I just had one of the best experiences at a business that I think I have ever had as a brand new customer. I purchased a new jacket and three pairs of pants that I needed(as always) to have hemmed. I called Sharon’s Tailoring at 12:30 on a Saturday(of all days!) and asked if there was any way they could get my alterations done that day. I am pretty sure they were closing at 5:00. After hearing how important it was to me, they graciously agreed to do them. They not only did an amazing job but had my things ready by 2:30. Of course, I would normally never make such a request but Sharon’s obviously values their customers and by doing so, turned a brand new customer into a very pleased, PERMANENT customer. Kudos to a small business that actually does care about their customers. Another reason to support small, locally owned businesses.
