I am very upset with the company. This is my favorite yogurt place, but something happened yesterday (on Father’s Day). I got my froyo and wanted to add some chocolate. When I pressed on the pump everything splattered on my dress, sweater, purse and chest. Needless to say I was upset. When I spoke to the Manager she said the Company is not responsible for
accidents such as this one (hey chocolate could have been very hot) and refused to pay for
dry cleaning. I took it to the cleaner, but because it sat overnight, the dress is ruined. And
my Father’s Day was ruined as well.
So, I’m never going back to Yogurtland!

I am a tru fan of yogurtland but this place is a fail for me to stop… crowded messy & at txs machines are ridiculous or not available not enuff flavors like the other locations. the one on Buena vista & victory is very chill & a A+ they do keep up with the duty .& neatly well organized how its suppose to be .only the one in down town Burbank is out of it not in my favor to even stop .its to much

Love the frozen yogurt, love the flavors, love the water for customers, but the young girl who was working here today was very pushy and impatient. Maybe she was getting off soon but her attitude wasn’t the best.

This is my favorite Yogurtland location. Staff is always nice, toppings are always fresh, and they always have Taro flavored-yogurt available which is my absolute favorite. Too bad it’s hit or miss with other locations.

This store is pretty big and has plenty of choices. Definitely plenty of seating. The yogurt flavors are to die for and toppings are delicious. I recommend the plain tart with brownie bites and chocolate syrup. Cant go wrong with that!

Conveniently located in downtown Burbank this Yogurtland is a great destination to cool down on a hot day. While they don’t have tables and chairs inside most patrons enjoyed their desserts outside on their patio. The toppings and yogurt flavors are standardized from the franchise group, but it’s still a solid spot for dessert.

Yogurtland is the real deal. They always have all the flavors in stock, the store is always squeaky clean, the complimentary water is always there, the fruits are always fresh and pricing is great… What more can you ask for?

I try to give this Yogurtland a chance, but this place is a mess every single time I come here. There’s yogurt all over the floors, machines, and trays. The tables aren’t wiped down. There’s so much cross contamination happening between all the toppings. It’s just disgusting. I would understand if it was busy and it looked like that, but that wasn’t the case. There were barely any customers in there each time I went. One star because cheesecake bites.

They are always adding new flavors; there is a great variety to choose from. The staff are nice, the line moves very fast, and they’re open pretty late. I think it’s much better than the other place across the street.

I went here on a Saturday night and it was pretty busy. I like how they are open late but because it was the end of the day, the place was kind of a mess and there weren’t that many toppings to choose from. I tried a couple flavors (cheesecake, plain, & pistachio). Pistachio and plain were the best! The others were a little too sweet for me. I also added blueberries, strawberries and oreo cookie crumbs. Unfortunately, the strawberries were frozen. Overall, a decent place to grab frozen yogurt but definitely not my favorite. Gotta love the cute spoons they have (fishies)!

Oh how I love yogurtland! I think I’ve been to this yogurtland about 25 times; probably even more. I love this place only because its in the heart of busy Burbank! I don’t live around here but every time I’m in the area, it’s a must! I LOVE all their yogurts. The texture and favors are amazing! They have so many choices!
Once you walk, you’re greeted with a «welcome, would you like sample cups?’ They give quite a few sample cups! Other places get annoyed if you ask for more than two but not this place! The staff is so sweet and answer any questions you have with knowledge on their products! I went in last night and got their coconut and salted caramel pecan! OMGOSH! DELICIOUSNESS! They have a lot of amazing toppings you get to choose from! They have fruits, candies, cheesecake, brownies, sauces, different types of nuts, and so on.
I’ll be in the area tonight as well and of course ill be stopping by for some more of their extremely delicious yogurt!(:

I love this Yogurtland. I come here probably once a week or so. The staff is amicable, the flavors are diverse, the toppings are clean, and the sample cups flow like water. The clientele can sometimes be frustrating because it’s such a small place and a lot of families with small kids come in, but otherwise it’s a great spot.

I love Yogurtland, it’s my definite guilty pleasure. Always stop by here with friends after seeing a movie at AMC or shopping at the mall. Beware, it gets freaking crowded during the weekends and they always run out of Dutch Chocolate (My fav!) but the staff are reason enough to keep going back. Always willing to offer more than enough sample cups and always friendly.

The Service: two staffs were on duty. The girl behind the register did offer sample cups. But none of them maintain or cleaned up the yogurt machines. They were messy!!! Crowded location in downtown Burbank. About 6 tables inside the store.
