Burger King

Gave me and my crew of hungover hooligans breakfast sandwiches AND cheeseburgers at 9AM. THANKS BK!

Food was ok needs a good cleaning. Went to wash my hands port a potty smelled better. Drink machine touch screen filthy. Maybe they should wipe it down once and awhile. Sweet tea had a sour taste like it was old.

Based on what I’ve read in the previous reviews of this Burger King, I can only assume that they either listened to customer feedback, got new management, or both.
The food here is no different than that of any other Burger King, no better, no worse.
What makes this Burger King stand out from any others is it’s customer service, both dine-​in and drive-​thru. I’ve eaten at this location fairly frequently and have never had bad customer service here. Every employee I’ve ever had interaction with has always been friendly and happy. Definitely seems like they all enjoy their jobs. I’ve rarely found customer service this good anywhere!

My family and I stopped in here for a snack after running errands all afternoon. We ordered chicken nuggets and sundaes to share. The food was fine and the counter person was friendly, but my problem with this location was cleanliness. Our feet stuck to the floor everywhere we walked in the dining room and many tabletops were not clean.

This is the worst place ever. They are close to my home and i try to give everyone or everyplace a chance. This is the last time I will ever step foot in this BK. There was one order in front of me and no drive though so why do I have to wait 20 min and then the food was warm. If my husband was not with me I would have asked for my money back and gave them this warm food. My other complaint is that the cashier or people who fix food should not have their hair all over their heads and should comb it before work starts.

This is the closest Burger King to my house, so I come here once every few months or so. Yesterday, my friend and I came here for lunch — and to try a value size of their «new» onion rings for free.
For some reason, this BK only has one cash register. And service is usually pretty slow. I got the Spicy Chick’n Crisp sandwich ($ 1), value size fries ($ 1), and the free value size onion rings with ranch and BBQ sauces.
I usually don’t like «value» (or $ 1) burgers or chicken sandwiches, but I decided to give the Spicy Chick’n Crisp a try to compare it to McDonald’s McChicken Sandwich. I actually thought it tasted a lot better than McDonald’s McChicken! Not really spicy, but the chicken tasted «fresher» than that of the McChicken.
BK’s new fries are so-​so. It seems like they’re trying to do something similar to Wendy’s relatively new sea-​salt fries, but they’re just not as good at BK. But I do think they’re slightly better than their old fries. Of course, I don’t think any fast food chain can beat McDonald’s fries. Yum.
The «new» onion rings didn’t taste really different from the old ones. It has been a while since I’ve had onion rings (usually not a fan of onions, but I will occasionally eat cooked onions), but I didn’t think these were good. At all. My friend agreed, and neither of us ended up finishing our free onion rings. The ranch and BBQ sauce didn’t do much to help, either. Ick.
Finally, this BK is not very clean. Every time I go in there, I see trash left on tables covered with food crumbs, and the floors look pretty dirty, too. Yesterday was no exception. My friend and I grabbed a couple extra napkins to sweep the table top and seats before we sat.
Overall, this Burger King gets 2 stars — for their slow service and messiness. The food itself is «A-​OK» and pretty much on par with other BKs, but the other factors just make it lose an extra star. They don’t offer free Wi-​Fi, either. =(I’ll probably be back again on the rare occasion that I may be craving their Original Chicken Sandwich in a few months or so.

Worse Burger King ever! Pulled up to the drive thou and waited 4 to 5 minutes no one asked for my order and there was no line in front of me. but a car waiting behind me.
So I pulled forward when I did the lady was taking the order of the car behind me. I order my food when she was done 2 milk shakes. She told me I needed to pull forward and they would bring it out.
So I pulled forward and waited and waited. I finally went in to get my milk shakes that already started to melt sitting on the counter, and several of the employees had a attitude and very rudely told me have a nice day and was laughing.
I will never go here again there are plenty of other restaurants who want my business.

«Bernard» the manager took a gentleman’s order wrong and argued about it and decided to try and charge him more because he was charged too little. All the while me and a few other customer’s food was cooling on the rack. The gentleman asked for the manager, and Bernard was the manager.
P. S. there was a bucked marked «Sandwich Waste» in front of where they assemble the orders. I know what this it but I have never seen it out where customers could see it.
P. s.s this is a corporate owned store, shouldn’t it be better than the franchisees?
