Incredibly friendly staff. So helpful and knowledgeable. I’ve bought multiple shoes from here and it’s always been a fantastic experience. James & Kellie are great. I don’t even go anywhere else for shoes or bother shopping around. This is how all retail shopping should be.

Last summer, I brought my preschoolers for some new shoes. We had a great experience then, and when she outgrew those shoes, I decided we would return for another pair of New Balance sneakers. The quality of these shoes for growing feet is unbelievable. I would have had mild sticker shock if the last pair had not lasted an entire year, being worn every day by an extremely active kid. The staff are knowledgable, patient, and since they can stand behind the product, they don’t try to upsell you like crazy. We really enjoyed the nifty little foot scanner, too! NB has my brand loyalty, and they are Made In USA!!!

I work at a facility with adults with developmental disabilities and we always go here for shoes. The sales staff are always so helpful and work so hard to get the shoes within the budgets the clients we are working with no matter how they have to work the discounts. They truly epitomize the word customer service, and these days, that’s really saying something! I recommend them to everyone. Please check them out! You will not be disappointed!
