Good tasting Pizza. Unfortunately the customer service does not match you call the location on transit no hello immediately placed on hold for 4 minutes a gentleman will pick up the line say thank you for holding put you back on hold another minute before you can even place an order your impression is that they don’t care about their customers.

This was the best decision I made regarding food in a long time the Hawaiian pizza is absolutely delicious I’m sorry I have BBQ Pizza Delicious I take my hat off to the chef and my delivery guy

After delivering to us nearly a dozen times in the last few months the female who was on the phone refused citing we are not in their delivery area and exceptions in slow times were made. First off we were not ever told we were not in range. I had called before our first time ever ordering to ask, and the male manager stated we were. As for exception in not busy, they delivered here on Super Bowl Sunday, arguably the busiest pizza delivery day of the year. Suddenly we are not in her delivery area and the previous deliveries were exceptions made, I do not think so. Terrible way to run a business.

Every time my job wins free lunch, we call these guys. They sheet pizza is a great value and feeds an entire staff.
However, within an hour or so, there’s 8 dudes playing musical chairs with the one toilet.
I don’t know what it is man, but it’s everyone and every time.
Maybe they just need to cook that pie longer?

Very good pizza. I’d put it my top 5 in town. That’s saying allot.
If your pizza experiences are along the line of Dominos, Papa Johns etc., and you are not open minded, I would not order. This pizza is nothing like that.
I get salads here sometime. Very good. Weekday, they half a good lunch menu.
Caution on your first pizza order: the large is a VERY large sheet pizza. Talk to the staff about what size you want.

I ordered a calzone tonight (3÷19÷16 at 7:37pm) and when I arrived to pick it up the kid behind the counter didn’t have my order. Normally I would write this off and forget about it, but he seemed to not even care. He asked me for the total and told me it would be up in 10 minutes. The young lady cooking behind him asked him what I was waiting for and I heard him tell her and she went back to what she was doing. Our business orders from them quite a bit for lunch and they forget items in our orders every once in a while. They have great food but there customer service should be looked at. Maybe I’m asking to much, but when you make a mistake at least take of your customer, smile and apologize. Why didn’t the manager say something or at least offer me a bottle of water while I stood against the wall waiting because of there mistake. I guess that’s the way it is today, screw up and say oh well…

I’m done with this location. I used to love picasso’s pizza and this was the only place I would order from but after being disappointed the last 4 times (yes I gave them 4x cause I loved them so much) I just can’t justify eating or risking eating here again. The wings were dry and not saucy at all, the pizza was burnt another time, the salad I ordered with grilled chicken in the name came with no chicken at all. They even butchered the steak fries once burnt and soggy… That’s it I’ve had it they need a whole new staff this location is the worst. Sorry not sorry

Buffalos best pizza restaurant. I’m not going to give you a lot of details. There is not a better quality available anywhere. And that it is also the best value around means you should stop reading and get over there.

This review is going to be in two parts. Part 1 the food would get 4 stars from me. I stopped in for lunch and got 2 slices to go (disclaimer a slice of pizza her is actually 2 small slices) so I got 4 small slices. The pizza quality and flavor were pretty good. Not the best I have ever had but good stop for quick lunch.
Part 2 of this review. The service. I ordered 2 slices. Man behind the counter told me $ 7 and change. I question the expense so asked for the receipt. After reviewing the receipt and seeing that I was charged for a lunch special which was 2 slices and a 20oz drink. I asked about the drink before being I told my slices include the drink. I didn’t want the drink but was charged for it becuase the man behind the counter said it was «a deal». I don’t like being misled and I would give the service 0 stars. So I took and average and here is your 2 star review

This used to be our favorite pizzeria. The pizza of late has been very undercooked and doughy. The price rises at least once a month. They are one of the most expensive pizzerias in Buffalo without justification. Unless you can deliver a consistent pie, then stop gouging with your prices. Large bright spot is the pepperoni is charred to perfection. We went from weekly pies from here to very rare hoping to catch one made correctly.

Best pizza in town, hands down! I can’t order from anywhere else and be satisfied. Picassos robbed my innocence. I’ve gotten delivery from here easily 20 times and only had one mix up. I’ve finally decided to do a little review. Pizza is awesome. Only thing is the consistency of the dough. I tend to like it a little more crispy and sometimes it’s perfectly crispy and other times it’s more doughy, which is still delicious. But consistency is key. The wings are good but order them extra saucy and there awesome. Nice and meaty bursting with that buffalo flavor. Breadsticks are just typical breadsticks but good none the less. A little flat but flavorful. Customer service the one time we had a mix up they were back out with a marinara sauce within 25 min.
To wrap it up if your in buffalo for a night and you want pizza. Look no further.

