I ordered a part for my stove and paid an additional charge to have it shipped to me within 2 days. When item did not arrive, I called them and, after spending good 15 minutes on hold, was told that the part was out of stock and it will take 2 weeks for them to ship it me. They did refund the extra charge for 2 day shipping, but only after my demand. Their website did not inform me that the part was out of stock.
