I don’t normally need IT or computer repair help, but my dad had just moved and needed help setting up a bunch of stuff for his small business while I was out of town. I called Vahe at Consulting Empires, because a friend of mine had used them a while back and raved about how great the service was.
I’m going to be honest here… As confident as Vahe sounded on the phone… I was still a little apprehensive that I was going to have to still «fix» everything when I got back. My father is a real luddite and typically needs even more help than the average computer user his age.
I’m extremely pleased to say that my apprehension turned out to be completely unwarranted. After only one afternoon, they had all of the computers in his office setup and on a local network. My dad was very happy with the service. And the best part is, I haven’t had to troubleshoot anything myself since I’ve been back in town!
He’s also joked that he doesn’t need me for tech support anymore. Honestly, I’m completely fine with that after seeing their work and how they treated him. Thanks Vahe and Consulting Empires!

I needed to back up my pictures from my iPhone but my MacBook was out of space. They gave me a few options with different price point and laid it all in front of me and allowed me to choose what was best. Long story short, we expanded the hard drive in my laptop and I was able to back up my baby’s pictures that day and I was able to rest easy. Prices are very reasonable and the service was second to none. They’re my new computer people.

Amazing service, professional, and quick! The guy that fixed my computer was great and super nice. My computer has never worked as well as it does now. I had a nasty virus on my computer and he was able to clean it out without destroying everything I have on there. Definitely worth my money!
