Order 2 pizzas to go at about 630pm. My husband phoned it in and I arrived prior to 7pm. Once I arrived at the register a wonderful young woman greeted and waited on me. My order was not ready yet so I asked to add 4 cannolis to the order. Again she smiled and was beyond helpful. The restaurant was not too busy but they were working hard. After about 5 minutes of waiting the young woman said my pizzas were ready and it would be just a few more minutes on the cannolis. She asked if she could leave the pizzas on the oven to stay warm. I thought this was quite helpful. I continued to wait but after being there for almost 30 minutes and my pizza just sitting there I asked how much longer on the cannolis. .she said it would be longer because they were busy??? I witnessed one of the cooks making cannolis prior to my asking for another table… why not make all at once??? I could not wait any longer because my kids were now waiting over an hour for dinner. I was so disappointed. I asked for my money back and left. We really wanted to try the food with all these wonderful reviews… but 30 mins of waiting on site for cannolis is a bit long and woth my pizzas sitting for over 20 mins. But the restaurant was clean and very nice inside. The food looked delicious but so disappointed that we were made to wait far too long. The shining star was the young woman at the register.

Luigi’s is the place for Pizza! They are consistently good! Great for when you are having a quiet evening at home with your significant other, yet you still want good quality food without messing up the kitchen. Their Pepperoni Pizza had just the right amount of Pepperoni and lots of cheese. The Colosseum Meat Lovers has so much meat… Be sure to start with Garlic knots or Cheesy breadsticks. Enjoy!

Greek salad was large and mostly good. Too much pepperocini for my taste and too much sweet balsamic drizzle. Pizza was average at best. Soggy crust and it was only cheese. Knots were good but thoroughly soaked with«butter» sauce. Would give it another try but would stick with the slices that only need to be reheated.

The garlic knots are some of the best I’ve ever had. The pizza is also as close to New York– style as you can get in Georgia. We always drop by here when we go to the mall, five stars.

GOHERE! IT’S AWESOME! I am a foodie and have gone to Italian Restaurants throughout Europe and the States. This still remains one of my favorite Italian Restaurants! Please try the GARLICKNOTS! They are delectable! I always go for with the Chicken Alfredo and it has never disappointed me. The price is also super reasonable for the quality of food you receive!

The Greek salad was pretty good. Pizza is alright, it’s not the greatest but it’s okay. Would probably return for the salad and garlic knots.

The best New York-style slice in town(If you can find better, then please tell me about it). In fact, I’d even say that this is better than most actual New York slices I’ve had(and I’ve had plenty). At first, I ordered a slice of white and a slice of pepperoni. White happens to be a personal favorite, and a pepperoni is usually hard to screw up. I took one bite of the White, and thought, «Wow, this is phenomenal.» The thin crust was damn near perfect, and the cheese just right. I took another bite, then another, and with each bite, I kept thinking, «can this actually be the best slice I’ve had in years?» After savoring the first slice, I next went to the pepperoni. I won’t go into too much detail over a pepperoni slice, other than to say that you know when you bite into a great one, and this was a great one. The only thing that I can caution on is that the sauce is bit on the heavy side, but when the crust is perfect, then all is forgiven. Just to prove that this wasn’t just an anomaly, I went back to the counter and ordered a slice of their Margherita. Yep, it caught my eye earlier. I never order more than two slices(for obvious health reasons) but since the first two were so damn good, I had try something else. The Margherita wasn’t the best I’ve had, but this too was pretty damn good. There’s an art to doing good Margherita pizza that most New York-style shops usually miss on(because they treat it the same way as they do the other pizzas). These guys knew what they were doing, and dressed the Margherita up the way its supposed to be, with right distribution of sauce to cheese, and again, a perfect thinness to the crust. This is important to a Margherita, as its meant to be heated and served quickly. This place is way out near the Mall of Georgia in Buford, but if you ever make your way to this part of town, make sure you make a stop and treat yourself to a slice of heaven.

The spaghetti and meatballs make me quite happy. I was quite pleased that the food was flavorful and well-prepared(rather than relying on huge portions of mediocre food). I’ll definitely be back to try the pizza & other dishes!

I can’t believe we haven’t been here before but I can guarantee we will be here again. Absolutely delicious. We had a fresh and crisp caprese salad(a small was enough for two) and yummy warm crusty bread dipped in flavored olive oil while we waited for the main event: a coupla slices of pie — Luigi’s special with buttery(but not the least bit greasy) crispy crust, cheese ravioli smothered in cheese and a side of meatballs. Mama Mia, was she good. We didn’t have room for dessert but we weren’t going to miss out so we took Tiramisu and cannoli to go. Great food, quick service and a cheerful, social staff. A+

Pasta Fagioli is the homemade, and is the best I’ve had. Love the bread and garlic oil served before your meal. Great lunch specials too! Happy to frequent this locally owned business.

