They have Sabres’ doughnuts!(Exclusive for this location!!!) Warm and cozy place to hang out before games. Very friendly service. Cool decorations dedicated to Sabres and some fun facts on Tim Horton. There is also a statue of him right across the street by the train station. I love this place!

Perfect place for hot beverages and a sweet snack especially when its single digits! Very little wait probably everyone is in their warm houses on the MLK holiday.

Went to Canalside for my birthday and stopped by for a donut and coffee. Was very disappointed with the laziness and courtesy of staff. The donut was OK but coffee was like warm due to the staff putting it on another counter vs just handing it to me. Think I’ll stick with Starbucks. The location was cool but staff ruined it for me.

This cute little Tim Hortons in the lower lobby of the Harbor Center won my heart. What a nice little hometown touch. They had Sabres themed donuts and muffins and brownies, and they had mostly everything that your usual Tim Hortons has(it may in fact be everything but I’m not really sure. lol). The chairs inside are really cool, they are from the Aud and there is a whole Buffalo back drop of the Aud and tons of hockey décor. I usually wouldn’t review a Tim Hortons because they are a dime a dozen, but this one is a must-visit! They got my apple cinnamon tea just how I like it!

This Tim Horton’s is definitely worth checking out. All Sabres themed decorations and unique donuts that are only available at this Harbor Center location. Tim’s always hits the spot!

Tim’s is a Tim’s, but this one is pretty good. Went on opening day a few months ago, and they had a blue carpet rolled out(not red) and were serving mini cups of hot chocolate to those in line outside to warm up, which I thought was a nice touch. Décor is pretty neat, all Sabres stuff, with the Aud history on the wall, which was nice to read while in line. Special Sabres donuts are nifty too. After the furor died down from opening day, I’ve started going a few times a week, around 630am. Aside from a few construction workers, its pretty dead that early, but that doesn’t stop the staff from being super nice. The staff are very attentive while placing your order, and so far I’ve not had any issues with my coffee or bagel. Tim’s coffee is pretty much the same at all Tim’s, so this review is mostly for staff and location. I’ll be going back, no doubt.

I’ll give this Timmys extra points due to the downtown location as well as a dedication to Tim Horton himself! Pretty nice touch indeed as well as the Buffalo blue and gold donuts as well as the throwback Aud chairs! Other than that, it’s your standard tim hortons coffee and pastries for sure! Stop on by while down at canalside, haborcenter, or attending a hockey game or any other venue at first Niagara center!

I’m going to give it a break for being incredibly incredibly busy on the day we visited, because it is more or less the only place you can get a quick snack by the Canalside ice rink currently. When I heard«Flagship Tim Horton’s» and told my darling about this(he is a man who owns one of those crazy Canadian Tim Horton’s double double cards) he really wanted to visit, because for one who is so much a slave to «medium, two sugars»(as opposed to my large, black) this place should be like Mecca, except for maybe the original original Tim’s in Hamilton(which only has a plaque.) So, there’s a statue of Tim across the street, which is a pretty awesome tribute, and the store has great décor, decked out in Buffalo Sabres colors, with one wall dedicated to Tim, and the other one dedicated to the old Aud. The place is busy busy busy, and the line was almost out the door. The staff were a little overwhelmed, and things like trash weren’t getting cleaned up in a timely fashion, which was kind of an icky thing. The other weird thing is the layout of the space, which might not really be their fault. It’s full of strange angles and jutting out bits of wall and stuff. It made it hard for people to realize that there was a whole other area to sit in, and just generally hard to get a customer flow. Other than that, well … it’s a Tim’s. If you’ve been to a Tim’s, you know the deal. Decent coffee, decent donuts.

The best Tim Horton’s in Buffalo! This location was built as a part of the new Harbor Center and they did a great job of integrating Sabres themed elements throughout. It’s the only Tim Horton’s with a custom logo(Sabres colors) and the only Tim Horton’s with custom doughnuts(Sabres colors). Also the décor is really cool with a giant cut out of Tim Horton himself and lots of cool Sabres décor. Definitely a very modern and upscale vibe, not like any other Timmy Ho’s I’ve been to before!

No Mac n cheese… No white chocolate… no knowledge of what is in their soups! This is the 3rd Timmys I’ve been to… So far none has gotten an order right and did not have all the items we wanted… The employees do NOT listen to what you’re ordering… Today’s order: not fast but slowly: «egg and cheese on an everything bagel… add lettuce and tomato.»…several minutes of clicking on the screen in front of her…“so you don’t want lettuce?”…“what type of bagel?“ After paying and waiting for food: «here’s your BLT»…me:” BLT? There no meat but eggs right?”…“no eggs… we stop serving breakfast at 5″ Here is one other thing Buffalo can be jealous of us Floridians: people who actually listen to what you are saying and… wait… Actually get your order right! There is nothing at all remotely special about the coffee that people go nuts about…

I am so sorry for my absence as of late dear Unilocalers. I know that Tim Horton’s is Tim Horton’s is Tim Horton’s, but this one is pretty cool. Yes the food and drink are the standard Tim’s drinks and food, but this place just has a pretty cool vibe. The seats are the seats from the Aud, they have an entire timeline of the Aud in the back alone one of the walls. They have a huge Tim Horton cut out on one wall with a timeline of his life. The staff is super friendly and well trained, you would never guess that they have only been open for a few weeks. They all seem to really know what they’re doing. I also think that it’s fun to watch them dip donuts through the glass, but that might just be me. I would definitely suggest going in, especially if you work down in the area.

I generally would not write a review for a Tim Horton’s because I think they are plentiful in Buffalo and their products don’t necessarily need reviewing. With that said, I wanted to put my 2 cents in about this location because it is just so cool! I visited on the first weekend it was opened and there was excitement in the air. This area of downtown Buffalo was in need of a business such as Tim Horton’s! It’s close to office buildings and other busy locations and most importantly, it’s situated in the first floor of Harborcenter, downtown Buffalo’s newest attraction. The interior has a good amount of seating and has a lot of unique Buffalo and hockey paraphernalia. Unlike other Tim Horton’s or similar chains, you can watch employees making donuts and other goodies. I don’t know why exactly, but I found this nostalgic and entertaining. I feel slightly silly saying this, but the service was tremendous and I felt very welcomed and excited to be a part of the whole scene. The crowd inside was diverse and honestly, everyone seemed to be smiling.

This is a very cool Tim Horton’s. The décor is all Sabres-themed. It has high ceilings with exposed duct work, an entire wall commemorating the career of Tim Horton, another wall for the Aud, the TH logo is blue and gold and they several varieties of blue and gold donuts.
