These people are unethical from the get go. All of these phones are refurbished that they are selling as new. As an employer they have no written policies or procedures and make them up as they go along. They have no progressive discipline policy and a lackluster response to any employee complaints and/or concerns. The First level manager intimidates his workers with threats if they use the chain of command. Several of the employees have a history of sabotaging their co-workers, to cover their own theft of property and cash, specifically at the Elmira store. How an employer treats it’s employees is a good indication of the customer service they will provide. As far as the service itself, it is spotty at best, with lack luster customer service from the top down. Beware of doing any business with these people.

Good customer service is the name of the game. Go see Corey at the Delaware store, or call 716−605−8300. This review is for their Delaware Ave. location only. If you are looking for a low-cost alternative carrier, or perhaps you’re like me and was looking for a carrier where you could get a phone or two for your kids so they can call or text in case of an emergency, Blue Wireless is a decent choice if you’re in the 716. Their service is improving all the time, and although they’re still on some older technology platforms for data, if you just need a phone to be a phone, give them a look. Corey at the Delaware store is awesome — he knows his stuff and goes above and beyond for his customers with a very honest, straightforward approach to business. I did recommend to him that he speaks to his corporate marketing department and update the Blue Wireless information here on Unilocal.Hopefully that will get updated soon!
