Let me start off by saying, there was a time in my life when I worked at a McDonald’s for some time before I shipped off to college. Our restaurant had trouble with time and accuracy of orders; we strived to hit the marks while being an overly popular lunch spot. However, I’ve never experienced a worse quality of service from a McDonald’s than this location. Every single time I’ve gone here I’ve received a negative attitude and EXTREMELY slow service. Unacceptably slow. On top of that, you’d think my order would be perfect after waiting so long; well twice now, it’s been messed up. I honestly hope they can get their act in gear, but until then, I won’t be back even though it’s so close to my home. Be warned of the usual experience you’d expect from a McDonald’s…you won’t find it here.

Alright, so a couple of years ago, this McDonald’s stole my friend’s credit card when we went through the drive-through. He pulled away when they gave us the food, but realized that he hadn’t been given his credit card back moments later, so he pulled back around and asked for it. The employee denied having it, so Chris had to cancel his card. His bank told him that shortly after the charge at McDonald’s, a purchase was made at the store across the street. We still regularly attend, so it must be that good.

This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The fries were not cooked all the way so they were soggy and disgusting. The quarter pound deluxe that I bought had soggy, transparent lettuce. The bun had been ripped apart. The soda dispenser needs to be fixed, the soft drinks were disgusting. Nothing appetizing about this meal at all.

Yes, I know it’s McDonald’s but this is by the far the WORST location in North America and maybe even the world! The food was ice cold, why? Because they used frozen lettuce. This place isn’t managed well at all. Even with a empty restaurant you still have to wait for the food, a good 10 minutes and then it comes out with frozen lettuce, with ice all over it? I don’t understand… How can this location be so hopeless? Not to mention all the bums that will come and ask you for money while you are trying to eat.

I’ll give 2 stars because they have never gotten my order wrong. However, if I’m stopping at McDonald’s, you better believe it’s after midnight. I sort-of heard them explain the late-night limitations on the menu to the car before me, but apparently needed them repeated. I think this could be better labeled if not for the customer’s sake, but also so that the employees don’t have to explain it all night. That being said, we are functioning with a limited menu at this hour which is all the more reason why I should never have to spend 15 – 20 minutes behind 3 cars in the drive-thru line at a FAST food establishment. But I guess that’s what I deserve. See my shameful morning after pic. :(

Ok. Yes. It’s McDonalds. I did not stop in expecting the same caliber of food or service as Tempo or even ETS. However, I do expect timely service from a restaurant that specializes in «fast food». I swung by today on my lunch break to get a coffee because this winter is sucking the life out of me and also because this particular location is close to my office. In the six years I have had my job, I’ve only gone here one other time and now I remember why… It’s terrible. You would think that McDonalds has enough money to hire someone to plow their entrance and exit. I guess not. I was annoyed when my car almost got stuck at the entrance, but was quickly relieved when I saw that no one was ahead of me in the drive thru line. Score, I thought. Wrong! The woman at the drive thru was friendly enough and took my order of a medium coffee with one cream promptly. I pulled up to the first window(as a side note, two windows seems unnecessary to me) and paid. After, I moved onto the second window and there I sat for about ten minutes without any service. Considering that I only ordered a coffee and no one else had been ahead of me in line, this seemed ridiculous. Finally, when a woman came to the window, she handed me a huge bag filled with food. Part of me considered taking it… And then I remembered that I’d never actually eat anything from McDonalds other than French fries(which, when eaten 2 – 3 times per year, are probably slowly but surely contributing to my death). I explained to the woman that this food wasn’t mine and that I’d only ordered a coffee. She disappeared for three more minutes, returned and asked«medium coffee with six creams and two sugars, right?» At this point I had a serious«LOL» and just grabbed the coffee. This experience reminded me that McDonalds isn’t good for anything except making fun of McRibs and ordering fries on the thruway when I am desperately hungry. Until next time, McDonalds…

I concur with the other reviewers stay away from this location, service and food both suck here. The employees are rude and the fries were cold. There are better locations even in the city.

