Awesome! Beef on weck was so juicy and delicious!!! Our server/​bartender Joe was very attentive and took great care of us!

Decent food but had incredible service. I’m in hotels 3 to 4 nights a week and this was one of my better experiences. Kevin was our waiter. He was friendly and had us laughing our butts off. There was another person that filled our drinks and water when Kevin was busy. Will def eat here again next trip to buffalo.

We got to the hotel around 10 pm, so we had a limited menu to choose from, I ordered Italian buffalo wings, they were good, they’re buffalo wings with added garlic and cilantro. The downside is that the food takes forever to come out. Food is average. There’s a no «wow» factor, typical hotel food

My mom and I came here to eat dinner before our concert. This was right in the hotel so it was convenient for us to pick here.
The place was dead, which didn’t surprise me because it was a Wednesday but it did because I thought more hotel dwellers would come in here.
We were seated quickly and things kind of went downhill from there. No waitress ever came to greet us or get our drink orders. About 10 minutes after we were seated the manager came over to us and said she noticed we didn’t have drinks yet. We told her that no one came to greet us or take orders so the manager wound up doing so. I am not really sure what was going on but the manager continued to be our server throughout the entire meal because no waitress gave us the time of day.
I was very thankful that the manager didn’t feel she was too good to act as a waitress as she basically saved us but I was surprised that with the other waitresses seeing their manager was acting as a waitress none of them stepped up to take over.
The food was okay. Nothing spectacular but it wasn’t bad food. We were both content and had some leftovers to take back up to our room and eat later.
The prices were okay. Something could be a little expensive but since neither of us got anything ‘fancy’, the prices weren’t bad — Thankfully because if it was expensive and we didn’t have a waitress, my mom wouldn’t have been happy.
Overall, if I came back here, it would be only because it is so convenient. Hopefully if we go back, we will have a waitress.
