Traveling from scotland I was told … You must try Cheesecake Factory … Wasn’t disappointed … Great visual interior, large portions and an epic cheesecake that defeated me in a wonderful delisiouly evil way, Go eat and become fat in the tastiest way possible

One word, delicious! Order the avocado egg roll appetizer and one of their whiskey cocktails to start your meal just to set the tone. The menu is extensive, built to suit your taste. They overdid my medium rare steak so they get four stars instead of five. And of course, the banana cream cheesecake was superb.

Absolutely love everything about this place. From the service to their food! The atmosphere is perfect for a celebration. Our waiter didn’t rush us and was extremely friendly from beginning to end. We started out with drinks, which were presented beautifully. The drinks were the perfect mix. Not too alcoholic to the point where it feels like we’re taking shots. Loved it ! Our entrees were delicious. I had the steak diane. Everyone has to try it ! Came with medallions, perfectly whipped mashed potatoes, and a rich mushroom wine sauce. I had a sample of all my friends’ foods, which were nothing less than I imagined. Superb ! Had their cheesecake for dessert but that doesn’t need explaining. It’s self explanatory. They’re best known for the cheesecakes.

It’s in the Walden Galleria, a huge Mall located next to the freeway exit(easy off, easy on). They were extremely busy. I got lucky to sit at the bar, guess they are popular, and I’m not surprised. The staff is very courteous and attentive. Took less than 10 minutes to get my food(I waited longer in some McDonalds for file of fish). Most importantly, my grilled salmon and sautéed spinach were both DELICIOUS ! Very fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection! Drool :) Definitely coming back.

As usually I love coming to Cheesecake Factory. This is great location for Canadians, haha. The service is not the best but good enough. It really depends on your waiter.

This is an average between 3 stars and 5 stars. I have experienced excellent service and excellent food as well as mediocre service and A-OK food. As this restaurant is really big, I guess it really depends on how lucky you are. The food here is generally good. I visited with a friend a coupe of weeks ago and they even created a dish for him from scratch as he has some dietary restrictions. The service, this is a different story and unfortunately impacts even the quality of the food. Like in any big place, not always the nicest servers, or the fastest… All in all I will return here and hope to be lucky. I will also avoid Friday evening and instead I would try lunch, they have a quite varied lunch menu.

The wait here is always a concern for me. Today the bar and high top tables were open, we went with the bar. I had the Ahi Tuna salad. It was just what I needed. Great flavor, and really good Tuna for Buffalo in January. I really enjoyed the dressing, will be ordering again. The bartender was busy but stilll gave us great service.

I heard friends talk about this place. So we went here before going to see a movie. My friend have three cheese pasta dish. To me for price of small portion. He also have a strawberries crème drink. He said its was good. I have some kind of China’s salad. Was good. There to much on there menu to choose. They can cut its in half. The prices to pricey. That what most people I talk to expensive. Go there once and check its out but dont go back. I have better cheese cake. Well my first time there and I dont think I will come back. Unless I have a gift cards from here or good coupon where you get your second meal half off.

A new menu with many more varieties. There was plenty before. Now it’s vastly improved. Best thing is, it includes my favourites! Go early to avoid the line up. Don’t worry about bring home dessert to Canada. Just declare that you’re bringing a certain value of cheesecake and they’ll either level some tax or just wave you through.

Can’t argue with the fact that cheesecake factory makes the greatest cheesecake. Frequented this Walden locations a handful of times. Went here for a birthday and the staff was very accommodating to our large party. It is also a great time to stop by during their half price national cheesecake days! The food is consistently good, and HUGE portions.

I tried this place out a few times. I have to say, I was not impressed with the 1st visit. I’ll start by saying that I DID like the ambiance. As the daylight changes outside, so does the lighting inside of the Cheesecake Factory. Very neat. I did not like the seating arrangement there. They were sort of directly connected to the customers next to us which made it «too close for comfort» Unless you have a booth or individual table, that’s the seating that you will be given. Now to the food… I asked the waitress what she recommended and I was pointed to the Jambalaya pasta dish. She said it was a customer favorite. So I ordered it and was less than impressed. I did give this place a 2nd chance and tried just a turkey club sandwich, and again, not too impressed. When in the area, this would not be my 1st choice by a long shot!

The Cheesecake Factory is the place to eat while visiting the Walden Galleria. Plenty of food options and more varieties than you could ever imagine when it comes to cheesecake. The wait staff is friendly and attentive despite this location always being packed. The only downside I can think of are the long waits to get a table but being located in a mall there are plenty of options to pass the time.

