I always loved Loft… until recently… I had a very bad experience at the loft at the blvd mall. They«ordered» a sweater for me, had no idea what they were doing, were asking me to «do the math» for the discounts, and to make a long story short I never received the sweater. I was very annoyed with their service and upset that I wasted forty five minutes with these people for nothing. I waited two weeks for the sweater and called customer service. When I called the customer service line I had to basically repeat myself 30 times about what had happened. After this long dragged out thing I wanted nothing from them but the sweater. But they sent me two $ 25 paper cards(not their normal cash cards– these were different). Well when I went to use them, the rule was you can only use one(they expire within a month) and it had to be on full price items. What is ever really full price there? I was not happy. I had to explain the whole story to why I received these cards to the sales associate and she seemed to understand my frustration. She wasn’t going to originally give my the discount and I asked for the cards back and just said I am going to call and tell them I’m done as a customer. If your going to mess up my order, charge me for nothing, make me re pay for the sweater, and then send me these cards that work on nothing, why would I continue to shop there? Only because this girl was nice and understood my story will I continue to shop there. The blvd store lost me though.

This is easy women’s clothing. You can get the same item in a few colors and be set for a little while. Its not going to last forever, but that’s fine, you did not break the bank for it. I like the relaxed vibe here too. ** 3 stars, its a chain and A-OK.
