I was surprised at this store. I went in looking for a new hair color and brands that some of the regular beauty supply stores do not carry, and I was told that, because I do not have a license, I could not even be in the store to look. Really, I can’t even look? Yes, the door says I need a license, but truly I assumed that meant if I was buying something. So, I was quite surprised at the revelation that I could not even be in there to look at something.

Kim at CosmoProf BURBANK is more helpful and lovely than any sales person ever ! All hairstylists should come to this location only when Kim is working and it was her because she will go to the end of the world to find The answer to any silly question you may have and I’ve had a lot !

Great experience at this Cosmoprof! The staff seems to really care about the store and customers. Kim was especially helpful to me, giving great info on the products and advice in general. I really appreciate the personal touch, and they definitely have it at this store. Everything I needed was easy to find. The location is very convenient to me, with a parking lot. In and out with all you need and without a problem? This is a premium in L.A. And yes, I saw Olaplex there.

Love this Cosmoprof. The ladies that work there are sweet and the store is always clean. The shelves are always stalked. I’ve been to a lot of different cosmoprofs and this one is my fav.

Best staff and very clean and organized. Now they even carry Olaplex I heard. I’ve been coming to different locations nationwide and this store/​location is one of my faves. Very helpful and nice.

I don’t know where I’d be without Cosmoprof. I was so addicted to the Glendale location… and stumbled into the Burbank location because it was closer to the salon.
Carol over here was so freaken helpful. When I say was, I don’t mean on one occasion. This girl goes out of her way EVERY single time, she always helps me find the perfect color I’m looking for and gives me background info on different lines, different shades etc.
And not just color… she’s so helpful for helping me find the perfect shampoos, the best deals, the hottest new products, everything.
Not to mention, they always make sure to give you some free samples. I love that because it gives me a chance to try new products and have my clients try them without spending first. It’s actually been a great way to introduce me to a lot of products.
All and all… Cosmoprof, both the glendale and burbank location, is the best place for stylists to buy their stuff and get the best service around.

This is my home away from home. I’m here at least once a week stocking up on what I need. While Glendora has the best selection I’ve seen, the staff at this location is what keeps me coming back. They totally treat me like a friend and always assist me with what I need. And if what I need isn’t in stock, they’ll special order it for me. It just goes to show what great customer service can do for a place. They’re also super knowledgeable which is a HUGE plus! And just a note: YOU HAVE TO HAVE A COSMETOLOGY LICENSE TO SHOP HERE!!! They have a huge sign on the door yet I almost always seem people coming in who aren’t licensed.

I felt that there wasn’t a lot of options compared to the other locations but friendly staff.
