We just love birthday parties at Stars and Strikes! Connie was super helpful and answered all of my questions. Our party assistant, Megan was very attentive, helpful and friendly! My daughter and her friends had a wonderful time! The ticket machine was the best!

The food is always top notch, I don’t know why they aren’t considered a 5 star restaurant yet. Katrina is by far the best waitress they have, so make sure you request her if possible. You will not be disappointed, I guarantee it.

Katrina always does an amazing job taking care of my party every Monday night. She is really attentive and always going above and beyond to make sure we have a great time! Definitely one of the main reasons I come to this location regularly!

Came one night and they said they were booked for 2 hours. Came another night and once again, they said they were busy for the next 2 hours. Make sure you book ahead because this place is busy. Last time we came the police showed up and were arresting someone for a fake ID. Not a family environment whatsoever. At night it can get pretty dangerous. Don’t go to late because drunks come out the later it gets around here. Been a few times and not a fan. Won’t ever take my family here until it gets safer and the environment changes. Let’s look at the facts. 1. Pricy on the weekends 2. Not safe past 11 3. Not a family environment at night 4. Not very clean 5. Not enough security. I’d rather not get mugged. Fix your cameras and hire more police and I’ll think about coming again.

Stars and Stripes was nice because of the price. For 7 people the man was able to give us unlimited bowling, shoes, and two bowling lanes for 18 dollars a person. However, the waiting staff seemed understaffed, making it hard to order food and drinks. We were given two lanes and one lane was having technical difficulties so we had to change lanes. I would look into other bowling allies in the area the next time I was interested in bowling with a group.

I went with my friends and we all had a very unpleasant time. I plan on never coming here again. I’d rather drive an hour to a nicer place then go back here and experience what we did. The staff was very rude. When we asked them for something, they’d stare us down, point fingers at us and laugh. They were constantly looking at our lanes, turning it off, and turning it back on. Whenever another staff came by to do their job, they’d stop them and point at our lane and talk about us. Just stay away from this place unless you’re looking for a bad time. Oh, avoid a guy named Kell if you happen to go.

Heard about Stars and Strikes through my employer. They currently took over the former bowling alley Oasis in Buford and since this was close to my home I thought how perfect. This included bowling, shoes, laser maze, arcade credits, tableware, party host, party room, food of choice and drinks I called the call center and had a very pleasant experience with the ladies I spoke with over the couple weeks that I had planned this. Typically I am a very controlling hands on person and they made this seem like I was not going to have to do anything but enjoy the party. Day of the party arrived and once arriving at the bowling alley early, there was no party room as promised(this facility didn’t even have a room), and no table to set up my cake, gifts, and goodie bags. My party host was Josh and without his incredible effort this would have been a terrible experience. He knew I was upset and came to the rescue to find a table and to make sure that no guest knew this wasn’t going exactly as planned. He was at our side the entire night constantly checking to make sure that we did not need anything. He was genuine in his attention and you could tell he wanted everyone to have a fun filled experience. The kids loved him and the other adults were also impressed with his one on one with everyone to make sure they had everything. At the end of the evening I spoke with Connie the party manager at the alley. She was just as caring as Josh. She spent the time going over everything that did or did not happen as it was promised. I will be sure to head back to the facility as the team did a great job to tackle miscommunication they had no control over. I will be sure to let my friends and families know this facility will be sure to accommodate their needs. I know Stars and Strikes is a great company but the Mall of Georgia location is going to help them soar as the personal is exceptional.

My family and I have been going here since they opened years ago as «Oasis». We were skeptical about the new change to «Stars and Strikes» but were pleasantly surprised when my nephew and I came a couple weekends ago. It seems a little busier than before but we were given a lane rather quickly. The service was spectacular– even though they were very busy, we were still greeted by the same smiling, attentive and happily-pleasant employees we are used to seeing. Which is a BIG plus in my book. :) Ms. Lynn & Rachael provided us with our lanes and game card for the arcades, we have seen them both several times over the years; they are always so helpful and happy, you can’t help but be in a good mood as well! My nephew LOVED the new upgraded arcade and laser maze they have added! All in all, this is a great place to bring friends & family of all ages, we always have a good time and leave happy!

I came bowling Sunday with my boyfriend and we had a blast! They also had 99 cent games which was great. The arcade is lots of fun as well. I have never played a laser maze before. I haven’t bowled in a few years, but I plan on bowling again very soon.

My family and I came in to bowl Wednesday night for the 99 cent bowling special. When we got in it was very busy and looked like it was league night so we were afraid we might not be able to bowl. The man at the bowling counter assured us there would be lanes available and that the wait for a lane would only be around 15 minutes. We ended up waiting only about 5 minutes when we were called back to the counter and informed a lane had come open earlier than expected. The man rang us up and put all of our names in and bumpers up for our 2 children, which really made things easy on us. We bowled 2 games and had a great time! Our server was very busy the whole time, but she took good care of us. We had some loaded fries and wings and they were excellent but did take about 20 minutes to come out. I am not the type of person who usually writes reviews and I really almost didn’t. The only reason I am writing this is because of your bar manager Molly. I went to the bar a few times to have a drink and Molly just seemed so genuinely happy to be there. She took the time to actually chat with me a little bit even though the bar appeared to be very busy. I have been to this business before it was Stars and Strikes and I have always had a great time, but with staff members like Molly I am sure it will get even better!

We went here last Sunday with a Groupon for two hours of bowling for up to six people. We have a 16 year old who uses a wheelchair, so it takes a bit longer than two hours to bowl two games with the whole family of six. When I asked at the counter if I could add just a few extra minutes so we could complete two games, the assistant manager, Rachel, told me «we don’t sell that, Groupon does, and you get two hours. If you can only bowl one game, then that’s what you get.» Seriously… I asked for 10 extra minutes to allow for the time it takes to move a ramp back and forth and for him to get the ball on the ramp. When I asked for the ramp, she told me where I could find it. There was no offer to for an employee to bring it to the lane. Any other bowling alley I go to, the EMPLOYEE gets the ramp, not the customer. When I tried to give her the needed shoe sizes, she waited on two other customers and told me she’d get to my shoes in a minute. We bowled and the balls kept getting stuck and not coming back. This slowed us down even more. We asked at least five times for a ball return, and each time we were told, «just wait, it will come back eventually». Five minute wait for a ball return every time someone rolls a ball really adds up. So, when I went up to the counter near the end of the two hours and asked for yet another ball return, she offered to move us to another lane. Really? We had ten minutes left. I also told her that the ball getting stuck had taken quite a bit of time away from our bowling time and she told me we could PAY to get extra minutes. If it’s their fault, why am I having to pay extra? Really? There was one food server for the entire bowling alley. She was very friendly and helpful, but we finally had to start going to the bar and getting our own drink refills just because it was taking forever for her to get to us. Wasn’t her fault. She was really hustling. With all the other bowling alleys in the Gwinnett County area, don’t bother with this one unless you like substandard customer service, having the management talk to you like you’re an idiot, and spending more time waiting on the ball to come back than you do bowling. At least the first visit to this place the manager on duty at that time was nice enough to add some extra time without charge to make up for the fact that we spent so much time standing around waiting on our bowling balls to come back.
