My wife and I are on our 3rd piece of furniture re-selection. 3 years ago we purchased a memory foam(Simmons) mattress from R&F in Amherst. Within a year and a half, the mattress was extremely defective(sagged over 1 ¼ inches). After a fight with R&F they allowed a re-selection, because the 2nd mattress we selected was cheaper in price we used the leftover money towards a sofa. 2 months later the springs on the sofa broke and gouged our floors. After another lengthy fight(wanted to fix it vs. allow us to return it) we were allowed to re-select another sofa. Now to our current dilemma. The 2nd mattress from our re-selection is now defective. The 1st technician sent to look at the mattress would even touch the mattress and said it’s fine. After a fight with their corporate office they sent a 2nd technician who spent 5 minutes in the house and said«Wow, that’s bad, the side wall is gone.» Seems like this is R&F’s ploy as we had to get a 2nd technician out the 1st time. We went to the store to AGAIN look at mattresses and couldn’t find one we trusted to work for us, but they won’t give us our money back($ 2,000) we have to pick another mattress. I asked why would we want to after all this, but it’s their policy. This is a horrible company that as of right now we are stuck dealing with. DONOTBUYFURNITUREFROMTHISCOMPANY. IT’S JUNK! I feel as though they get the low end furniture from manufactures. Too boot, when trying out mattresses yesterday, salesmen were standing int eh mattress section singing, and joking. While I’m not opposed to people having fun while working, when you are trying to rest comfortably to test a mattress this makes it rather difficult. AGAIN! DONOTBUYFURNITUREHEREORYOUWILLBESTUCK!!!

The stock here is okay. Sales person kind of creeped around behind us. Was a turn off. If I need help, I will come find you! I was looking for a little accent chair but everything struck me as being outdated and sort of granny-ish. Huge stock, slightly higher prices than what I think is appropriate for the quality of the furniture. I didn’t spot a sale or clearance section like at Value City. Eh. Ain’t nobody got time for this… Won’t return though, since I found nothing I like and the salesperson was passively pushy.
