A lot of negative reviews for this one, but I have to say, I’ve eaten here twice and both times the sandwiches and the service was great. The bacon on my breakfast sandwich was crispy as hell! I don’t know how they did that because every other Subway I go to the bacon always comes out a bit rubbery, don’t get me wrong i’ll still eat that shit because I’m hungry, but seriously rubbery bacon is like having a fucking condom on your sandwich. However these girls did it justice.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! I sincerely hope the managers read these reviews! My friend and I went into the store and were waiting for the employee who appeared to be cleaning the refrigerator. She turned around and saw us but said nothing… A minute or so goes my she gets up looks at us and walks into the back room. All the while never saying anything to us!!! I was appalled no «I’ll be right with you» nothing. Comes back says what can I get you. No apologies of any kind. The employees name was Maria, I really hope the manager will speak to her and either fix the problem or get rid of her! Maria, I know this might not be your dream job but at least acknowledge customers and try to smile it won’t kill you!

I’m very dissatisfied with the new portions being serve, subway thinks people who frequent never noticed that they cut down on scoops of tuna, they used to give you 3 scoops now they only serve 2 and charge you the same as before… What a rip off. I will never eat at subways

Most subways are the same. Here are a few of my favorite memories at this particular location. — I stood behind one customer who asked to have his onions on his meat while it was toasted. He was quite brilliant. I did the same on my next visit. — I had to take a late dinner around 1130 pm. On this particular night, the sandwich artist literally tried to make it look like the pictures. It was the most organized and beautiful Sub I have ever seen. Every bite kept its flavor consistency. I have not seen that worker since. He must have moved on to bigger and greater things. He also complimented my «In4mation» shirt. — I noticed a lovely lady ask to have some of the bread removed from the center. This seems like a great idea if you are watching your carb intake and/or blood sugar levels. Jokes on you delicious starch!

Ordered 2 salads and 3 sandwhiches. The salads tasted like the had been sitting out for a few days and the spinach was slimy. When we told them they were completely rude about it. They even rolled their eyes and went to the back… for what? I don’t know… they came back and reluctantly remade the salads. Worst subway experience ever… horrible customer service and horrible quality spinach. They even forgot avocado in the salads that we requested.

Even though this location is very close to work, and even though I have Subway a couple of times a month, I haven’t been to this location in over a year. This morning reminded me why. It was roughly 6:00 a.m., and I was the only customer. There were three employees on at the time. One of the employees gave me a hearty«Good Morning», and I responded. The good service ended there. When I walked to the counter, the fellow that was manning that station waited until I was at the counter to turn and wash his hands. I’m curious as to why he waited, what did he think I was there for? We went through the order process and got to the point where I was telling him which veggies I would like. I marveled at how he counted out three cucumber slices and spaced them evenly on the sandwich. He treated them like they were Kruggerands! When we got to the register he asked if I wanted any thing else and I said I just wanted the free coffee that came with the sandwich. When he rang me up he charged me for a cup of coffee. I explained that there was a sign that said I get a free cup of coffee with that sandwich. It took two of them to figure out how to ring that up. When I went to the drink station there was no coffee, it was still brewing. It amazes me that there wouldn’t be coffee made at that hour. I walked out without my coffee, an apology or an alternate offer. It’s amazing that with that worker to customer ratio there would be a wait for anything. Bottom line; there is so much competition for my sandwich dollars, I’m not going to spend them at a place where the service is this lousy.

This location is open 24⁄7. There are not that many eateries in burbank open 24⁄7 so this would be a good place to remember if you have a hankering for some footlongs. Location has always been clean and there is always parking.

This subway is ok. I mean it’s subway they always get my order right and do it quickly. It’s not Morton’s down the street. It’s fast food and it hits the spot.

Nice enough for a Subway, but as with any Subway, quality is marginal. The employees are efficient and well trained at this location.

Not bad for a subway, clean and efficient service. Every time I come in I get greeted with a smile. Their workers have been friendly and work quick. I have had no problem with this Subway location and will probably be a customer for a while.

Best Subway I’ve been to. There were three ladies working and they all had a smile on their face and happy to help. I’ve never had better customer service at any other location. They worked face paced and kept the positive energy flowing. I think they are open 24 hours too here. Definitely worth coming to this location!

