I received a spa finder gift card and I was nervous about coming here after reading some reviews. Boy was I surprised by the strength of this little Asian man. He was awesome!!! I will definitely be back! Very unique technique compared to many other massages I’ve had and a little language barrier but GREAT MASSAGE! !!

Don’t believe the reviews! I was nervous at first because of the reviews but I can say this was the best massage I’ve ever had! It’s not your traditional massage and that’s what I liked, person centered. My therapist Crystal was amazing! She really focused on my problem areas and worked them out. I’m a Zumba instructor in the Buford area and you know how all your muscles are tight after a few classes, well you don’t just get a massage you also get your muscles stretched as well! Never experienced that but it was a wonderful surprise. I also got a hot rock treatment for my lower back. If you want an amazing non-​traditional massage this is your place. I will surely be back soon! Thumbs Up!

As I am a frequent traveler, both flying and driving, I have back issues. I found Total Health last summer and have been going regularly ever since. They have been a great help to my overall wellbeing and expertly provide the deep tissue therapy that I desperately need for my back as well as the gentle Swedish massage everywhere else that is so relaxing. And if you have never had a foot massage you are missing out on one of life’s greatest pleasures. I highly recommend them for all of your massage needs.

My daughter and I were staying in the area for a family wedding. My daughter had suffered minor whiplash in a car accident two days before and had some limited range of motion and soreness in her neck. I contacted Total Health and we were very fortunate to be booked in immediately. We enjoyed incredible massages given by two very gifted and knowledgable therapists. The tables we were on were lower, longer, and wider than traditional massage tables, with face cradles in the tables. This allowed space for the therapist to occasionally get on the table for better direction of pressure. The therapists were thorough and appropriate with their techniques from head to toe. The cost was exceptionally reasonable. My daughter is a licensed massage therapist and I teach at a massage therapy institute. We recommend the therapists at Total Health with «two thumbs up».

Finally, a business worthy of my rare five star review. It is always quite pleasing to be able to give a place five stars.
So, this whole week has been megafitness week. We’re talking deadlifts, major bench work, hack squats over 475 pounds and so on. By Thursday, I was a stiff mummy (as in mummified and not a British mother) and needed some therapy.
A quick search turned this place up and their receptionist was exceptionally helpful, so I was compelled to make the journey across the way from the mall.
My one hour massage was exceptional as well as efficient. I’d dare say that it was a tremendous value over typically overpriced massage therapists