The only benefit about dining at a chain is that you know what you’re going to get; the recipes are the same, menus are the same, the philosophy is the same, etc, etc. With that being said, the Cheesecake Factory is one of the only if not the only chain my family and I frequent mostly because of the amount of options they have and because of their«healthy» skinnylicious menu. Ultimately, there’s something here for everybody and that’s very important for the picky eaters(cough cough, me) in my family. An experience goes sour however, when a well known chain like the Cheesecake Factory doesn’t have consistency with their quality and portions which is unfortunately what occurred at this particular location during my time dining here. Came in around 9:45 on a Tuesday night after seeing a movie at the Galleria. The kitchen closed at 11, but we noticed the place was pretty empty so we checked in with the hostess first to make sure they weren’t trying to close. She assured us we had over an hour before the kitchen was closing and was very pleasant. I have dined at the Cheesecake Factory in my home town on Long Island about 30 times in my life, no exaggeration. It’s the same experience every time, you get waters, you get bread. Here at the Galleria, we were brought waters, but nothing about bread was mentioned. This irked me because the person I went out to dinner with heard me rant and rave about the warm brown bread Cheesecake Factory served and it wasn’t given to us… yet. We placed drink orders, asked our waitress a little bit about the wine but she didn’t have any feedback. With that being said, she did offer to go to the bartender to have any of our questions answered. Shortly after ordering, two glasses of wine came to the table, cabernet for me, Malbec for the other. My cabernet tasted like straight vinegar, the bottle had gone bad, who knows how long is was opened for. Lucky for me, our server was nearby often, I was able to grab her attention to inform her that the bottle went bad, to which she apologized and happily brought me a glass of Malbec. The switch took a little bit longer than it should have but nevertheless, it was done hassle free and the second glass tasted great. We placed our order, started with the Asian lettuce wraps off the skinnylicious menu. Then, I ordered the Mexican Tortilla salad off the skinnylicious menu and asked for all of the dressing to be on the side. My dinner guest got the farfalle pasta and asked if they could toss a bit of spinach in there. Our waitress informed us there would be an upcharge, which I sort of understood until the dinner came out and I saw the amount of spinach in there. It wasn’t until we placed our order that the waitress mentioned the idea of bread. We immediately said yes please and waited… and waited… and waited some more. Still, no bread. The asian lettuce wraps were the best part of the meal. Exactly how I remembered them from previous experiences. Entrees came out while we had just started enjoying our appetizer, they were trying to get us in and out. It was only 10:15, we still had 45 minutes, we weren’t the people who were going to sit in the restaurant all night long, it would have been nice to be able to enjoy our appetizer for another minute before entrees were dropped. We also got another surprise with our entrees… the bread. Why it took a half hour to come out, I will never know. I don’t believe this was our server’s fault, she was great throughout the entire experience. I think bread should be brought out without question, like it ALWAYS is at the Cheesecake Factory, but she kept mentioning how the bread was in the oven and it would be out shortly. There really was no excuse for the extended wait, most people like bread before their meal, not mid-meal. I was extremely disappointed with my Mexican Tortilla Salad. It was half(no exaggeration) half the size that I am used to at other Cheesecake Factory restaurants. The salad is $ 16 and the amount of chicken and substance wasn’t worth a penny over $ 7. The dressing did not taste good, there were 2 small pieces of grilled chicken, it was wildly underwhelming. I always pack up this salad to go at the end of my meal but this time, there was nothing to take to go. The check came to $ 61. This place is not cheap and for the quality, the price is not justified. Let me reiterate that our server was very friendly and attentive, but the expectation of what I thought we would be getting from Cheesecake Factory was less than satisfactory at the Galleria location.

