I work in the Larkin building and literally jumped up and down when I heard they were installing my beloved Tim’s in the lobby. It is beyond wonderful to have a hot cup of coffee to start my work day and to get rid of the early morning grumpies. I’m sure my co-workers appreciate it, too. I will say… After over 150 check-in’s… And I know there’s more that I have surely missed… They still don’t know my order by heart. Not a big thing, just would make me feel special. :)

Exchange Larkin location. I think this place should be run by owls and called Tim Hootons. Great that they put a coffee shop here for the employees. Second experience was much better than the first so I’m raising it to a 3⁄5. Personal Experience: I was in here about 6 weeks ago, and also came here with my coffee-mate awhile back(2014) which I reviewed below. On the more recent visit, they were fairly friendly, and the coffee tasted just about sweet enough and definitely hot enough and milky enough to score a 3. If they’d been super friendly it’d have been a 4. If they’d given me their phone numbers and winked at me profusely, then maybe a 5. Try a coffee, 4&4, you might just love it. Previous review below. I tried this Tims today because we were in a hurry and my meal mate wanted one. She said it tasted watered down and there was no sugar(she asked for a 4&4). We usually like Tim Hortons, though why anyone anywhere near downtown would go there unless they were in a massive hurry, with all the local coffee shops, I don’t know. But anyway, this was our first experience of this TH and to say she was unimpressed would be an understatement. As was I.
