This place is literally the definition of horrible service they are unorganized unprofessional and Shane Clark is an arrogant owner who does not treat his customers with respect.

Shane & Crown Uniforms did a fantastic job on a huge bag order for me and my Club Basketball Team. Shane was in constant communication throughout the process, throwing different ideas to me that I hadn’t thought of, and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The bags even came out better than expected. I also order additional hoodies and beanies for my club, and have expanded my website to include a store front for my parents and players to order gear that will be handled through Crown Uniforms. I am so frustrated with this place and the insolence of Shane. I placed a small order on a Tuesday, emailed my mock– up over was told it would be done on Thursday. When I went to pick up my shirts on Friday evening, I walked in to a worker cutting out the design, my shirts were obviously not done and wouldn’t be in a timely manner. I left on Friday expecting my shirts to be more than ready to go on Tuesday. I arrive on Tuesday to receive shirts that look like I could have done them myself on a home printer. The patterns were not to scale according to my very clear mock up, when I made this clear to Shane his words were«You sent a picture, that’s all it was to me» and proceeded to explain to me that I didn’t make notes on dimensions, even though he never said this was something he needed. I was under the impression that I had been speaking to an intelligent person initially, I didn’t know I would need to spell it out. Part of a picture is PERSPECTIVE. Therefore, if the shirt is a certain size according to the graphic sent over, you take that into consideration. I have used other printers in the past and this is the first time I have had a problem like this. I am disgusted to have had to interact with such ignorance. When you run a business the customer is always right, if a customer is unhappy, you fix it instead of backtalking with idiot reasoning or lack thereof. I do not know how this business has run for so long if this is how they operate. THEN I was told the shirts would be fixed and I would pick them up the next day, I arrived today to find the rejected shirts right where I left them 25 hours before. For the duration of this order I have had to go to Crown Uniforms 4TIMES for incomplete or shoddy work and will have to go a 5th time to pick up what I can only expect to be poor quality shirts. At $ 25 a shirt, this is more than enough aggravation and I am dreading going back. I chose this printer for mere convenience and I regret it more than you will know. Thank you for wasting my time, I should have taken my business elsewhere. I suggest you do the same.

Shane @ Crown has never let me down! This is my third season using Crown for baseball uniforms and never once have I had a problem! Always on time and prices are great. St. Finbar Phillies, Toluca Tigers, Toluca Diamondbacks and the Toluca Titans. Thanks game

I am not big on posting reviews, but OMG, this was such a GREAT experience I had to jump on the internet and let the word spread. We are coaching our first Basketball team for 3rd graders and I had heard that Crown Uniforms was the place to go. I called Crown and spoke with Shane, he was so helpful and gave me alot of details over the phone. My husband and I then went over there today to discuss our needs, Shane is AMAZING. He had samples for us to see, he walked us through the whole process, advised us how we could save money, and was just overall such a GREAT help. We left there feeling so confident and can’t wait to see our uniforms. Great experience all the way around!!! THANKSSHANE.