Some if the best pizza you can find and a great Resturant. Why only 2 stars??? 6 – 7 tables, all for like 8 people and 3 – 4 only have 2 people. Next time I have to sit at the counters, against the wall will just go to Antinetta’ Bibas…

Was hungry and had heard about an amazing pizza place near Mall of GA. Saw Luigi’s and stopped for dinner to have two slices of pizza and a beer. It was amazing! People were walking in and saying«hi» to Luigi(unmistakable once you talk to him) and the service was quite stellar. Very impressed with my first impression so I’ll be back again soon. Don’t be fooled by the chain impression when you first walk in. Lots of Italian choices also if you don’t want pizza but haven’t tried those yet. Gluten free options will be popular also.

Nice little pizza shop! I came in for lunch and customer service was ridiculously friendly and informative when I told them i’d never been here before. For lunch, I got their special, which was two slices of pizza(whatever you want, or make your own… just no wheat crust), and a soda for $ 6.99 I ordered a slice of the Vesuvio, which comes with Luigi’s Sauce, Mozzarella, Italian Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and I also made a slice of my own, with Red onion, sausage, mushroom and bell peppers Because they looked so delicious, I also ordered a half size(3) of Luigi’s Knots, which are bread knots covered with garlic butter sauce for right at $ 3 The pizza slices smelled amazing, were large, flavorful and I enjoyed every bite! I will say I enjoyed my make my own slice better than the Vesuvio, but that’s just a personal thing. Must admit I wasn’t much of a fan of the Knots. They DID look amazing, but they also WERE drenched in garlic butter… to the point where when you picked them up, they dripped with butter. After eating one, I just couldn’t eat anymore from the butter coating my mouth. They do include a marinara dipping sauce, but that really didn’t do much. There’s plenty of room for sitting in the interesting space, and what strikes me the most is just how clean the place is. You kinda expect grease splatter on the glass shields while you’re looking at the pizzas they have, but there’s barely a spot anywhere. Very nice! Luigi’s does sit in a strip with other restaurants, so there is a decent amount of parking, though there’s no guarantee that you’ll park close to Luigi’s because the lot does get packed, even on rainy days like my visit. Friendly service, great lunch deals and nice flavor definitely means i’ll be back. Check these guys out if you’re in the area.

We tried out Luigi’s based on reviews we’ve seen here and it did not disappoint. Looks like a little chain restaurant, but everything is made fresh to order in the open kitchen. We decided to split a small Greek salad and share a 14″ Margharita pizza and one order of the cheese bread. First off, they served the salad in two bowls already split for us, they were two completely prepared salads instead of the usual, here’s your salad and two bowls. Dressing was excellent and the salad was very fresh. The fresh bread and especially the garlic dipping oil were really good while we waited for the pizza. A Magharita pizza typically has fresh slices of tomato on it, but here they just go with the sauce, mozzarella and fresh basil. The basil was fresh and flavorful. Pizza overall was tasty and the crust was perfectly cooked. Next time I would add fresh tomato slices and probably some garlic to this pizza. Overall, very impressive, extremely friendly service and we’ll definitely be back. It’s a pretty small space so if you’re going on a busy night expect to either wait or just order take-out. We’ll definitely be back for more soon and I’m looking forward to trying a calzone in the future.

This place is a gem. I am usually not a big fan of italian food, but this place changed that. Me and my gf decided to stop by and try it out based on Unilocal reviews. We went during lunch hours and ordered garlic knots, and 2 slices of pizza(Luigi special and meat lovers). All items were fantastic! Even the standard bread with olive oil, garlic, and rosemary(i think) was absolutely fantastic. The topping were delightful and made the pizzas savory in the mouth! I would definitely recommend this place. Will be back to try the pasta.

We’ve dined in at Luigi’s twice now and ordered delivery once, and been very happy! I loved that this is an independently owned pizza joint, and that Luigi is often here, cooking in the kitchen and greeting customers. Tonight was noticeably busier than the last time we dined in, and on a Sunday too! I’m glad to see this place is getting the attention they deserve. Not super fast, because everything is made to order, but I’d rather wait a few minutes for impressively fresh pizza. We’ll keep coming back for more!

We loved this place! We stopped in for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. The staff were friendly and helpful. The vibe was casual and fun. And the pizza was excellent. I ordered the two slice lunch special and split garlic knots with the family. My pizza ended up being two meals. It was delicious and unique. We will definitely visit again!

Luigi’s is pretty darn tasty! Reading the reviews made me make a U-TURN, I was headed to another pizza place just one exit away. Luigi’s place is across from MOG(Mall of georgia) which I frequent and the food court doesn’t always have what I’m craving. I ordered 2 slices of pizza one each for Mr. and I. The pizza had a thin New York crust, covered in gooey cheese, pepperoni and olives was on my slice. Every topping was fresh. We also tried their penne pasta with luigis alfredo, topped with various toppings of spinach, mushrooms, grilled chicken, chicken sausage, and broccoli. The pasta was perfectly cooked al dente and delicious. This place will continue to get satisfied customers as long as they DON’T start SKIMPING on toppings, freshness and cutting back on quantity/flavor. Glad I always Unilocal for favorite spots to shop or dine, Luigi’s made me very happy!

This is probably the best pizza you can get aside from Antico down south. The servers are very attentive and kind. The garlic knots are great with marinara sauce, pizza is as good as it gets, probably by far the best pizza in the OTP north.
