I went mattress shopping a few months ago. Since then, I find myself referring people to Metro Mattress. Their customer service was wonderful. They let us sleep on all different kinds of mattresses and were patient with all of our questions. One thing I’ve learned is that it really makes a difference to go in and lay on the mattresses. Take your time, research online. It’s a big decision. They have a wide range of mattress types at different price points.
The staff at Metro Mattress did not rush me and was not pushy. I really appreciated the customer service because it could have been an overwhelming experience and it wasn’t. They also weren’t weird about staring me down as I lay on the mattresses – that would have been creepy.
