Corner Bar

Really solid little bar. Good food, good prices, great happy hour and day of the week specials. My wife and I literally ordered whatever we wanted for like 3 hours while watching some NBA games. I think it came out to less than $ 50 still.

Great food and beers for the price. If you see the pork tacos on the specials, just ask for them.

Best bar in Burbank. Reasonable prices and good drinks. Ask Lola to make your drink she’s the best

I was in the area with some friends when my friend decided to Unilocal for a near by bar.
Upon our arrival, my attention was drawn to the exterior of the bar itself. A big sign that read the name of the bar with colors and a cool font for lettering it caught my attention. We entered through the back of the bar where we had parked at. We made our way in not knowing what to expect. Seemed like a laid back spot but the crowd seemed to be an older crowd, which I don’t have an issue with. Just wasn’t my type of party. They had karaōke going on the night we went which seemed to be a bit odd for a Saturday night. Any who, there was some good talent that night but this wasn’t the place for me and my friends. We had two drinks each before we decided to leave. Nothing against this place. It just isn’t for me. The bartender was cool. Drink prices were fair. Decent dive bar.
I wouldn’t discourage anyone from coming here. Just know it’s a different atmosphere.

I love this place. Super down to earth crowd. No entitled Hollywood folks here.

Came in and had a beer when they were closing. Seems like a cool spot to kick it with your boys. Dim and red interior/​lighting.

This place is terrible! Mainly the crowd of people that hang out there are just a bunch of rude people who kept eye balling me and my friends! They didn’t have a sense of welcoming. And the place smells like garbage. Will never go there again

The food in this place is INCREDIBLE! I went in with some friends for a quick after work drink and loved that the crowd here is more our speed (as in NOT a bunch of annoying drunk hipsters). Drinks and service were average but the menu and food were out of this world! I had a yummy avocado and brie toast and my friend had some grilled chicken thing that she wouldnt shut up about. The bartender told us the chef changes the menu up sometimes so we are going asap to try more dishes!!!

Sad that I didn’t become more of a fan of this place. My attention was caught with their outside sign — made it seem like a cool bar where a YOUNG, CHILL, fun crowd might hang out. When I went, it was filled with an older 30 – 40 crowd in business casual that belted out on the karaōke machine. Seemed like one of those office parties you need to be wasted to enjoy slightly. Then oddly enough a, «just-​turned-​21» group came in and immediately ordered back to back bomb drinks. Obviously their goal was not to see the end of the night… Another group that I wouldn’t want to drink with.
I only had 1 beer because I couldn’t sit through another song.
Weird crowd. Bare, basic interior. Bathrooms were eh. Small. = not coming back.

Nice little place in the back of Burbank. I have never been here, and came here for the open mic comedy show to work out some new material.
Drink prices are great! Looking over the menu, I will definitely be back! Plus, they laughed at my jokes. Never hurts because I am constantly searching for acceptance, and approval.

I’ve driven past this place close to a thousand times and wondered… «What’s going on in there? I should give that place a shot sometime and, in turn, allow it to give me a shot.» And then, on the thousandth-​and-​first time of driving by, I walked in.
The interior has a bit of a basic style to it that didn’t immediately grab my attention. What it did grab though was my a$$, which I placed at the bar. Drinks were good and stiff, same as our bar tender… well, except for stiff– she was courteous and played along well with our bar banter– so, loose. She was loose… socially.
Went here with some friends who ordered chicken/​beef kabob plates, which were amazing, but took nearly 40 minutes to get into our stomachs. Normally, this sort of thing would have killed a place for me, but the food exceeded some very low expectations and turned out to be better than any of those Kabob Factory joints, so I’m forgiving on the wait time.
If you need the restroom though, be forewarned: there is a single row that consists of a toilet and two urinals with less than a foot of space between them. Things can get pretty awkward with no partition to separate them… especially if you’re the guy going #2. I mean, if you’re into German shyza porn and Human Centipede than that might be right up your alley, but… not mine.
Anyways, I’ll probably be back. The price is right and even though it takes a while to get out of the kitchen, the food is above bar-​grade.

We were in search of cheap food and drink and a spot to watch the NBA playoffs. Unilocal directed us here.
Beers were cheap, and so was the food. However, the price of food definitely didn’t dictate the quality. We ordered the cheeseburger and crispy potato tacos. The burger was juicy and flavorful, with a side of hand cut garlic fries. The crispy potato tacos were seasoned well and were just as delicious. The service was attentive and we were never thirsty.
I’m definitely returning here to get the best bang for my buck. Two entrees, 4 beers, all at a whopping $ 25, and plenty of TV’s to get your sports watch on.

My gf had her birthday here and they really exceeded our expectations. She had called over a week in advance to inform them of her plan to have her bday party there and they were very polite and helpful. They even put up balloons! Unless that’s typical for a normal Saturday. I wouldn’t think so. Food was great and the prices were awesome. My bill was not even close to what I was expecting. Felt like i must’ve been hooked up. And then my buddy had the same experience. Might’ve hooked him up too. Or they just take care of everybody. Probably the latter. good spot. Bring your friends

We came across this bar thanks to other Unilocal reviews. We were beyond impressed with the drinks that Eric poured. Food was really tasty and a perfect addition to our cocktails. The place is not «glam», but a super cool hang out to just chill with friends.

What an amazingly hospitable bar! Seriously both times I’ve been here I’ve loved every minute of it. The bartenders are so nice and they make delicious drinks (one of the best dirty martinis I’ve had) this is how cool the place is, should you get too drunk, there is a code for a free lyft ride on the back of the menu!!! Great place! Try the onion rings!

Finally made it to the corner bar!
It’s got a nice set up of straight bar and lounge seats. Almost everyday they have got something special going on. It’s a pretty cool place to just hang out.
Bartenders are very cool and the place has a relaxed vibe.
They have specialty cocktails and a pretty cool menu.
Come on in and join me in the corner!

Crispy potato tacos?!? Yes please! If you’re looking for a place to have a stiff drink and great food, this is the place! Hooray for Corner Bar!

This place gets 2 ½ stars when the bartender Frances is there. I’m generously being nice FIVE when the other bartenders are there.
The owner is also outstanding. Personable just as the rest of his employees except you know who.

One of my all time favorite bars amazing tasteful food great music choices bar tenders kick ass Jessy very cool guy out side smoking area !! Can you say awesome ??? well this place is it !! I come here as often as I can the regulars here are very friends and great to hang out with makes me and my friends feel like home thank you guys for such a amazing home like feel place don’t change a thing thank you !!
