I used to visit a UPS store closer to my home, but after consistently getting poor customer service I tried this one out. Now I use this store only, despite being a slightly longer drive. I print all my jobs online and, at this location, the jobs are always done on time, or early, and they’re ready to go when I walk in. If it’s a shipping label for another company they still fold it and put it in a clear sticky envelope for me. They’re courteous, efficient and the jobs always look good.

Worst store ever !!! Owner is soooo rude ! He doesn’t want to help any customers. Do not go here for any services !!!

Just left this place. As soon as we got to the store my grandson 3 ½ years old had a go to the bathroom. Now another place would allow a customer with a very young child to use the bathroom. The two people that were working there could care less. They told me no you can’t use it you got to go to waffle house. What kind of people run that store? When is UPS corporate going to take a look at that store and do something about it. Either the owner should be replaced or the store closed. You don’t treat young people like that.

Owner is extremely rude, pathetic customer service, he was very antagonist with multiple customers. I will drive out of my way to avoid this location. I guess he doesn’t realize there are other locations that people can chose to go to instead.
