Todd arrived about 4 hours after we first called. He was very thorough and gave some good advice regarding replacing the filters. He checked both our units and was done in less than 30 minutes. Our air is back on. Excellent service!

This business has an odd sense of customer service. We recently called to get an estimate to have our A/​C unit replaced, and his response was «Ya, I don’t think we want that job». Those exact words literally! Glad to hear the other reviewer had such a great experience, but we were not met with the same professionalism. I would pass on this one.

Our AC unit died on us in the middle of the night. Called Quality first and Robert came out the same day and diagnosed the problem right away. Quoted us a fair price and even had the part on the truck already. (Fan Motor). Robert had the AC up and running again in no time. Great service. We would use again.
