Stopped in for two single scoop cones. While the scoops were modest, that was fine with me. Ben and Jerry’s is a thicker ice cream, a little goes a low way. Then the total came, 9.27. 9.27…that’s a dinner for two at McDonald’s, that’s two half gallons of Ice cream at Ralph’s. That’s just too far. Way too expensive.

C’mon do I have to actually write a review for the best ice-cream around? Ben & Jerry’s still has best flavor combinations and Burbank location has a great location with fantastic service, Aloha

For frozen factory food, for a small cone is five bucks? Really? Next time I’ll go to the store buy a whole tub, and some sugar cones and save myself the trouble. Sorry, Ben, you won’t be getting my hard earned money. Jerry, too. No bueno.

Went here for Free Cone Day the line was at least 60 people and it moved faster than I expected it to. This is because Burbank Fire department was there behind the counter helping in the scooping process to fund raise for Muscular Dystrophy. But… it could also be the fact that if you took longer than 30 seconds to decide on your flavor you were«wall of shamed» on Instagram. Good job Ben & Jerry’s for still giving out freebies, when you know your flavors are so good people would buy anyways.

Lovely customer service. The employee who served my friend and I let us sample almost every flavor in the place! You can never go wrong with ice cream.

worst customer service, i went on a Saturday afternoon and the girl behind the counter was on her phone didn’t even acknowledge my group of friends and at that moment I received a phone called, I stepped out and sat on the tables outside. After three minutes or so she comes out and tells me seating is for customers only. Lol… she is a fucking moron. Will not be coming back. Avoid this establishment

The ice cream may be good, but a huge turn-off is the scent of the strong cleaning product they use. I’ve been to this place twice and both times the smell of the cleaning product overpowered your senses. The second time I couldn’t even get ice cream. Staff seemed tired and not as enthused as they should have been. I did get greeted upon entry which was nice. This place would get a much higher rating if they toned down the cleaning product. Will try coming again.

I was lucky to go to a lot of creameries on this trip, this is more junk food ice cream but it still hits the spot if you have a sugar buzz. Decent on samples, great service and cheap prices. Cheaper to get a double scoop. Min. seating, therefore, grab and go situation.

This location is meh. For some reason at night there seems to only ever be one employee working, so there can be a wait. This means that the tables in and outside of the restaurant can be messy. Love that they had to padlock the freezer with the pints. Oi.

updating to talk about my new favorite combo — chocolate brownie + cookies and cream. I can die happy.

The ice cream is wonderful, but the service is meh. I was overcharged for the Waffle Cone Sundae, $ 1 for the waffle cone. Dude, that’s like charging extra for the cheese in a cheeseburger, it’s in the title, so it’s included. I wonder how many times he’s done that to unassuming tourists. It’s only a dollar, but if you ring up 100 people in an hour, that really adds up.

How can you call yourself a Ben & Jerry’s store when you don’t even sell the exclusive items that you can only get in store such as the Brrr-ito which I walked from my house to here to enjoy… I am severely disappointed and Brrr-itoless on my journey back to my house which was supposed to be filled with joy, half-baked, chocolate fudge brownie, chocolate drizzle and a waffle wrapping… seriously not going back to this store anymore!!!

FREE birthday one scoop ice-cream. Sign up on their website! This location is right on the downtown Burbank. Very close to the AMC theater. The store is very clean & well maintained. 2 staffs are on duty. Very friendly service. Good customer service! Love the Monkey Chunky ice-cream, creamy banana ice-cream, big pieces of chocolate chunk and walnut.

Great customer service. They are always up to par with the flavors and I can’t never get tired of a simple scoop of milk and cookies or salted Carmel brownie.

Just another BJ’s– popped in here for a treat after catching a movie at the theater across the way. As we explored the area, the number of dessert places nearby became annoying. In addition to this option, there is also a Pinkberry, a Hagen-Daz, and a Yogurtland all within a block. Not sure how each manages to stay open. Ben & Jerry’s stands out because they have outdoor seating and several flavors specific to their chain. Service is not noteworthy, same teen staff you see at the rest of the stores at this shopping center.

I came here with Jin C. last week to watch a movie at the AMC. We had time to spare and it was hot outside so we decided to cool off at Ben & Jerry’s. This is actually my first time eating at a Ben & Jerry’s, I’ve only ever had their ice cream from the grocery store. The guy behind the counter was nice and let me try four different samples before I decided to get a small cup with two flavours. There are several tables inside to sit at, or you can always just take it with you outside while you look at the different stores in the area. There is even a cut-out for the Liz Lemon Greek Frozen Yogurt that you can take a picture with in the store :) I tried the Scotchy Scotch Scotch(butterscotch ice cream with butterscotch swirls) and the Liz Lemon(lemon greek frozen yogurt with a blueberry lavender swirl). Yes, they don’t really go together, but I wanted something light to offset the heavy butterscotch ice cream. And I don’t regret my choice at all. I love butterscotch so that ice cream was perfect for me, very sweet and delicious. But it can also be a bit overwhelming, which is why having it with the lemon greek froyo worked out well for me. The greek froyo was very light and refreshing, and I liked the swirl of blueberry(I couldn’t taste the lavender). I’m a big fan of Ben & Jerry ice creams at the market, so I was glad to see they have a storefront here. They give away free ice cream every year on Free Cone Day, so definitely stop by if you are in the area and want to cool down.

I like my ice cream yes I do, I like my ice cream how about you? It is an awesome location because it’s right by the AMC on Palm street as well as Chipotle, BWW, Market City Café, Pizza Rev, and the list can honestly go on and on. There’s plenty of seating with a location that doesn’t seem too compact in the way that many ice cream places tend to. I got their Coffee Coffee Buzz Buzz because I’m a huge fan of the big chunks of espresso chocolate. The ice cream was smooth and creamy and went deliciously well with their waffle cone($ 6.) Their waffle cone was thinner in texture and much more likely to be broken on accident than say 31 flavors but that doesn’t really constitute a downgrade in a star rating in my opinion just something I noticed. Overall Nice option for the area eh a little pricey but does get the job done.

As good as it gets. I love this adorable ice cream shop and always pay it a visit any time I’m in the area. I love the Ben n’ Jerry’s brand and love the fact they have a store I can frequent so awesome. Not only is their selection already very diverse and atypical, they also have a vast selection of pints you can buy as well. The stores interior is to die for and I feel is a perfect stop on a hot day for families, friends, and anyone who is a lover of real good ice cream.

I’ve always had a wonderful experience at this location. The staff is always very friendly and willing to answer any questions I might have and often make some great suggestions! This location is in a busy area so I’m sure lines can get quite long, but luckily I’ve never experienced that. Just giving everyone a heads up just in case.
