A+ Groomer! We took our 2 small dogs for a basic wash and groom and they came back happy and smelling great for an affordable price.
The nice couple running the shop seem to really love dogs and treated my babies like their own.
We are definitely going to be regular customers!

I came here the other day to take my Lucy to get a wash and cut. This place is really great and affordable. It is a mom and pop shop that has been around for over 28 years. Older couple. The owner was super nice and treated Lucy great. We had conversation and she gave me pointers on how to help Lucy. Lucy came out smell great and cleaned up well. I will definitely bring her back here for future visits. Thank you papered pets for a great experience.

My dog Goldie had her first grooming and bath with Naida at Pampered Pets yesterday. She did a great job and I would recommend her. She also loves animals and has great advice for your dogs well being. Thanks for taking good care of Goldie.

Let me start out by saying, I have a very stinky Chocolate Lab and he has been going here for years. The owner just loves what she does, she loves the dogs and she is so friendly with the animals. That’s what I care about, is my dog in good/​safe hands? Yes, 100% with this place. The prices are good, she seems to always fit me in and the hours are great. Hands down recommend! Plenty of street parking as well.

I was super happy to get my rescued Coton in for a same day wash and blow out. The space is nice, clean and open. I prefer my dog not in a crate at the groomers, so I was pleased to see cubbies in addition to crates. The rates were very reasonable and they did just the right amount of trimming of the feet, nose & belly without trying to make her wild fluffy hair look over groomed which had been a problem with new groomers in the past. We will definitely be back. Thank You!

I would recommend this place to anyone. My only regret is that I didn’t find this place sooner (I’ve been taken my dog to another groomer in Burbank for 4 years).
I was given a same day appointment, even though they sounded very busy.
When I got there, the owner was very attentive and sweet to Bella. Bella is VERY difficult when it comes to grooming. I wash her myself sometimes (without cutting her nails or even brushing her) and she is impossible to deal with. My dog would always leave the groomers depressed. She’d spend the entire day hiding under beds and couches after being brought home, but not this time. She is happy and completely acting like herself. The owner was very professional and kind, even though I was late to pick her up and she was closing up the shop and waiting for me.
I will definitely be bringing Bella back here.

I have been taking my dogs to Naida and George for the past 25 years. Even after moving to Santa Clarita, I continue to make the trip down to Burbank with the dogs. They are the best. My dogs get bathed and/​or groomed every two to three weeks. They do a great job and for a very reasonable price. And my dogs LOVE the departing treats.

I called on a Friday, expecting to get an appointment for Sunday, or maybe even the following weekend. The lady who answered the phone was so nice, though, and she said that as long as I brought him in by 11am, they could take care of him.
I brought my little guy in, and he was honestly looking like a ragamuffin. When she took him from me, he seemed calm, and she immediately cleaned his eyes, explaining it was a pet peeve of hers.
She went to put him in the little cubbies, but thought better of it, and put him in a larger kennel thing with a door, which I appreciated it. He can have separation anxiety from me, so it was good that she did that.
She said he would be ready between 3 or 4– he ended up being ready even earlier! When I went to pick him up, he looked adorable! She actually listened to me, and did what I had asked, precisely. She even trimmed his nails (I’ve had groomers say they’ve done this before when they haven’t), AND brushed his teeth. (I know she really did because he is missing a lot of teeth [thanks to his previous owners not caring for his dental health], and she commented on that & agreed with me that it’s time for a cleaning).
Oh, and it was cheaper than any of the places I’ve taken him to in Burbank (three: doggie avenue, pimp my pooch, and petco).
I have now found the groomer I will be using permanently! Great experience overall.

Love Naida and her husband George. I have been taking my dogs to her for years. My Shih Tzu is 14 years old and I can tell how much special care is given. I would highly recommend Naida and her grooming. Excellent work and wonderful people who really love dogs.

I am so happy with this location and will not go anywhere else. First off they got me in SAME DAY! That in itself is rare. They were able to squeeze my mini poodle in for a bath and clip. The last place i took him gave him a skin disease. So I assumed Pampered Pets would charge me more bc he was so beat up and itchy. But they did not up charge me at all. The woman who helped me was genuinely concerned about his well being and gave me instruction on how to heal his wounds. She bathed him so well! He was obviously happy because he barely scratches now. This place is excellent and very well priced :)

I love this place! I had an appointment and they said to bring her in before 12pm. I called the day of to confirm, they sounded busy, but as long as I brought her in before 12pm, it would be fine.
The cost is so worth everything they did. My regular groomer at Petsmart is $ 35 + tax, here it’s flat $ 30.
I like how they don’t cage the dogs, so they somewhat can socialize with other dogs. They do tie up the collar, but that’s nothing major.
When I came to pick her up, she looked so sad because she was second to the last dog there. Though upon leaving she had plenty of free treats from the nice lady.
Her bath includes toe, nail trim, private area (front and back) shaved, ears, and brushed. I love the service, they did such a wonderful job. I’m so glad that I found them and went with them instead of other groomers in the area. I’m not even from the area either! I wish I had a place like this back in the Bay Area.

