I want to begin by saying that I really like Domino’s pizza. I agree that when I was younger the crust tasted like cardboard, then the rebranding came in, etc, etc. Anyway, the pizza was fine. If you like the new domino’s pizza you will not be disappointed. My disappointment is only in the staffing. The girl on the phone did not know how to take an order. I had to repeat myself several times. Then when I got there I had to get the attention of the employees. I thought there was one standing in the back, but there were easily three. That took some time. They did not have change, and that took some time. Then my order was wrong, and that is what really took the most time. I would go there again, maybe if I was getting delivery, but the service was really bad for carry out. Perhaps they will fix this. And overall the quality of the pizza was what I expected. Less than solid, but still fine.

The food is pretty typical of what you’d expect from any Domino’s Pizza. Not bad, IMHO but that is besides the point. I think when we review a chain or franchise place we cannot fairly rate it on the food alone, but on the overall experience as compared to the expectations one might have from the«brand». For example, not all Starbucks are created equal… This location was just remodeled and it’s super clean and updated inside. The staff here have always been nice and on the ball. I have never had a bad experience at this store in the 5 years I have been going here. I use the mobile app to order, and it’s always ready, on time, accurate, and when I pick it up they greet me with a smile.

I ordered 2 bread bowls with extra sauce and extra chicken and they got here and one had no sauce and the other one had light chicken and light sauce so I called to tell them the problem they put me on hold for 15 mins and then the manager sat there and argued with me for five mins about the order

So I’ve been ordering from this Dominoes for years. They are always kind and professional and their delivery driver Alex is awesome. So nice. I don’t write many reviews but Alex delivered my pizza at 11pm and still maintained a pleasant attitude. I will continue to order from them as I have never been disappointed.

If I had a chance to give it ZERO stars is give it negative 10! I come in asking for the pick two for $ 5.99 pizzas. The lady was mad. Simply mad for no reason. Why I don’t know. When I was thinking of what toppings I wanted she kept tapping her finger against the counter wanting me to hurry up. I asked for the chicken specialty, said she didn’t have any. Her response was rude. So I just ordered 2 plain chicken pizzas with pineapple. She gives me the pizza walks us out the door and locks it(mind you store closes at 12am). then I look at the box(she didn’t give me a receipt) and she charged me $ 29.18 for 2 $ 5.99 pizzas! I called her and asked her why and her response was«you want special pizzas. You get special prices» and then hung up. I was appalled with the service. She hung up on me mid way through the call. I called back asking for a manager cause she was of no help. She replied with«he’s not here. So you have to wait». I am usually not one to complain, but this is honestly the worst device I have ever gotten. I really hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. I will try to get my refund cause this is ridiculous. Also there’s a sign saying«please do not feed employees» and one of the workers there was eating a full pizza with a soda on the side. I would love for some one to contact me. I live near by and I honestly think they’ve lost my business. Sincerely yours, Disappointed pizza fanatic

Thought other reviews were exaggerating about the poor quality until I was left waiting for just bread bites even though I thought I’d left way after the online order said waiting for pick up. To top it off, the bites weren’t nearly as buttery or cheesy as other Domino’s I’ve been to, and then I realized they had forgotten to give me the garlic dip Id ordered which would have saved the bites. At least the cashier was nice?

Consistency and quality have left the building at this Dominos. If you don’t ask for cheese as one of your toppings, you won’t get any. When did cheese stop being a basic part of a pizza?

Yummy pizza… It’s fast food dining. Not Italian 4 star restaurant pizza. but it does the job in filling my tummy with warm tasty pizza. This is my spot to go to when I’m late coming home and gotta eat quick food. I love the artisan feta cheese pizza. yummy I get it with extra spinach and add tomatoes… My son is addicted to the Philly chees steak pizza. gotta give it a try.

Saw flys on the counter where the bread is made, don’t think that’s normal and especially since they charge $ 1 for jalapeños

Standard dominos. This has been my go to pizza place for a while. A lot of the other pizza places are too hit or miss with their quality so I’ve been ordering delivery from dominos because their food is usually the same everytime. However my problem with this place is that they are slipping in terms of getting the order right. For months I’ve had no problems but twice in the last month my order has been wrong. My pizza showed up missing a topping and both times it was the meat. OFFALLTHETOPPINGSTOFORGETPLEASEDON’T FORGETTHEMEAT. I could’ve given the food back to the delivery guy but I’m hungry NOW and I want to eat NOW. It just sucks that they’re not more careful. If they get my order wrong one more time I’m done with this place.

This shop needs new management, new staff etc. They are so rude! I read other reviews and the guy who is an a** sounds a lot like the guy my husband spoke to. He actually sounded threatening, by continuously asking for our phone number, after his attitude right off the bat! We would rather pay more and have better pizza and service at Renos down the way. Forget this place!