This pizza is REALLY REALLY good! I really love the fact that they sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top. The slices are big and tasty. They are speedy and will deliver to you. Arguably among the top pizza joints in the city!

Compared to quantum physics or philosophical logic proofs, the concept of ‘saucy’ chicken wings isn’t very complicated. I used to love Picasso’s when I lived in Lancaster and decided to try them in Clarence because I had a coupon for a large one topping pizza, 15 wings and breadsticks for $ 36.95 (which isn’t exactly a great deal, but arguably what their pricing should be anyway). I ordered on a Saturday around 4 p.m. The gentleman who took my order never asked what topping I wanted on my pizza and I asked for my wings to be saucy. This normally denotes that I want an abundance of sauce on my wings.
I went to pick my order up and the gentleman at the counter was less than friendly. That’s okay, because service isn’t really crucial to me when I’m ordering Pick-​Up from a pizzeria. The quality of my wings, however, is something I’m almost a zealot about. The wings were bone-​dry. They didn’t even have a little bit of sauce. Luckily, I keep some hot sauce from another pizzeria at home in my fridge for just such an occasion. So I got to eat Picasso’s wings with cold hot sauce from one of their competitors. Not exactly a $ 36.95 value. I got pepperoni on my pizza (which was fine, but being given a choice would have been nice) and the breadsticks were bland and average.
Picasso’s in Clarence pales in comparison to their counterpart in Lancaster. Their pricing is a little bit higher than everyone else in the area, so their product should be a little bit better. It wasn’t. Next time I get some coupons in the mail they’re going into the garbage can. I can drive a shorter distance, spend less money and get what I asked for at about a dozen other pizzerias nearby.

Picasso is great take out pizza! It is the best next day pizza in buffalo. It reheats well and maintains great flavor. The char-​b-​q wings are also really charred by fire. Exceptional and reliable!

When we go to Buffalo to visit family we always go to Picasso’s. I can’t say a ton about this place because I’ve only had their cheese and pepperoni pizza’s. The pepperoni is crispy on top and it’s loaded on. It’s by far the best pepperoni pizza I’ve ever had. They burn the edges of the pizza too and it’s perfect. The crust is the perfect amount and it’s buttery and sweet. I prefer a little thicker-​square cut pizza to NY style so this is right up my alley. The sauce is perfectly seasoned too. My husband lived in Buffalo for a little while and he has taken me to all of the popular spots to taste every pizza in the area. All-​in-​all this is my favorite pizza in the area.
I will not give this place 5 stars because it’s not the type of place I’d hang out and have dinner at. It’s a typical old-​school pizza joint. We solely come for take-​out. We have family coming into town (Baltimore) in a couple of weeks and we’ve already requested a pizza :).

Located within a mile of my work office this is our go to pizzeria for office events. We usually call when they open and let them know what time we will pick up the pizza. We’ve probably ordered about a dozen times in the last two years and usually get a sheet pizza with a variety of toppings and a bucket of wings. I like their pizza, the sheet pizza’s are always made perfectly, the dough is fluffy, sauce is sweet, the cheese is delicious and they’re pepperoni’s are crispy around the edges just the way I like it! The wings aren’t the best in Buffalo but they’re not the worse either, they’re just good. Never had a problem with the food or the staff, we’ll continue ordering from here.

Went in for a slice based on a positive review, and I was pleasantly impressed. Soft gooey crust, quality sauce, and garlic powder sprinkles adds a nice touch. I’ve been back a few times already for my slice fix. I take away one star for the price paid for quantity received. That’s a tad high.
About me: pizza lover. I could eat it daily. I enjoy Montréal style pizza the best. Chicago deep dish is overrated. Buffalo style is still too doughy, but some places (not many) do it right. Chain pizza I like: papa johns pretty good. Dominos bad.

Our pizza came burnt and wasn’t all that great. My boyfriend liked his side (we get different toppings) but mine was the burnt side. Ruined majority of the slices.

If a girl is offered the choice between regular O’s or ass O’s, in my experience, she will rarely Picasso’s. But then there are always exceptions. But let’s talk pizza.
Very friendly guys and pretty good pizza. Huge slice, pretty good deal for 2 slices and a drink. The slices were a bit old and congealed to be honest, but it was late night so I understand. They had some kind of powdered cheese all over them. The following day I got some of the worst food poisoning I’ve ever had that lasted all week and I couldn’t even get out of bed… but I’m hoping it wasn’t this. There were a couple of other possibilities. I’ll definitely eat here again at some point and make sure that it wasn’t… ;)
Open late and well worth a try now with my local faves Bozanna and Paulys long gone.