Great groomers ! This place is the best so far their prices are fair and my puppy always comes home clean and smelling great! The customer service is awesome! Just wish they were open more days of the week.

Naida was just wonderful. We have two mini Schnauzers and they look fantastic. We will definitely be repeat customers!

This place was recommended to us the moment we got our puppy from multiple sources including our vet! This is my favorite place to take my shih tsu and he loves it here too. The moment we walk into the door, he is scratching at the gate to get into the grooming room. That shows me that the staff is very caring and really takes their time with each animal. There aren’t enough good things I can say about Pampered Pets. They cut shih tsu’s so well and both my dog and I leave very satisfied.
I love how the grooming room is wide open, and you can easily see your dog patiently waiting for you. Pampered Pets is reliable, friendly, safe, and have a staff of very skilled professionals.
I have never had an unpleasant experience here, and only trust my dog in the hands of Pampered Pets! You won’t be disappointed.

Let me just get to the point in case you don’t want to read:
There are other places to get your pet groomed. Whatever you do, pick one of those.
Scheduling an appointment at this place was surprisingly difficult as a result of the owner’s poor ability to communicate its location. Not such a big deal, but in retrospect, a warning sign this lady perhaps shouldn’t be trusted with your pet.
If you read the positive reviews, there are tons of 5 star ratings and they talk about how nice the woman there is, how much she compliments their dog, and how affordable it is. Sorry, but if you read the negative reviews, they speak of being stabbed near the eye with a sharp instrument. Which is more important to you?
I don’t know what exactly this woman did to my dog, but I know I gave her some simple instructions regarding the cut of his fur and they were completely ignored. My dog came out with a cut that was impractical, looked silly, and was not what I requested (which really isn’t much: short here, leave that long).
I could have lived with that if it weren’t for the fact that immediately following my dog’s trip to this groomer, he developed a fear of buildings that look remotely similar. He came home clearly traumatized by the experience and I had to cut of his fur what the groomer did not for practicality’s sake. My dog is not prone to such fear of groomers. This is the only one; this is the only time.
I absolutely would not recommend this groomer to my worst enemy’s dog.
Call them… Speak with them a bit… Meet her… See if you think she’s «a hoot» or if she comes off like she might be a bit spacy and incompetent. Is this a risk you want to take?

I cannot say enough great things about Pampered Pets! I’ve been bringing my 2-​year-​old Alaskan Malamute to Naida for about a year now and every time we pull up to the store he gets so unbelievably happy. He nearly takes my arm off just to get inside to see her, his favorite groomer with the endless supply of cookies!
Her and her husband do such an amazing job. I brush my dog out once a week, just to keep his coat in check and bring him in about ever 3 to 4 months or so for a bath. He comes home smelling wonderful with such soft fur! He loves coming to Pampered Pets and I love how well everyone treats him there. The price is well worth the great service received, very reasonable. Happy puppy and happy owner!

I got the absolute best doggie hair cut for my Yorkshire Terrier yesterday.
I’m including a picture because it was AMAZING.
The other AMAZING thing about Pampered Pets in Burbank, Ca, is that they are AFFORDABLE.
I’ve spent like $ 100 on my pooch at these snobby boutiques who want to paint her nails, curl her hair, and god knows what else.
I mean, I LOVE baby Trixie… But I ain’t trying to pay all that.
Would rather allocate those funds to good dog food, treats, and myself; P
The owner is a SWEET HEART.
She just lost her own baby pup and it broke my heart to hear.
I saw some other negative reviews on here, 2 or so.
One lady said she snipped the dog’s anus, lol… WTF?
Trixie is all of 3 lb’s and would bleed out at a simple snip possibly.
For this very reason, I continue to bring Trixie here.
I trust the owner, her small staff (her, another loving lady, and her husband).
She stuffs my puppy full of treats and gives her nothing but love.
(No matter how bad my brat is when she’s there screaming and UnilocalING beacuse she misses me so).
Naida is a great person, and you should definitely give Pampered Pets a try.
Give her a call, she’ll tell you to drop it off and will call you for pickup.
It’s kind of fun for me to drop her off– hang out in the valley and go to Burbank Mall to see a movie, grab some grub, hit up Ikea, or whatever…
Then you come back and your baby is all shiny.
Anyway– there’s my soft spot review.
I love Trixie, and she loves Pampered Pets.