Stopped into Mickey D’s for a hot fudge sundae at 10pm. Drive-thru. It was only 2⁄3 the size of one of their normal sundaes and the ‘hot fudge’ was actually chocolate sauce. Karma. I have no business eating something like this. It’s been a cheat week and I’ve been going ALLOUT. Not gonna lie, it hit the spot! Please tell me that no person in their right mind would search on Unilocal for a review of McDonalds. Seriously.

This place is not well-managed. Had to wait for 20 minutes for the food. Ordered a Southern Style Chicken sandwich but got a filet-o-fish. Didn’t feel like going back to register and dug in only to learn the filet to be quite bad. The kind that’s been lost in the freezer for 6 months past expiration date before resurfacing. They renovated the place a few years ago and right after that it was decent. I had another bad experience at the same branch back in 2006, before the renovation. Quite frustrating really. It’s in a good spot on main street and close to the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. People would be more willing to come here, despite the bad effects of fast food, only if the service was better!

This location has substandard service and food even for a McDonalds. The buns seem not to be fresh. I am(now was) a regular customer there, when one day they decided to charge 25 cents for an empty cup I was going to fill with water to go along with the meal I just paid for. They never charged for this before. This was a total turn off to not only myself, but others in line who saw and heard this. I declined and took the measly small cup they gave. Talk about penny wise and dollar foolish, they have now lost a regular customer as a result, maybe some others in the line who also were highly critical of the cup issue, and got a bad review out of it too. Pretty stupid. The service there is incredibly slow to the point where you’d think that they take an order, prepare that order in a few minutes, and only then take the next order. Management needs to get involved in that store location(undercover as a customer) and see what’s going on there. I think changes would be made immediately — if McDonalds is worth its«salt.» Unfortunately for the McDonalds chain itself, this blemishes the image of all McDoonalds for me, and next time I’m thinking of going to one I will often times now go to a Burger King or Wendy’s instead. This place was full of clowns, and not the ones named Ronald.

There is a time that a man needs a nice, hot, juicy, cheap burger that resonates thorough his very soul. Reminds him of kindergarten, summer camp, junior high. college and last month. Of being very broke, or very drunk or very hungover, or very very hungry or sad or elated… after the game, or the interview, or the date or the very very nice dinner at some Elmwood hot-spot that served you 6 oz of food for $ 60…drop off the date and eat something for Gods sake! I’m an old guy, but Micky D’s is older. And I come to expect a consistency that is the hallmark, from the damn zenith of all fast food restaurants It is the ability to train employees in a simple yet essential model of procedure, and to provide consistent raw materials(to the point t of buying up potato farms and owning beef ranches) that makes this possible. I have eaten at the clown in Austria, France, and UK, and the stuff tastes pretty much the same. An intense program at «hamburger U» trains each manager… And each and every owner. Franchises are golden, and(like NYC cab medallions) are highly sought after. The McDonalds franchise club takes millions to get in, but practically guarantees a license to print money — to the extent that any restaurant can… it is a sure thing. UNLESSYOUFUCKITUP!!! Enter this joke of a restaurant’s on Main. Got back from Costa Rica… just wanted a burger. I went to the filthy rest room before I ordered, In there I watched the older manager wash his hands and then wiped them on his pants as he left because the dryers were broken… nice! I ordered some 1⁄3 lb special. I saw the dude in the kitchen changing the bun on a Burger… I soon realized it was mine. Hard cold meat with cheese melted into it, dissolving into it also. this was a burger that should have been wasted 3 hours ago, but they decided it was ok so serve it. just change the bun!, so a fresh bun and away it went. I ate this crap at a filthy table while employees talked together… watched me clean my own table… complained about the work they had(not!!) done to the adult manager shill. The second time I visted was a drive by(through) visit(lol). Got some cheap value menu stuff that I was sure would be fresh… nope. Stale buns, hard cold meat with cheese sort of translucently melted into it again. Gross… tossed this crap out before I drove home. So — you pay millions to own a clown, and you can make money just by being there. Screw the customers… Done!