F it… I love chains. Hate all you want, I love the consistent nature of them, how it doesn’t matter if you go to a Cheesecake Factory in NY or California, they all have the same food. When we drove across America to move to NY we called McDonald’s our«benchmark of standard». If a stop had a McDonald’s, we knew it was a «real» town. I digress, this is about the Cheesecake Factory and this is my love letter to them. Dearest Cheesecake Factory, It had been far too long since our last encounter. I missed the soft caress of your velvety texture in your cheesecakes. As I bite down in to pumpkin cheesecake bliss, it’s like biting right down in to heaven itself. You humor my efforts to eat healthy with a «skinnylicious» menu so I have less guilt about eating your tasty desserts. Tonight I started with a glass of riesling(Oh, you know me, you dirty slut. Serving up the Château Ste. Michelle just like you know I like) before being brought my first of many bread baskets. I am not a fan of the sour dough bread but I do love that brown one your serve(I’m a little kinky like that). I then moved on to my «skinnylicious» salmon and vegetables. After 8 years of living in the PNW I had become a salmon snob and I frown Atlantic salmon but you cooked this so right I didn’t even mind it’s farmed body. It had just the right amount of a crispiness. And you cooked it all the way through! I LOVE that, I hate when my fish comes to me still semi raw. The vegetables were also yummy… yes, YUMMY. I declare those vegetables were cooked to perfection! I think you might be lying to me calling them«skinnylicious» because they tasted like they were drenched in butter but that’s okay, I like the way you lie. It gave me permission to get what I really came for, the cheesecake. Holy hell Cheesecake Factory, you make a damn fine cheesecake. I love them all but given it’s fall I had to get pumpkin. Service was decent but it wouldn’t even matter if it sucked, I love your food so much. My husband got a carbonara thing he always gets and since he was licking the plate when he was finished I think it’s safe to say you also have him under your spell. I love you Cheesecake Factory! I love you now and I love you forever, I am your fat bitch for life! Yours ’til my eventual heart attack does me in, xo Sarah

I’m not a chain-restaurant kind of a person. People who know me can tell you that. But I gotta give it up for their namesake — the CHEESECAKE. Holy Mother. My favorite — the raspberry cheesecake. Creamy, crunchy and perfectly topped raspberry compote. The food is so-so because honestly it’s nothing special than what you’d get at any other American dining chain. We came here for a new hire’s lunch. The waiter was nice though and was always on his toes for the table. Seemed like he actually was enjoying waiting the table. He was very accommodating and helpful in letting us choose from the menu. The falafel salad I ordered was delicious, although a bit heavy on the dressing than I’d like it to be but that didn’t ruin the experience at all. It wasn’t like the dressing was overpowering the entire dish. Anyways I was surprisingly pleased with my experience here and wouldn’t mind coming back for at least a piece of the cake.

One of the best happy hours in the businesses. The dronks are great! The food is plentiful and atmosphere is romantic. My favs on the menu is down the maccaroni and cheese balls! Large, juicy, cheesy, and crispy. Oh so good. It is literally my staple every time i come and for the fact that i have tried to make it multiple times at home and failed miserably :( Next the buffalo blast… How do do you make something so crispy on the outside and moist on the inside? However they do it, again AMAZING! We decided to order something new and the crab bites, they were also AMAZING! I absolutely love cheese cakes happy hour and i forgot to mention the fact that everything(including drinks) are under 6.50!

This restaurant is huge and gaudy looking. It looks like I am in Vegas when I’m in here. It’s located at the Walden Galleria. For takeouts they have a separate counter. There can be a bit of a line of about 5 or 6 people or sometimes more. Call in ahead and order if you can. Got the avocado rolls as take away. Didnt find them tasty. BJ’s avocado rolls are better.

Came to try this place out because a friend of mine said a character from the Big Bang Theory worked here. We tried 4 cheesecakes here: Original, Godiva, Mango and Keylime, and Strawberry. Each piece of cheesecake is pretty thick, enough to sarisfy your craving for sweets.

Ugh. Drool. Their food is kind of expensive, but my god. The cheesecake. Even if you just come for dessert. Time well spent. I always get the fried zucchini, too. It’s the best and it’s only like $ 5. The cheesecake is generally at least $ 7.95 a piece, but it’s seriously so worth it. The patio is great when it’s nice out. If you’re inside, make sure you ask for a booth unless you enjoy sitting on top of a strangers lap in a speed-dating style table set up. The service is generally quick and they are pretty friendly. Plus it’s in the mall, so you can go see Magic Mike XXL for the 5th time in a week when you’re done! X’s and O’s! J

The appearance of the restaurant is awesome. It’s definitely unique and I feel like you can still casually dine in here without having to dress up too much. The menu is extremely lengthy. There are a lot of options, but honestly if you’re here, you have to try out one of their cakes!!! My favorite is the mango key lime cheesecake. I swear I come back for that every time. The only dishes I’ve tried from here are the fish tacos, avocado spring roll, and shepherd’s pie. The food is mediocre. It’s not anything special, but the avocado spring rolls are pretty good if you’re thinking of ordering some appetizers! I like how they give you some bread to fill up your stomach while you’re waiting for the food to arrive but honestly, I wouldn’t come here with the intention to get food because I don’t think their food is anything special but you have to get dessert!!!
