Vinny is an awesome trainer. He goes above and beyond to make sure that your session is productive (and in time will prove effective through results). I highly recommend him for any fitness level.

Let me tell you a little something about Vinny. Vinny is one of the most humble, respectful and down to earth trainer I have ever came across. I’ve been training with Vinny for a while and I must say I’ve never been happier. I’ve also gotten 3 of my friends into training with him and they are extremely satisfied. His mma/​self defense blend gives you a grasp on the beauty of martial arts. His style is more than just helpful, it’s something that will stick with you forever. The way he explains things are crystal clear and not to mention how patient he is. Me being an easily agitated and tornado like personality, after training with him I’ve come to realize a lot of things about life and the art itself. I could never see myself training with anyone else besides Vinny, for he truly is the best trainer to work with. His rates are excellent and I promise whoever is reading this, that you will not be disappointed.

I needed to hit the gym but just wasn’t motivated. I saw Vinny training a client and liked how he included a lot of boxing and kickboxing. After 18 30-​minute sessions, I have to say I feel great. Vinny knows his stuff! There is no doubt that he is aware of all the techniques. He doesn’t promote any products and is always willing to help you. I would 100% recommend him to anyone reading this. He increased my cardio ability as well as strength. He determined that a full body workout was the way to make me lose weight and gain muscle. He was right, as usual. Seriously, stop looking for a trainer and call Vinny!

Vinny is probably the most positive person I have ever met. Vinny is a great coach and has taught me a lot about how to really train hard. Vinny maximizes your workouts in way i thought weren’t possible. He shows great dedication in his work and has helped me with with my fitness training and getting my meal plans together. His work changes you for a lifetime, that’s for sure.

Always very punctual as well as helpful. He has taught me a lot about self defense and how to protect myself in a dangerous situation. I would definitely recommend Vinny to anyone interested.

Excellent coach, he’s very committed, enthusiastic but respectful at the same time.
I have been training with him for two months now and since the first week I could see results.
The session goes from lifting weights to self defence, he really makes the work out to your necessities, pushes you to give your best, you can definitely expect a different work out every session.
The best quality of Vinny, is that he is not only concerned about your physical wellness, but in you as a person.

Vinny has changed my life. He challenges me to be my best which in turn allows me to make the most out of my workouts. I have trained with him since November and am very happy with my results. I have gained more confidence, energy, strength and compliments :-) I look forward to each session and to the progress we make each time. Having Vinny as my trainer has been an unbelievable experience! He incorporates just the right blend of traditional workout technics along with a variety of martial arts and boxing disciplines. Each training session is different from the last so it never feels routine or boring. He designed a great diet/​meal plan for me and my body type, which has delivered instant results. He has a no-​nonsense approach and pushes your body and mind to the edge, so you better come prepared and ready to put in a solid hour of intense training. I’ve really enjoyed having Vinny as my trainer and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get in shape!

Working with Vinny has completely changed how I work out. I was always good at motivating myself at the gym, but I knew I wasn’t maximizing my time. After every session I spend with him I know I have pushed myself towards getting stronger and more fit — mostly because it’s hard for me to drive home since my legs and arms feel like jelly :)
By combining martial arts, weight training, cardio, and my own diet plan (created by Vinny and based on my specific measurements) I’m now seeing big changes in my body. I had a six week timeline to get ready for my trip to Australia for the holidays. It’s summer in Australia, and I feel completely confident about wearing a bathing suit!
He’s such a great motivator to do that «one last rep» and really focuses on not only training the body, but the mind as well. I also really enjoy the fact that he includes defense training during his sessions. I feel like I could defend myself if I ever got into a bad situation. I also feel pretty tough putting on my gloves and «hittin’ the bag.»
I love training with Vinny and would recommend him to everyone!

Vinny is the best! He pushes me and gets me to do things I never thought I would be able to do. His 30 + years of experience really shows when he trains and counsels me on my nutrition and work outs. I am getting definition in places that I never thought would be possible, especially at my age of 60. He is tough when he needs to be, but also is a very kind man. I recommend him to anyone that acknowledges my improvement. I see him 3 times a week for 30 minutes each session. He also tells me what to continue doing when not meeting with him. He is so positive and encouraging. I can be negative about my abilities and he always corrects me and gets me on a positive path. I also like that when you have a session with Vinny, he is 100% there to work with you and help you achieve your goals. I sometimes see other trainers and they just don’t look like they are interested in their client. I never feel that way with Vinny. When you first start working out it can be intimidating. Give Vinny a chance you will look forward to your work outs, but don’t get me wrong, you will be glad when the work out is over as well, because you worked out pretty hard thanks to Vinny!

I\‘m in my sixties and was apprehensive about taking my free session convinced that it would be my only session. But when I had that free session with Vinny I realized the extent of his knowledge about the human body and decided to sign up for a full six weeks. Vinny is the best! And he understood any physical limitations and gave me perfect work outs specially designed for me! I am and was very impressed with Vinny and I will always recommend him to everyone!

I found Vinny a few months back when it dawned on me that I was only months away from my 30^th bday. I told him my concerns and my goals, which he responded to thoughtfully and with a specific plan of action. What appealed to me the most was that his sessions were affordable and 30 mins long. I save both time and money training with Vinny because his workouts are direct and his rates reasonable. I see him 3x’s week which keeps me on track and accountable. Some trainers will tell you to do 10 reps, then step back and ignore you while they check their phone, respond to a text, etc… Not Vinny! He is right there with me the whole time, correcting my form, explaining which muscles we are working on, counting reps and encouraging me to finish strong. I recommend him to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life and finally reach their fitness goals. You won’t be disappointed. :)

I recently met Vinny. Seen him at gym a few times. I thought to myself damn he is in shape. Couples of weeks later he approached me, introduced himself and offer to show me what his training consists of… Ok here I go, I really enjoy working out and recently I gave birth to baby twin girls and have now realized that unfortunately I’m out of shape. My concern is not loosing weight it’s getting back into shape. I’m fortunate that I didn’t gain weight after babies. But after training with Vinny I realized I might look ok but I’m sure not as fitness as I use to be. He has shown me a few workout routines and I definitely seen results in a short time of training with him. He encourages me to better strive in improving my workout routine.
Vinny has also been training my 15 year daughter. She enjoys him training her. She comes home showing me look today I did this and my legs/​arms hurt here etc… He’s been helping with building up her self esteem.
He is great. Always very positive. I will continue to train with him. And definitely recommend him.
