This Café is located in the building where I work so it’s a convenient choice when I forget to bring my own lunch. They normally have a daily salad special which is mixed with your choice of ingredients. There’s also a soup station, Chef’s Station(hot daily special), a grill/fryer/pizza station, a sandwich station and a make-it-yourself salad bar. I forgot to add the grab-and-go cooler, too — pre-made sandwiches, salads and yogurt parfaits, etc. It’s not fine dining by any means but I would say there’s something for everyone if you just need a quick breakfast or lunch while at the Larkin building.

Bad bad bad. The employees who work here are miserable and will routinely stop service before closing time. I’ve gone to this place too many times to be disappointed. Breakast officially stops serving at 10:15 — Doesn’t matter to the cook. He stopped at 9:55 and advised«perhaps you should get here sooner». Had a similar experience with the sandwich station. Apparently the employees make their own hours. Often the pizza is luke warm and has been sitting out forever under a burner. Want pizza during the 2 – 3 expanded hours? Well, you better like a specialty pizza as they wont have anything simple that most people will like such as a cheese or cheese and pepperoni. I understand that it’s non-peak time so selection will be limited. But if you have a limited selection you must make it so it is as accessible as possible. This is not when you experiment with specialty stuff. Salad bar is often uncared for and not properly stocked during peak lunch time. I’ve been to this place when my company first moved to Larkin. It WAS much better. But some time in the past year or so they stopped caring and the food quality has gone down the drain. I once had a sandwich hastily made with one slice of turkey, a TON of yellowed lettuce, no mayo and no cheese. Not exactly what I ordered and sloppy. Is it too much to ask for a turkey sandwich with LTO, mayo and cheese? When I complained I was looked at like I was being unreasonable for not liking the sandwich they put no effort into. Finally, they used to have great breakfast pizza… gone… I won’t bother with this place any more. It’s lousy and overpriced bad food. There’s much better options in Larkin Square. Also, across the street is the Larkin Café where the food and prices are better. What a difference it is when you care about what you do.

Oh Boy Oh Boy Oh Boy. Middle of the road food again. You cant use sub par ingredients and make great food. Prices are to high. Its a Sodexo joint so cafateria grub is always your choice. Its reminds me of school lunches. Oh and by the way this is Buffalo, your pizza should not SUCK!
