I had a problem with my cummins onnan generator 12k diesel one! Fuel pump was not working. After I called them it took Jody 30 minutes to come to my location! He did inspect and found the problem! My only complaint would be they do not carry the parts with them but it is not a big issue since they are willing to work with you on the parts as well. He went and got the replacement for the part that was broken and changed it right away and my generator was working even better than when I first got it! Their labor was $ 75 per hour for this case which is well deserved in my opinion! I have a food truck and timing is really important for me, these guys are reliable and I would recommend them to anyone.
