I am IN LOVE with this company because they have saved me so much money over the years and they have amazing customer service. But before I share my experience I want to say that John C and M S are idiotic tool bags. They gave this business a bad review because they get promotional e-​mails and all these Einsteins had to do was hit the unsubscribe button. Morons.
Anyway, I have an HP color laser printer and the toner at Office Depot is super expensive. The toner from 1ink is about 70% cheaper and it prints at an amazing quality level. So just a few days ago I got my new toner in the mail but it wasn’t working. To be honest that might have been my fault because after I opened it I dropped it on the tile floor, and this might have caused some internal damage… I don’t know. Anyway, I must have ordered two dozen toner cartridges from them over the years, and this was the first time I had a problem. Customer service tried helping but they determined there was a problem with the cartridge so they said they would send me a replacement. It arrived quickly and I was blown away because if you try taking an opened cartridge back to Office Depot they won’t let you exchange it; you have to go directly through HP and it is a huge headache.
1ink is in my list of top favorite companies because they offer amazing prices, their customer service is incredible, and in the rare event when something goes wrong they put the customer first and fix the problem right away. I wish other businesses took lessons from these guys.

One of the biggest, if not the biggest, spammers on the net. None of their «suggestions» to get off their mailing lists works.

I don’t mean to sound dramatic, but… This place is a life saver. I save so much money purchasing here than going to a store to purchase originals. The people I’ve spoken with over the phone are very pleasant and super helpful. And, if anything goes wrong with the ink, you have a year warranty on them. Bam.

Ordered ink online for my «older» printer. Shipping was fast, the cost was much lower than anywhere else. I’ll be ordering from them again.

OMG — I get so much spam email from this company it is ridiculous. Been trying for a month to get them to stop. You dont want to get on that list otherwise your email will fill up with spam.
They might be a good honest company, but with the amount of spam i get i wouldn’t use them.

I had trouble with the cartridges working in my all in one printer and and was very unhappy since I had spent $ 60.00. I contacted the co. they called me, gave me a return # and I’m getting a full refund. I gave them a 4 because the customer service is above normal. The service rep was very pleasant, I would recommend others to try them, I have no idea why none of the 6 worked for me.

I have ordered my printer ink from 1ink for the last 3 years. They have great service. initially i didn’t know exactly what i needed and the staff helped me work that out. Delivery was prompt and when i couldn’t install, they even talked me through that! Great company with great prices. i will definitely continue to order my ink through them.

On my last order, I got a defective cartridge. I emailed them about it and the next thing I know, I received a call from a very nice lady and giving me information on how will I get my replacement. Soon enough I got my ink replaced with no fuzz. There’s a lot of companies or stores that sell the same product, but sets them apart is the customer service they offer. 1ink is the best.

I recently ordered ink from this company and my experience was great! I called to place an order and spoke to a nice girl who guided me through the process with ease. A couple days later, I received my package and the ink worked just as good as an original. I will definitely be calling back to order more since prices are affordable and it will save you the trouble of having to drive to the store! Give them a try!

Great Company, cheap prices, great customer service. I have been getting my ink from here for years now as well as my son, and anytime we had a problem with our ink they ALWAYS replaced them in a timely manner, The customer service people are really nice and provides the best customer service that i have ever dealt with!!! Bottom line will recommend this company to anyone who wants to save money on buying ink when in the stores the prices are so ridiculous

I used this company for the first time today and loved the customer service, they seem to be very personable and knowledgeable. I didn’t have a coupon and they offered me one on the spot. I will definitely use them again!
