when someone else is picking up the tab, but if you’re going to order your wings medium, ask for them ‘extra saucy’ and they’ll probably come out with just enough sauce.

Nothing special. They screwed up my order, sent pepperoni pizza when I ordered plain. Wings were meaty and might be decent in some cities, but kind of flavorless and disappointing by Buffalo standards where most places have good wings. They gave a packet of baby carrots instead of celery too, which I thought was a little weak.

I cannot speak for the sandwiches but the pizza was not really good. While I do like supporting the local Ma & Pa establishments I would not recommend ordering pizza. The crust was not good and while it did have a lot of cheese, the pizza was extremely greasy.