Yesterday beyond my request not to go here my fiancé went and picked up subway.(I wanted Santoros subs) well just as I suspected it sucked. I got the Philly cheese steak and added pickles to it. Well as you can see from the pictures it looks nothing like what you see on their web site. It was all bread and no taste. Waste of money, waste of the minutes to chew it & swallow it. Blahhhhhhh yuck!!! My new year resolution is to give my business to small businesses that care.

A subway is a subway but everyone at this one is super nice. I went in for lunch today and there was a line of 10 people, or so, and yet it was fast and the staff was very friendly and efficient. And. Let me just say– what an attractive staff! I recommend this location :) haha

Overall, Subways are usually a solid 3 – one of the«Old Faithful’s» of fast food. Decent quality, decent service, overall good experience. A couple things about this location and this visit: 1. The dining room needs to be about 25% bigger. As I stand in line ordering my food, my ass is not 6 inches away from the back of the head of a guy trying to enjoy his food. Thank heavens the pork rinds I had last night at the 4th of July Festival hadn’t kicked in yet! Close quarters is cool for a strip joint, not so cool for a restaurant. This, by the way, is true of most Subways I’ve been to. 2. Service was pretty par for the course – not amazing, but not bad. Not many smiles behind the counter, but they were moving and handling everyone’s orders with accuracy and care. 3. Here’s the thing that took this location from 13-star visit to a 2-star visit…The cashier was ringing out the client ahead of me and I noticed her coughing a bit. She then used her hand to wipe her nose. She did not wash her hands afterward or otherwise make any attempt to clean her hands. Major no-no in food service, and über-major no-no in my book. 4. Overall, food was good for the price(I got the sub of the month – Buffalo Chicken – for $ 5 and it was what you would expect). Bottom line: is it fine dining? No. Will you love this place if you are a foodie? Hell no! Is it good for what it is: absolutely! This would have been a solid 3 had it not been for the lack of cleanliness on the part of the cashier and the size of the dining room. Just the same, it is the location closest to my work, and so I will certainly be back at some point soon. As a chain overall, Subway is the«Lassie» of fast food: They’re always there to save you when you’re hungry and they do it for a price and at a level of quality that is always good and always there. Cheers!

The staff here isn’t very friendly. They also are often out of bread. And I’m not talking one or two kinds. I’m talking all they have is the jalapeño bread. The only upside is that they’re rarely crowded so if you want to just get in and get out without being bothered by talkative staff, then this is the location for you.

This one sucks. Friend ordered the Turkey, Bacon, Avocado, but the one thing missing is the avocado. The guy goes missing for 5 minutes to come back and inform us that they are all too green to serve. «We’re not going to charge you for the bacon.» Lol It’s not the sandwich we ordered. Of course not Einstein. I’m sorry, but if you run a food establishment and have something on the menu, then you better damn well have all of the ingredients to back it up. How unprofessional. I’m thinking of what to put on my sandwich and the guy keeps asking«anything else, anything else, anything else?» Umm Give a sistah a minute, damn! For some reason, they also don’t know how to distribute a good portion of mustard or mayo. Just a little, does not mean drown the thing with tight waves all the way down the length of the sandwich.

This is my go to Subway, as it is close to my office. As I am the Duke of this place, I can happily say it is certainly the best Subway franchise I have been to. This place is well managed. Always clean, veggies + meats + bread are always fresh. Gets busy in the lunch rush, but they are always on top of their game and keep the flow going. Huge plus is they are open 24 hours. Ah, memories of working the long cold night shift… only to be comforted by a foot long tuna. Only thing that blows is the music. Gotta love that Subway radio station. If I have to hear that«You’ve had a bad day song…» one more friggin time… Take your sandwich and get out of there

I haven’t been to Subway in a while but damn I forgot how good it was! Still no restroom policy. They have an open 24 hours policy now so that’s new. I like how avocado is now a «new» item but it’s only available for a limited time. What is this? Subways version of the mcrib? Is it too exotic a fruit? Give me a break Subway. Just start selling avocado so your sandwiches can be more appealing would ya. Plus side is the Subway cookies are really good.

This subway has good, tender bread and good service. Because this store is located in the Albertson’s shopping plaza, there is plenty of parking and I can get errands done too! This is a good, easy, convenient location.

Can do more than a 3 star for this location. The start, the bread was stale. I don’t like state bread cause it starts to crumble like a bad cookie or a weak mobster on trial. The guy making our sandwiches wasn’t too happy but I can’t blame him, it’s Subway. Maybe a GED would cheer him up? Got the $ 5 foot long subs and they are just ok. No frills or anything else. Kind of like jail food, it’s only there to keep you alive.
