Great Company, Cheap prices, great customer service. I have been getting my ink from here for years now as well as my son, and anytime we had a problem with our ink they ALWAYS replaced them in a timely manner, The customer service people are really nice and provides the best customer service that i have ever dealt with!!! Bottom line will recommend this company to anyone who wants to save money on buying ink when in the stores the prices are so ridiculous

The ink was cheap and so was the quality of the refilled cartridges. Two were broken and I was told they would NOT pay for my return shipping or the shipping I had originally paid with the order.
They took 4 days to get to my house in a neighboring city… this company defines PATHETIC. I told them when I called about the above shipment that I would Unilocal them and they said a supervisor would call me to discuss my problem… I am still waiting for that call! Save the aggravation and go elsewhere!
