Driving on Fillmore, which I do reasonably often, I suddenly saw a Budda statue. Two, maybe three stories high. That was not here last time I passed this way. There’s a Buddhist Cultural Center just by Paderwski and Fillmore. New. Nice Welcome sign.
The statue is new as are some smaller ones near it. The building is an older one but looks to have had some window work done recently.
They are doing some landscaping here too. And fixing up the back wall.
This looks to be a nice addition to the neighborhood.
There’s some parking here, street and lot.
