Papa John’s Pizza

Ordered a «Special» tonight online which is one large 5 topping w/​extra cheese pepperoni mushrooms and canadian bacon, and one large «The works» w/​extra sauce and cooked well done. Ordered this same order Super Bowl day, and it was great! Tonight, the Works pizza was BURNED (black on the bottom) and it had so much sauce, all the toppings slid right off the pizza as soon as it’s picked up. Both pizzas had NO flavor at all. The most bland, nasty food I’ve ever tried to eat in my life! I spent $ 35 for two pizzas w/​Mountain Dew, plus deliver fee, tax and tip. WHAT A RIP OFF. Didn’t even eat it! And, I didn’t contact the store, because what’s the point??? I don’t want another inedible crappy pizza from that store! Plus, their guarantee is a JOKE. Never again!!!

I forgot to write this review a couple days ago. But they ran out of cheese packets whhhyyy. Thats really important.

Good quality. This was my first job 5+ years ago so I feel like I know what each menu item should taste like. Everything was great! The app didn’t work so I called and they took care of my order along with my coupon code and request for (free) sauces. The lady who delivered was super nice. It was kind of late and they still have great customer service even though I’m sure they would have loved to be home relaxing like I was. I appreciate that.

This is the worst Papa Johns location I have ever had to deal with! The last time we ordered from here we had the pizza delivered. When we opened the box and looked at it, it looks as though it had been dropped. All of the toppings were off the pizza in a pile in the side of the box. After talking to the manager and explaining the frustration numerous times, they offered us our next pizza free. Today I go in and put the order in, come back in 15 minutes as they instructed, and they had forgotten about the order and hadn’t even started it yet! After being a loyal Papa Johns customer since I was a child, I am very close to never coming back! Every experience I have had with this location has been terrible!

Just left this store about an hour ago. Food was typical Papa John’s, nothing to write home about. But their new Garlic Knots and Cinna Knots were DRENCHED in butter and icing. I understand trying to make the customer happy, but this store needs to learn sometimes less is more. Definitely have no reason to go back. Nice try Papa John’s.

I had the worst experience ordering from here. I placed an order 2 hours in advance of the needed time for my daughter’s birthday party, I gave them the address, my number and specifically asked if they delivered to the address. I was told that they did, but they said that they had an issue delivering to the address earlier so they wanted to confirm they could reach me at my number and I told them they could. So I call them a few minutes after the specified delivery time because I see no delivery person. They tell me they forwarded my order to another location that delivers to us because they don’t. I ask why no one called to at least tell me what was going on. The response is well we transferred it to the other location so they will be delivering it. I ask for the number of the other location so I can can see where they are. The other location said this store just called them to tell them about my order and that it would take another 30mins for them to deliver. At this point I am livid! I have hungry kids, the party is scheduled to end in 30mins so what sense does it make to wait that long. The 2^nd store was much more apologetic about my situation but the manager of this location was not apologetic at all. I will never patronize this store and I will make sure to let my friends and family not to either!

EXCELLENT PIZZA EVERY TIME… I ordered the THIN CRUST the other day and this pizza was amazing.
I make sure i pick up the pizzas myself since I don’t live too far away. I order, pick up and get home within 25min.
I never order delivery b/​c EVERY PIZZA place takes forever to deliver.
