The location is not located in downtown Buffalo, but in Williamsville. Other than that, i had a fantastic experience with Metro Mattress. Rob is the man who I know, knew his stuff. I had a horrible pillow. I’ll never buy a cheap pillow again. Rob listened to my concerns. He did not treat me like a number but a person. He sold me a pillow that catered to my needs. I have a bad back after walking over 9 hours a day. I did not have a good night sleep in years. I was always tossing and turning, could not fall asleep. Robs knowledge of sleep helped me realize i was sleeping wrong. Their line of pillows fit my needs. I bought a pillow a few months ago and since have had my best sleep in years. Thank you Rob and Metro Matress. My pillow was worth the investment.

I walked around this store looking for a new bed the other day, totally ignored, until I started walking toward the door. These beds are so expensive. Unless you are a Kardashian, and have an endless supply of cash, run far from here.
