I’ve only been to this location a couple times, but both times have been good experiences.
The waiting area is large and clean. There’s magazines and a large tv (at a good volume, too). After signing in I’ve never had to wait more than 5 — 10 minutes. There is an option for an appointment, but when I attempted to make one online the only options were Saturdays (not sure if it was a glitch or by design).
The phlebotomists are pleasant and friendly. And good at their jobs! Never any pain, trouble locating veins, excess bleeding, etc.
