Fast and friendly. They have a small office and are usually busy from 5 – 8 pm. They close at 8 pm, but have other locations nearby that will stay open later and accept packages but those won’t be processed to depart that day. This location does not have printers or copiers. They also have packing and shipping materials. Ask for Katy, she is super knowledgeable and nice.

Every time I’ve gone here to ship a package, the customer service I’ve had has been phenomenal. Unlike USPS, these people actually take the time to explain your different shipping options to you and that don’t act like you’re bothering them. I went here to ship a package today and the customer service rep was super cool about us running next door to compare the pricing at the post office. It ended up being $ 2.00 more at USPS. Then, he helped us make it even cheaper by suggesting we open an account! That alone saved us almost $ 10.00. Good experience all around.
