The Market Bar is cool++. A candelabra on a baby grand sets the scene for the atmosphere. Coffee, tea or history on the walls. This is an oasis in a struggling area.
The food is slow cooked to perfection-​the cheese stuffed meatballs, pork with slaw, even golabki. All prepared foods were great and satisfying. The menu does change, you may want to call ahead.
For the local talent that is presented-​David Michael Miller’s voice is «out of this world» good. PEOPLE-​buy his CD, «Poisons Sipped» to treat yourself to a local musical treasure. The timing, the words, the note on «Hope Finds A Way» that turns into an instrument is music to the nines. This music needs a place on the radio or a movie soundtrack because it is too special not to be shared.