This dominos always disappoints. The last 2 times they have brought me the wrong sauce. It’s the simplest thing to do yet it’s to hard for them. Because of that I have half dry wings and the sauce is everything. I’ll never order from here again

I’ve had a mixed experience at this location. The food is standard Dominos Pizza. Nothing gourmet, just quick and easy pizza. I’ll preface the following by saying I have only ever ordered takeout from here, not delivery. Pros: very cheap(they currently have a 7.993-topping large walk-in special from monday-thursday), the food tastes pretty good, also a fan of their boneless chicken and parmesan bites. Cons: The location has been around for 30 years apparently, I would have thought they would have worked out these kinks. The first time I was there I got there 20 minutes late because of traffic, my food wasn’t kept under some sort of heating area to keep it warm, so it was cold by the time it was served. The food is never ready when they say it will be, when I order takeout, it is always ready 5 – 10 minutes after they say it will be ready. Most of the staff seem like they are a bit apathetic to work there, and some manning the phones seem like they are new, though they do try and stay friendly. I went there a few days ago they forgot to give me my $ 6 salad that I ordered. Also, their specialty chicken is pathetic, I dont know how they expect people to pay for that(the 8 pieces of chicken they give you are microscopic), not worth it. My recommendation is to go there if you just are looking for decent cheap pizza, and are willing to overlook their flaws.

This location must have read the last few reviews and have really stepped up there game. Our pizzas arrived piping hot and just how we ordered them. We don’t normally order from Dominos but this is pretty decent pizza. Ordered online and they were delivered in about 20min.

The staff seemed overwhelmed with the mass volume of calls and attention. There needs to be a better management to help the team, but all in all those who did help me out were really nice. I tried one of their sandwiches(habanero mango) and I felt that it wasn’t worth the price. It was too plain. Their new cheese stuffed bread was tasty. If there is anything to go back for, it would be this.

Avoid this location if you can. The past two times we’ve ordered here the experience was bad. The first time around, the online tracker wasn’t working(or someone wasn’t doing their job with the tracker — not sure if it’s automated or manual) and we went from waiting for the pizza to enter the oven, to it was waiting for pick up in mere moments. Which meant our pizzas were congealed and cold. This time around I opted for delivery(even with the«delivery fee» that isn’t for the driver). Again, my pizza was cold and my soda was warm(as in not even refrigerated). Can’t say this cold gluten free pizza and a warm Coke was worth the $ 20 I ended up paying for it. Needless to say, we won’t be using this location again. We’ll stick to the Glenoak location(which is closer, but doesn’t deliver).

This rating is for this location and it’s store and customer service only. The food is standard Dominoes which I’m not really a fan of but it’s a cheap way to feed groups of people(potlucks, party food, etc). Ordering online is a cinch and everyone at the store is always nice. I ask for pieces to be sliced smaller and they happily obliged or tell me if they think it’s small enough already. I’ve ordered and carried out from here quite a few times now and still satisfied. Group always likes it way better than the hot n ready Caesars pizza. Fave: thin crust pizza with spinach and roasted red peppers.

After watching those new Domino’s commercials where the CEO is in there making pizza and kissing some customers ass I figured i’d give it a try. Boy what a disappointment. First of all no one kissed my ass, if anything the fucktard behind the counter tried to make me feel stupid when I asked what their specials were. «You mean to tell me you don’t know, you didn’t do your research?» No I mean to tell you if I knew would I be standing here asking you motherfucker. Research? Da fuck?! My response: «Dude just tell me what the specials are, hold the sarcasm.» F-Tard — «What…ever.» Me: You’re right, whatever fuck you and this place pizza boy. Peace“ Oh and the other disappointment: The kiss ass CEOWASNOT making pizzas in the back. Boooooo!!!

I’m giving my local Dominos 3 stars but because the online ordering system gets a 5, the taste of the food and the preparation get a 5, but the delivery driver should get a –1. So if you do the math… that comes to 3. I really hate to burn them like this but I really feel like the delivery driver tried to take advantage of me. I paid online for my order online(a large specialty pizza and 2 pastas). The delivery driver comes to the door and asks me for cash. I told him I paid online with a card and he said the paperwork said I needed to pay cash. I suggested the driver come in while I call the store to verify there wasn’t a problem with the transaction. He told me that wouldn’t be necessary. I pulled up the confirmation email to show him it was definitely paid. He then asked if I was planning to add a tip. I gave him a tip in cash and he didn’t thank me. I don’t order from them often, but will consider picking my order up next time… regardless for the lack of convenience. Also, there are 3 stickers on the pizza box that all said«PAID» in bold letters. Please don’t try to scam me for $ 34 and change. SHAMEONYOU!

Avoid this location! Impolite, rude, and crazy worker yelling at me in front of my 3 kids, claimed to be the manager, refused to give us her name, threw out of the store. My 7 year old reminded me that her name was on her shirt«Agnes», I phoned her supervisor«Doug Johnson» who heard her screaming at me, he said he will take care of it and call back, I never heard from him again. I was sold a $ 10 fund raising card at my kids school fair, it offers a free Pizza and a free sandwich, and every time I buy a pizza I get one free. But at the store Agnes started yelling I will not give you a free pizza, you have to buy one first, I asked her to read the card but she tried to kick me and my kids out. By the way all other parents got a free pizza without buying one. WOWDON’T PROMOTEYOURSTOREANDTHENHAVEYOURCUSTOMERSKICKEDOUTOFIT!
