This business has been around as long as I have lived in West Seneca, many years. The owner is also a resident of our fine town. I’ve had two interactions with them and both have been handled with ease and professionalism.
The Great October Storm. A notable event in most of our lives. A portion of my gutters was damaged by falling branches. I did not contact Sahlems initially because I thought the job was way too small. Contacted every other repairman in this area and am still waiting for callbacks/​pricing, etc. One of the Sahlem installers lives on my street. I stopped him and asked if Sahlems could help with the repairs. Crew was there the very next day. Job done. A whopping $ 120.00 got my gutters repaired/​replaced.
Fast forward to the recent high wind activity we’ve been having. Parts of my soffit and trim work were blown to Kansas. Didn’t go the circuituous route this time. Called Sahlems immediately. Job was done this morning.
This is the way companies should be.
